Death by....a gopher??? (Scrap)

He was sick of being weak and helpless. All those years of lazing around for nothing and the world past him by. All his friends grew up and moved on with their life. All the while, he was being pathetic and crying over spilled milk. Well no more of that. He was gonna become stronger.
"Yeah, and by the time I'm 37, I'll be able to definetely take the chuunin exam and become a real boy...err I mean a chuunin."
So here he was, gourd on his back, practicing away on his taijutsu, near the ocean. How he was allowed to leave his village to even get to THERE was an astonishment. Nonetheless, he decided to throw his sand into the mix, to better help his taijutsu. Little did he know that a poor pissed gopher was in his gourd and he didn't realize. Once he manipulated the sand to come out of his gourd and dance with him, he was suddenly thrown back and howling in rage, arms flailing everywhere in a comedic fashion as he couldn't see.
"OH DEAR GOD, what the hell!?"
It was the gopher and it was attacking him biting him everywhere. It wanted revenge and it was getting it. Michiko cried and wailed as he tried to pull off the gopher from his face, though it was starting to prove fruitless. Not watching where he was going he jumped backward as the gopher bit him in the neck...right into the ocean. His eyes bulged right out of his sockets as he saw his incoming assault with the water. The gopher squealed and held on to Michiko's arm as he saw he was gonna drown.
Thinking quick, MIchiko applied chakra to his feet and sighed as he landed soundly on the water. They froze and the gopher sighed. Yet just before getting calm, a shark decided to make its presence known by biting the unsuspecting ninja's leg off thus losing chakra in his other leg and sinking into the water. The gopher saw Michiko crying as he was sinking and did the right thing. It jumped onto the land, with the a fist full of Michiko's hair.
Michiko smiled in relief as he saw he was getting saved, that was until the govpher bit Michiko's hand off with a evil glint in its eyes. The last thing Michiko saw over the surface was the mouth of the gopher making human words saying:
"This is what you get for trying to kill me."
He had no chance of floating back up because his sand was too wet and became nothing more than an anchor on his back. Plus he was physically weak, making it worse. He wondered if anyone heard his screaming was his last thought.
