[/b] The first step towards making your Merc involves determining its very basic build up - Chakra & Stamina Pools. Keep in mind 'SS' ranked NPC are as their Pool name suggests, Legendary, and cannot be normally made/bought, earned instead strictly through Events.
- D: 1,000 EXP [Low Chakra & Stamina Pools] = 1,000 Ryo
- C: 5,000 EXP [Mid] = 5,000 Ryo
- B: 10,000 EXP [High] = 10,000 Ryo
- A: 15,000 EXP [Very High] = 20,000 Ryo
- S: 20,000 EXP [Massive] = 40,000 Ryo
- SS: 25,000 EXP [Legendary] = 80,000 Ryo
[STEP #2] Now that you are aware of how much EXP your Merc will have, declare how many releases the NPC will have, as well as how many fighting styles they may know. Keep in mind you are free to add as many as you like, but do not forget you will be limited by the Merc's EXP in terms of what techniques they may actually know. Finally, Kekkei Touta Mercs cannot be made, and instead are earned strictly through Events!
- Basic Releases: 5,000 Ryo each

[STEP #3] Next, you will want to identify the Mercs Ninja Rank. Mind you that your mercenary is technically a Non-Ninja, but the Shinobi Rank nonetheless applies general skill, specifically to certain carrying capacities, such as Packs, Accessories and Weapons. More info found here! Keep in mind the Sannin level is very rare, as as such, cannot be normally bought or made, instead earned through Events!
- Genin: 5,000 Ryo
- Chuunin: 10,000

[/li][li]Sannin: 40,000[/li][/ul]
[STEP #4] You're almost done! Now, if your Merc has a job, pick it here! Keep in mind that the Craftsman job cannot be used for a Merc in order to mass produce and sell generic items.
Courier: 5,000 Ryo- Hunter Corps: 5,000
- Beast Master: 5,000
- Cooking-Nin: 10,000
- Herbalist: 10,000
- Medic: 20,000
- Craftsman: 20,000
[STEP #5] Finally, once your sale is approved by a moderator, you are ready to submit! Go to CHARACTER APPS and create a profile of your Mercenary, including their Primary, Secondary and Tertiary skills, their full names and info, and most importantly, the breakdown of their build and skills according to what you picked here.[/spoiler][/ul]
