ANATOMY,  Short blonde hair frays wildly atop the head of an eccentric man.  The hair recedes at each corner, pushing forth a messy widows peak at the helm of his robust forehead.  A slasher's smile curls from ear to ear, brandishing a fierce set of pearly whites, and wing-tipped glasses with red lenses stick to his face like a second skin.  Those glasses, with each corner forming an ominous cusp, only worsen his smile.  The man also appears older than most of his peers.  His physique is lean and spindly yet it imposes a certain power, even with a heedless posture.

APPAREL, A hot pink feathered overcoat sits atop his shoulders like a cape, covering an bedazzled white shirt that is worn open to expose his torso and, rather than wear one of those hideously unfashionable headband, golden cuff links trademarked with his village's insignia show his allegiance.  Fuschia capri pants, accented with a zebra print pattern, stop just below the knee to expose his hairy shins and are held up with a bright orange belt with blue lace stitching.  And finally, a pair of pointed toe, wedged dress shoes cover his feet.

PSYCHE, Uekyūchi is the festering result of external nurturing taking precedence over internal nature.  He is, by most accounts, a terrible person.  A lifetime of being pampered and sheltered has made him a harsh, lewd, and vindictive man who almost always acts with his own interest in mind.  This isn't for indecency's sake, however.  Rather, his view of the world is staunchly amoral.  He doesn't consider the qualities of humanity as something to cherish or loathe, mostly because he doesn't consider them at all.

This makes him appear chaotic and distant, but behind that volatile facade exists a cerebral opportunist.  Allegiances, allies, and even enemies; they are all determined by their worth at any give point.  Each of them serves as a means to an end, and when they are no longer beneficial they are treated like obstructions.

Best leave it to yourself to determine which you intend to be when dealing with him.  Letting Ue decide doesn't always lead to a happy ending.

AKADOU, every member of the akadou clan is born with a both a special organ which resides in their hand - allowing them to efficiently both leech and expel chakra, and a unique chakra circulatory system to transport said chakra. the 'organ' in their hand can be seen visually as two diamonds overlapping one another. the first diamond (or top diamond) deals with the siphoning of the chakra and the second diamond deals with expelling it.

Suiageru Hikata is the method by which the Akadou use to siphon chakra through the organ in their hands. This technique is so fundamental that any Akadou would not be Akadou without it. By placing their hand upon the surface of an individual the Akadou can siphon chakra from them. While initially this process is slow and precise as an Akadou raises in rank they become far more proficient in it, able to siphon greater amounts of chakra faster and with more leeway in distance.

Genin: Must be touching. Minuscule per turn.
Chuunin: 1 meter away. Low per turn.
Jounin: 5 meters away. Low per turn.
Sannin: 10 meters away. Low per turn.

Note: While this process does not need a full turn to complete the user's hand must be at least be facing the indivdiual and the distance correct for a significant amount of time. The process of siphoning chakra is invisible, but the person being leeched from feels the gradual oncoming of fatigue. One cannot summon forth other techniques while attempting to siphon (sustains are fine).

YAMANAKA, the yamanaka clan is a secret clan infamous for specializing in mind related techniques that can result in their victim's entire bodies falling under their control. the members of this clan specialize in mind-centered techniques which makes them experts at intelligence gathering and espionage. they are also known to have displayed keen sensory abilities and their techniques include transferring consciousness, reading minds and communicating telepathically.

Shitenshin no Jutsu (Mind Body Switch Technique)

Shitenshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilized by the Yamanaka clan. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will project their spirit into the body of their opponent. This can be used on both animals and humans. Unfortunately, the spirit travels in a straight line at slow speed (roughly equal to C rank speed), meaning if it is avoided, their body will be left lifeless for several minutes (1 turn). During this, the target still remains in their mind, but their mental processes are forced to the side.

Note: While it is theoretically possible to "mentally overpower" the intruder, there is no adequate measurement for such a quality. As a result, if caught in the jutsu, you're caught. The ability duration is 2 rounds. That is, to the end of the caster's turn two turns later. However, this technique can be broken with a sudden burst of chakra (Eight Gates & Tailed Beasts).

UNIVERSAL, universal ninjutsu refer to any of the non-elemental techniques that utilise chakra and allow users to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of performing. unlike genjutsu, which causes the opponent to experience illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are actual and physical in most cases. ninjutsu relies on chakra and, generally, hand seals to be utilized effectively.

Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must combine it with a distraction.

Note: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.

Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by shinobi in conjunction with common explosive devices such as exploding notes. With this, the user can choose when their explosives detonate, opposed to being at the mercy of a countdown.

