I'll offer up Miu-chan to Logi's request for a Genin team.
Miu-chan. Age 14. Dense at reading people and over-eager to help to the point that she hinders the situation. Her Primary is Ninjutsu, secondary Taijutsu. Strengths include environmental analyzation, accuracy, and dexterity/flexibility. Weaknesses are reading the opponent's movements, genjutsu, and being dense in general.

The kunoichi turned just in time to see the boy face-plow into a pole. She couldn't help but giggle at the sight of him staggering around. He approached her afterwards with his hands in his pockets. She was surprised, however, when he stuttered. The boy had seemed confident until he said something to her. Just to put him on the right track, Miu gave him a smile.
"Good morning," she greeted him cheerfully. "Actually, I'm on a mission."
The petite girl reached in to her bag and pulled out a piece of parchment that detailed her mission. Here and there on the sides were scribbles in her own hand-writing. They were notes detailing his description, possible places he could be lurking, and extra tidbits of information she received from his teacher. She held up the parchment and showed it to him.
"The Academy reported a student that skips class so I'm checking around for him. Have you seen him?"
He could help her if he had seen the boy. Other than that, she really didn't think a boy as cool-looking as him would have time for helping her. She hoped for it, but that was the girl in her daydreaming about what it would be like to have a guy like him as her boyfriend.

Name: Rebel Rank: D Ninja needed 1-3 Mission info: Young academy student Ko has skipped class yet again and is out lallygagging around the village. As a shinobi it is your mission to find and return him to the Academy. Force is allowable if he chooses to run, however capture Ko without hurting him. Ask villagers to discover his last known location.
Kirigakure mornings could get chilly, especially with the mist that enshrouded the buildings and the natives. The mission had been offered to a group of Genin including the over-eager Miu. She had shown up early that morning dressed for a mission and was glad she thought about wearing long sleeves. The morning air drew a shudder from the fourteen-year-old who instinctively wrapped her arms around her body.
The first stop had been the obvious place to start: the Academy. They needed a description of the child before they could do anything followed by a few ideas of where to look from his teacher. Now, she and her group were trying to figure out which direction he'd gone. The teacher had released his hunches were anything to do with food, back alleys, or training grounds. Miu-chan had decided to check around the village in general in case the little squirt had been trying to hide from everyone.
A woman outside her shop was carrying out a pile of books to the discount table just in front of her window. Miu took a look around the street and decided she was the best person to ask. Quickly, the small shinobi darted towards the woman and gave a polite bow.
"Good morning," she smiled and raised back up. "Have you seen a little boy running around here this morning? He's about this tall--" (Miu held her hand up evenly with her abdomen to demonstrate his size) "and he has blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt with a red frowny face. Have you seen him?"

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters to a maximum of 50 meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility, but does not hinder the ability to see chakra. Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard. The mist can be unsettled by a very strong wind based technique (for one post), though it will eventually return. Domain: Suiton. [/li][/ul][/size]

X' Joutou! ('X' Jump) Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Taijutsu Range: Self Stamina: Mid Special: Can only be performed during or after the apex of the user's initial jump. Can execute up to 1 mid-air jump before hitting the ground, plus 1 more each time retrained. Description: Once in the air, only the most advanced Taijutsu users can manage to use their brute strength to actually jump against the air using friction, effectively jumping again before hitting the ground. Description: Commencing from a standing position, the practitioner draws and thrusts a frontal attacker and then quickly sheathes his blade. As he invests more time and practice into the art of offensive sheathing, his overall offensive rating shall increase, although at the cost of greater stamina. Domain: Kenjutsu. Battojutsu 'D'.
Iaijutsu (Art of Mental Presence) Rank:D, C, B, A, S Type: Defensive / Taijutsu / Kenjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Special: Allows the swordsman to deflect basic attacks of equal or lower rank, in conjunction with other, more advanced moves within the style. Description: A defensive nature of fighting, all Iaijutsu practitioners will tend to stand in closed positions, leaving little openings and making sure to make the least amount of wasted movement possible so as to remain solid like a rock. Once the swordsman has understood the basics of fortification, they move on to more complex defensive patterns. Domain: Kenjutsu.

