Special: Ao Shuuha can only be used once per thread, and another time it is retrained, while stacking another consumption of top of each retrain. The technique doesn't require any handseals, but it requires a charge time of one full post in order to use the technique. The radius of the Suiton blast of the Ao Shuuha is five meters. Every retrain stacks damage, while naturally traveling at the speed of 10 MPS in a linear fashion.
Description: Ao Shuuha is a Suiton Ninjutsu that was created by masters of Ninjutsu with great chakra control and mastery over Suiton. The technique was used for long distance combat, while keeping the Suiton chakra they would use as a projectile strong. Ao Shuuha is a very destructive Suiton Ninjutsu technique, which is said to have the ability to bring down a few villages houses. In order to use the technique, one needs to be around a great source of water to use the technique. The user starts by moving their arms, stretched out before them in a circle motion, and a nearby water source will rise and mimic the motion of the user, causing the water to rotate. Once the user is finished and wished to execute the technique, they would thrust both their hands forward into the direction they desired the high volume of water to attack, in a beam-like fashion. The condensed, high pressure water would then be able to knock down anything that would stand before it's path.

1. First and foremost, I can't believe you are really making this technique, stealing the name and everything... but whatever, yolo.

2. The radius of the beam is 20 meters...? If this is truly a mimic of Kamehameha, then no way in hell are you about to release a 20-meter-wide beam of chakra, that is just not going to work. I would say tone this down to five meters at most, that big of a radius is just too damn much.

3. This needs a speed, and considering that you're probably trying to create a beam of chakra which I wouldn't compare to Ranton/Ototon haxness, the next best thing I could suggest is this probably moving at 15mps at the most.

4. I don't like this "extra chakra = extra distance" thing people have going lately, that should IMO be restricted to retraining, not simply adding more chakra... simply add that each retraining increases the distance by 10 meters and you should be fine.

5. The description is extremely lacking; I don't see much of how the actual technique is being performed. Please expand on this. You should be including what the user is doing in preparation with bodily movements, how the technique is actually forming (and what of), and what happens when the technique is performed.

[3:] Retraining increases usage, damage, and beam radius; that's a bit too broad; retraining tends to only increase one thing, usually.

I feel that a technique of this calibre could be faster than it currently is, esprcially considering that it's just a big beam of energy that moves in a straight line.

I wouldn't object to 12mps, or even 15.

So I'm the only person to sees a problem with bringing a debased Kamehameha to the forum?

I'm throwing out my denial right here on the basis of, while it was presented very well, there's truly no need/place for this kind of technique on NRP. Maybe if it was incorporated into a fighting style where some other type of sacrifice (namely EXP) is necessary to develop such a maneuver but, as a stand alone tech, I think it's too far left field.

Is there a rule on NRP that techniques that are obvious rip-offs of iconic techniques is not allowed? There is such a rule on NFRP, but if there isn't one on here then I don't think that that is grounds for a denial.

Furthermore, I think that if the head custom's moderators is willing to accept it (as his post above seems to imply), that would reinforce my sentiment. That's just my opinion, though. What do the rest of you guys think?

Being an individual whose held the "Lead Customs Moderator" position myself, I believe my criticisms are valid despite there being nothing written specifically about them. There are a number of other reasons why a technique like this shouldn't exist, one being that Canon has showed us that abilities such as these (Pure chakra concentrated) are typically Kinjutsu and require some sort of expert training to learn. They're very different from your standard S-ranked Universal Ninpo.
