Special: Blast radius at 10 meters towards the front in a conical shape. At close range or point blank, targets may suffer from second degree burns as well as broken bones. However, depending on where the user uses it on (eg: head), there maybe chances of mortal injuries capable of killing the target. For targets that are within the 5 to 10 meter range of the technique will only suffer from first degree to second degree burns with minor bone fractures. Capable of destroying equal-ranked barriers.
Description: An explosive burst of flames from the palm at point blank range with a blast radius that increases with rank. However, the blast has been calibrated so that explosion blasts outwards in the direction of the opponents to prevent any damage to the user. The blast is powerful enough at point blank to blast through concrete.

Chirashi Honoo (Scattering Flames)[/u]

Type: Katon Ninjutsu
Range: 0-15 meters
Chakra/Stamina: High
Special: A ring of flames standing at heights of 2 meter are sent outwards from the user that can strike multiple targets. Moves at double kunai speed and acts as a barrier against projectile ninjutsu attacks of equal rank and below. Any sections used as a barrier to defend against said projectile attacks will disperse along with the defended attack and the entire ring of flames will die out immediately.
Description: With both hands engulfed in flames, the user slams both palms into the ground from which a ring of flames appear immediately around the user and expands as it sweeps outwards. The Chirashi Honoo proves to an effective technique at crowd control as well as defending against attacks.

Is there a reason why a B rank would have a 40 meter range? According to our guide book, a B rank jutsu should have, at maximum, a 30 meter range. While special exceptions do occur, there's nothing special or unique about the first technique to warrant the increased range. Please reduce that. How large is the explosion upon the flames' impact?

If the blast radius of the second technique extends up to 10 meters, then why is the range of the technique listed only as 0-5 meters? It should be modified to 0-10m. You should also probably go into greater detail about the effects of the blast based upon the opponent's range from the beginning of the blast, describing at which points the blast becomes less effective.

Changed it to a 25 meter range and after considering, I removed the explosion effect as it is merely a stream of fire.

Made it so that the range and blast radius matches up. And I also tried to flesh out the effects, but there are too many types of injuries that could occur depending on the range of the jutsu and where it is used on, I have merely explained the type of burns and general effect to the human body that this technique would do. I hope that's okay.

So after performing the hand seals, lighting the hands on fire and executing the technique, specify whether it is a passive technique (like Gaara's sand; that has to be deactivated manually) or whether it has a time limit- or whether it just dies out seconds after the user performed it. Take into account the level of chakra that is being drained when deciding this.

I'd suggest adding that it can only block against projectile-based ninjutsu of equal rank or lower. And it's only capable of handling 2 attacks of equal rank before dying out. But again, this depends on the longevity of the technique in question. (Assuming you chose the 'Gaara' or 'time limit' option)[/blockquote]

I'm sorry I didn't go into more detail. I never thought of the Gaara's sand thing, but it's a 1 time thing which dies out after the flames expand to their maximum range. And, sure, I will make the defensive ability more specific.