Ukemi (Receiving Body) Rank:D, C, B, A, S Stamina: D: Very Low Type: Defensive / Taijutsu Range: Self Special: Takes the edge off of enemy Taijutsu attacks, taking damage as though the technique was one rank lower. Can only be performed on the ground. Description: One of the first things a Tumbler has to learn: how to fall. Or, more accurately, how to fall without getting hurt. Light on their feet as they are, the user can reduce the impact of many Taijutsu techniques simply by leaping backwards at the last second. As a second part of this technique, the user contorts their body in air so they land without unnecessary injury. This technique has a few obvious limitations, namely an inability to thwart piercing force, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This technique is also ineffective at ranks higher than what is currently learned by the user. Domain: Karuwaza.
Tōchaku Ushiro Chūgaeri (Backflip Crescent) Rank: D Stamina: Low Type: Offensive / Taijutsu Range: Self Special: -- Description: Setting themselves up, the user of this technique will do any number of backwards handstands as they bridge the gap between themselves and their opponent. Then, with a back-flip, they lash out with a downward kick using the toe end of the foot in a circular motion. Despite it's rather long set-up, it uses rotational force to decent effect. Domain: Karuwaza.
Tochaku Sennuki (Corkscrew Crescent) Rank: D Stamina: Low Type: Offensive / Taijutsu Range: Self Special: -- Description: With a bit of a set-up, the user rushes forward and leaps, spinning in mid-air sideways like a top at a slight angle to the ground. They then lash out with their leg, striking at opponents in a circular path going diagonally left to right Domain: Karuwaza.
Rasenfuta Tochaku (Spiraling Twin Crescent) Rank: D Stamina: Low Type: Offensive / Taijutsu Range: 0-3 meters Special: User rotates one time while on his hands, hitting anything within three meters. Additional retrains increase the number of rotations by one and the effective distance up one meter (to a max of seven for the latter) Description: Getting into a handstand, the user begins to spin on their hands, lashing their legs out. Their legs are subconsciously fed chakra, increasing their weight and creating a unique pattern of seemingly wobbly rotation that, when coupled with deft hand-walking, allows the user limited mobility even in mid-attack. Description: After encountering a distracted opponent, the user leaps towards an opponent from their blind-spot, delivering a quick, deliberate kick to the face that is meant to catch them off guard and knock them out. Reppuu (Violent Wind) Rank: D Type: Offensive / Taijutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Stamina: Low Special: Affects up to one opponent per kick, plus one more each time retrained, as long as opponent's are within the 5 meter vicinity of the kick. Description:Using their quickness and agility, the user moves low to the ground, dropping and delivering a spinning kick to sweep their opponent off their feet. Domain: Goken.
Senpuu (Whirlwind) Rank: D Type: Offensive / Taijutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Stamina: Low Special: Up to one roundhouse kick can be performed while hovering per use, plus one more each time retrained. Special:[/color] Allows the storage of various different items either onto a scroll or onto oneself via the generic seal. Can seal items equal to highest rank known. Sealing and unsealing items costs a 'C' ranked amount of chakra per batch time. Description:[/color] This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight. Special:[/color] Works on NPC's mythical creatures, PC Summons & Animal Companions - never on humans or bijuu. Requires an amount of chakra equal to the targets strength. Takes one post to completely seal the target, and control lasts until seal is removed, or until it is dispelled by a greater chakra power such as a Bijuu or a Chakra Gates of equal rank. Seal must be placed somewhere on creature's body, and the user of the seal as well as the recipient must be completely still during the process. Description:[/color] When the user implements this fuuinjutsu on a summoned creature, it removes any control the creature has over itself and grants it to the user of the seal. Essentially, this means that the user of this technique gains temporary control over the summoned creature. Apparel:[/i] Her outfits vary from day to day, mission to mission. However, she has two different styles of outfits depending on the situation. Firstly, casual day dress involves a lot of colors. Pastels and bases, but nothing exceedingly bright like lime green or neon orange. These outfits range anywhere from day dresses to sailor fuku costumes to kimonos. She also likes to add accessories to her ensemble which is generally novelty or vintage jewelry. Her hetai-ate is rarely seen with her casual outfits.