Note: This ability allows the user detonate his or her explosive notes instantly, opposed to their normal "timed" explosion. Without this technique, the user cannot automatically detonate their tags.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

ACADEMY, before becoming full-fledged genin, each aspiring shinobi must first graduate from the shinobi academy. in addition to receiving essential knowledge in disciplines such as reading, writing, philosophy, science, geography, etc., an array of basic and effective jutsu are taught. the academy jutsu, while as simple as they come, have long proven useful even to the most veteran shinobi.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Kawarimi no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the user will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object - generally a block of wood, but sometimes even another person - the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosvie tags can be attached to the placement for an added surprise!

Note: Switch is near-instantaneous. This technique can only be used once per three turn. While one can switch with a variety of things it needs to be within reason, switching with a chair, log, fallen tree is acceptable, but switching with a dust particle is obviously not.

Henge no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user takes on the form of another object, whether it be an animal, plant, or inanimate object. This transformation is exactly like the genuine article, so it is impossible to tell the two apart without special methods.

Note: The user can transform themselves into an object of average, small, or miniature size. This means that one cannot Henge into a Bijuu, summon, or other gigantic object.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Bunshin no Jutsu is an Academy Ninjutsu technique. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates an intangible copy of themselves. This clone has no substance, so it is not able to attack, and thus can only be used to confuse the enemy. It is mainly used in combination with other Ninjutsu. These clones can be easily distinguished by opponents with Doujutsu, but even opponents with normals eyes can tell tell it apart from the original if they are observant, as the clone does not have a shadow and will not disrupt the area around them with their movement. As soon as this clone comes in contact with an opponent or gets attacked, it will disperse.

Note: The clone's movement speed is equal to the user's. Bunshin cannot mold Chakra to perform jutsu, nor can they physically harm an opponent.

Kakuremino no Jutsu (Cloak of Invisibility Technique)

Kinobori no Waza is an Academy Ninjtusu technique. By focusing a small amount of Chakra to the bottom of their feet, the user can climb a tree (or other vertical wall) without utilizing their hands. This technique requires a small amount of chakra control: if the stream of Chakra is too weak, the user will loose their footing; if too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface.

Suimen Hokou no Waza is an Academy Ninjutsu technique, and is a variant of Kinobori no Waza. By emitting a constant stream of Chakra from the bottom of their feet and using this repelling force, the user is able to walk across the water's surface. This technique is vastly more difficult than its counterpart because the amount of Chakra that needs to be focused changes constantly, but it helps to build Chakra control in the user. After much practice, it is even possible to 'skate' across the water's surface instead of just walking or running.

Note: The user must know Kinobori no Waza in order to use this technique.

DOTON, doton, or 'earth element', takes the form of earth and mud based attacks. ranging from walls made from mud, stone, rock, or earth itself, to the ninja maneuvering himself below ground to attack his opponent from below, doton grants the user absolute control over all that is earth. doton can change the hardness and composition of objects, making a creation hard as steel or soft as clay. due to the expansive nature of the ground and earth in general, this release is excellent for short to long range combat.

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a single handseal, the user conceals themselves beneath the ground. Here they can lie in wait, capable of feeling the vibrations of those who walk above them. When the user chooses, they can emerge suddenly from the ground, grabbing the opponent and pulling them down into the pit where they once were buried. The opponent is buried up to their neck, robbing them of the ability to move.

Note: Concealment is near-instantaneous. User cannot move while underground, except to perform the second part of this technique. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.


Dochuu Eigyo (Underground Fish Projection)

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themselves beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught.

Note: To learn this technique the user must know Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. Concealment is near-instantaneous. The user cannot perform seals beneath the ground and thus cannot use jutsu, but can wield weapons. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.


Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu (Rock Clone Technique)

Iwa Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user creates a perfect clone of themselves made of stone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Iwa Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Iwa Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural rock state.

Note: Clones must be created within 5 meters of the user and cannot travel father than 50 meters from its creator. This clone has High cap of chakra. These clones are limited to Earth-based jutsu and elementary chakra channeling. This includes simple abilities like water walking and tree climbing but not more advances channeling techniques such as Hien.

Doton Bunshin Bakuha (Earth Clone Explosion)

A follow-up technique to Doton Bunshin, the earth clone explosion is an advanced ninjutsu technique utilized by highly skilled doton users in order for them to detonate a standard doton bunshin at impressive levels. Once a normal doton bunshin is created, the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. The chakra left within the clone forms the energy behind the blast, and although it lacks fiery properties, the earthen components of the clone spread forth everywhere, traveling at dangerous speed like shrapnel. Traveling in all directions except underground, it effectively creates a devastating area of effect.

Note: This technique can only detonate one clone at a time, per post.

Doro Gaeshi (Mud Overturn)

Doro Gaeshi is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user strikes the ground with their hands, sending a pulse of chakra into it. A wall of earth will rise in front of them to serve as a defense, although it is not perfect.

Note: Doro Gaeshi can defend against techniques C rank and below; any attack above that will destroy it, breaking through. The wall is large enough to conceal the user.
