Special: Can revert earthly substances touched by the user, such as the ground or even an opponent's Doton creation, into sand based on the user's highest 'Saton Ryouuken' rank. The sand conversion can only affect earthly substances created by another person up to the highest rank obtained. Sand conversion speed remains constant regardless of the amount of sand being converted, while the chakra consumption is determined by the amount of sand being converted. The conversion spreads away from the user in a wave, the speed of the conversion traveling determined by the user's highest 'Saton Ryouuken' rank. The maximum speed and range the conversion can achieve is based on the user's highest rank of this technique:D: 10 meters / Whole turnDescription: Dohenshitsu no Jutsu, a technique that grants the user the ability to hone their advanced manipulation over substances such as stone and dirt, Saton chakra eroding the minerals into extremely fine particles, essentially known as sand. The initiation of the process is quite simple, requiring the user to simply place a single hand upon the earthen substance, the Saton chakra within them transferring directly into the target, forcing the once-solid earth to be degenerated into a malleable pile of sand, which can be utilized for the harbringer's own purpose. This technique can be used to create a source for Saton practitioners when the environment is lacking, and can render an opponent's own creations futile, but cannot be affected unless directly touched by the user himself.

Sabaku Kasumi no Jutsu (Desert Cloud Technique)

Special: Allows the user to expel a large dust cloud that can hinder visibility and cause slight visual irritation for those within it, excluding the user. The dust cloud spans a five meter radius, remaining airborne for one turn when first learned. Each time retrained, the area of the dust cloud expands by five meters to a maximum of fifty meters, and the duration lasts for another turn. Dust cloud blocks out all Doujutsu requiring clear visibility, but does not hinder the ability to see chakra.
Description: Sabaku Kasumi no Jutsu, a technique that grants the user the ability to replicate the same atmospheric effect of a sandstorm, minus the brutal winds. Upon forming the necessary handseals, the user inhales, allowing Saton chakra to conjure thousands of sand particles into their gullet. The user then exhales the sand cloud vigorously in a specific direction, the desert particles merging with the air, chakra sustaining their flight. The gargantuan amount of fine sand particles remain suspended in mid-air, creating a dense dust cloud that prevents normal visibility and can easily enter another person's eyes and cause slight irritation. The thick cloud proves to be quite advantageous for assassinations or stealthy escapes if needed, but can easily be dispersed by a strong enough Fuuton-based technique.

Tongari Suna Enchou (Fine Sand Extension)

Special: The range and amount of the sharp-edged creations depends on the user's highest 'Saton Ryouuken' rank. When first learned, the length of the needles are capable of extending up to half of a meter, plus another half each time retrained, for a max of five meter-long needles.
Description: Tongari Suna Enchou, a technique that grants the user the ability to create sharp-edged sand needles that protrude from the sand around them, their manipulation being effective with either offensive or defensive tactics, which is purely dependent on the user. Upon completing the handseals, Saton chakra saturates the designated sand, the molding earth forming and hardening into sand needles naturally used by sand murderers. However, the sand rapidly extends and shortens it's width from the foundation, the tip of the creations being extremely fine and dangerous to the touch. The creations are forced to be simply locked and held within the sand that it was birthed from, shooting forth with extreme speed to pierce an unsuspecting target, or waiting patiently for a careless prey to fall directly into the serrated trap.