Her second style is less colorful and made more for essential necesseties. These are her mission and training outfits. They rarely have something like flared bottoms, ruffles, or loose pieces of material that can snag on something, so they are not very "cutesy" at all. They come in dark or neutral colors (black remains uncommon) for the purpose of blending in with her environment better. After all, something like beige or white is easily recognizable. A lot of the items for missions include rompers, jumpsuits, tight pants and shirts, mini-kimonos, and pockets galore. Miu does not accessorize as much as she does when dressed for a casual scene. There is very little she wears unless it is a special necklace, a hair accessory, or the everyday loose socks or gaiters (the cloth that goes over the boots). Her hetai-ate is always worn during missions and training, though it can appear in an odd spot now and then. She commonly wears it as a headband, though it has also been seen on both upper arms, on her forehead (sideways), and around her neck.
[Note: These aren't the only outfits she wears. These are just examples.]
Physical Traits:[/i] Miu is a small kunoichi that is built for athletics rather than strength. She has strong legs that are well muscled from constant running (she's got the callouses on her bare feet to prove it) and jumping, a slender build that makes concealment and hiding easy for her, and long arms for a decent reach despite that she doesn't pack a whole lot of power behind her punches. However, her kicks are much stronger than her punches and her body is capable of acrobatics. Her hair a medium brown and cut evenly with her chin to avoid the troubles of keeping it up during missions. On occasion, she likes to put tufts of it up for important events (celebrations, festivals, funerals, etc.). Miu's eyes are wide and expressive (as is the rest of her "adorable" face) and are brilliant green in color.
Distinguished Markings:[/i] She has a birthmark on her left thigh. Other than that, no scars, marks, tattoos, or seals. [/size]
Personality:[/i]This young kunoichi is not learned in the ways of the world. In other words, she has no real experience as a shinobi. There are many things on her mind, but becoming a shinobi is her goal. She is dedicated and focused when it is time to be so. Otherwise, she acts like a typical thirteen-year-old girl that likes to dress up pretty, has romantic daydreams, and aspires to get a boyfriend.
To get down to the real personality, however, Miu is somewhat of a contradiction to herself. She is focused yet also dense. This is something she is working on. When it comes to people, she cannot pick up on those subtle twitches or signs that someone is upset, nervous, or what have you. Unless someone comes right out and screams at her, she won't have a clue that they are angry. Again, this is something she is working on by trying to socialize with her peers. In order to be a good shinobi, one must be able to predict their opponent's movements. How is she a contradiction in this? Although Miu cannot read people, she can read the battlefield. Strategy is not her strong point (she's only 14), but she is able to scan her environment for useful advantages and try to use it against her opponent. Traps, for example, or places she can hide for an ambush.
In the social scene, this little one is the odd-one-out. She does not keep up with "what's hip", slang is not her language, and most jokes (especially perverted ones) go right over her head. Regardless, she strives to fit in so that she can know her peers better. When it comes to her teammates, this is especially true: she seeks their attention and approval more than others because she wishes to be seen by them as a good member of the squad. When the time comes and her team mates are down, she imagines they will call out her name for help and she will be glorious in battle! ...One of her many daydreams. Due to her desperate need for their approval, Miu often comes across as overbearing and sometimes one of those adorable (creepy) stalkers.
Miu has one of those cute personalities and faces. Thus, no one takes her seriously. She gives off a very big impression that she has no business being a shinobi. "Someone like her should just stay at home and be a good little girl," is commonly said behind her back. In fact, one or two people that have cared about her (including her parents) have said similar things to her face. For this reason, she tries harder to be a shinobi to prove them wrong. She wants to help, she wants to protect, she wants to be on the battlefield with her friends fighting for what she believes in. 'Tis better, she thinks, for her to risk her life for others instead of sitting at home letting them risk their life for her.

Just a bit larger than a Wakizachi, the sixty inch blade nonetheless retains its brethren's cutting ability, and with its compact size, makes it ideal for travel and rough terrain.
Blank Scrolls Rank: C Type: Accessory / Self Special: - Description: Scrolls remain one of the most important pieces of equipment in a ninja's arsenal. Because of their size, multiple scrolls can be carried into battle in the front pouches of a flak jacket or in a satchel. This will save space and not sacrifice a much needed piece of equipment which may be required later. In the end, the scroll is useful because it allows the ninja to summon creatures, people and items to their aid. There are also larger scrolls that ninja keep on their back, these are notably A and S-ranked. [/size]
