Due to Goryo Tenzo's sacrifice, you have all been thrown into the underground chamber leading to the only remaining viable pipe-line into Amegakure. It will be an arduous journey to reach the Village Center.

You are before the upraised platform described within the original gate post. It is the only passageway that still retains an active grid. The passageway is no more than a large circular door, 10 meters in total height and width, leading within an underground maze of pipeline. The area above you all is coated with steel-hardened bits of chakra infused paper, but your surroundings are, for the moment, pitch black. There are two symbols on an upraised platform just before [2 meters] the entrance-way to the pipe; these symbols indicate the Tenzo and Kekkai Clan crests, respectively. The underground area you all now inhabit is approximately 30 meters in total size.

The first distinctive feature of the platform is a slot-like device, no bigger than a sheet of paper.

The second distinctive feature of the platform appears to be a recess in its iron construction, in the rough size of a human hand.

The symbols for the Kekkai and Tenzo family can be easily seen, once you've generated enough light to do so. The symbols appear etched on the platform.

Above you, hollowed out by the same chakra created paper that prevents you, for the moment, from being followed, the sounds of an intense battle being waged can be heard. Only Goryo himself is no longer with your group.

He has bought you time. What you choose to do with it, is your decision.

You must find a way within the village.

Amegakure - Resurrection! - The Movie.
Proceed.

[Messatsu!]

Not even a few moments passed after Masuyo reached and examined Amegakure's most obvious entrance had Goryo came descending from the sky, unnaturally disturbed by something - but what?! Still in a mood of silence, only a single brow managed to raise as Goryo called out his name without the suffix-ko, a sign of utmost respect rarely (if even) seen given by a man of Goryo's nature. Once he continued and informed Masuyo that the only elder blood brother that he had was slain by the tainted hands of Akuharu Uchiha. . .

He seemed unfazed.

Dropping the leather sack at his feet as it seemingly unraveled itself, Masuyo instinctively looked down and saw the marking of Kirigakure freshly carved into the forefronts of his head. The anger and hate that began to infinitely swell up within him only amplified his near uncontrollable desire to snuff out and plunge the worthless life of Akuharu straight out of his body. He looked to Goryo as he went on and eventually completed his motivational spiel, one of which had been interrupted by his arrival!

Akuharu Uchiha!

With the naturally heighted senses that accompanied Masuyo's Senjutsu transformation, hearing Akuharu arrive hadn't been too difficult of a task. Looking up to his elevated position, Masuyo saw only a man he wish to torture and kill, a man he'd give anything to cast away to the inescapable depths of hell!

Unexpectedly, he expelled a violent stream of fire down towards the group, one of which Goryo effectively defended against with a flower-dome-like creation that sprawled across the over and above the entire group. Falling back to the ground, with a level of speed that dwarfed Masuyo's own, Akuharu managed to clear a 100 meter gap in under a second!

Unbelievable. Everything happened so quickly. Once Masuyo realized the change in Akuharu's position, an explosion rocked the surrounding area, which unfortunately, failed to even touch him. Realizing the danger Goryo had gotten himself into, he wanted to help, however, it appeared as though Goryo had plans of his own. Spinning vehemently, his paper collapsed the ground beneath the group, sending them plummeting to the underground pipe line that lay below.

The fall was minuscule and non-lethal at best, leaving even the elders of the group unharmed for the most part. Raising up from the small amount of debris and rubble, the pipeline which would've led them to Amegakure's interior turned out to be pitch dark. Fortunately, Masuyo knew just how to alleviate that problem.

A quick, painless, bite of his thumb (enough to draw blood), ensured that enough was produced to make his summoning possible. Completing a specific set of hand signatures with a speedy gait, Masuyo's open palm slammed down and against the metal floor. In the next moment, a plume of smoke summoned Uya, one of the more younger members of his summoning family.

"Light, please."

Holding up a single claw, a basic 'torch' billowed from its tip, illuminating the surrounding area. Thereafter, he moved towards the two symbols in which he noticed earlier and had a slight idea. Akadou, a tree of ninjutsu that dominated the Kekkai's side of the family dealt with the use of their hands, thus explaining the indentation. With that in mind, the Sennin's right hand reached out and pressed again, the hand size recess and fed it a bit of chakra.

Looking down at the slot of for a paper sized entry, he thought of Goryo and immediately looked up to find Yuu through the darkness.

"Yuu, step forward if you're here, I need your help. This slot, its small enough for paper, I need you to slide in a piece that perfectly fits, but infuse it with your own chakra."

I was at a loss for words when I seen my older brother who I haven't seen in almost three years appear before the group. His voice was shaky, his facial expression seemed disturbed, I questioned why until he explained his reason for being here. The one who shared the same name as I had been killed by an Uchiha, one that had taken out quite a few of us in the past; however this was the first time I had heard about the man who was named Akuharu Uchiha.

The moment when the leather sack hit the ground it seemed as if the head itself rolled out from the sack itself. The cut off head did nothing but anger the group itself, or that was what could be seen from the way Masuyo's facial expressions changed so drastically; what a surprising twist of fate, Kirigakure was the reason for this? Did the man that we encountered on Kirigakure send him to kill off one of our men? Just what was going on.

Suddenly the man responsible for all of this appeared without warning and then... everything happened so quickly. A stream of fire was sent towards us while Goryo defended us with one of his creations sending him flying back to the ground. I didn't even have a chance to help before Akuharu pierced his throat, however Goryo countered with an explosion that sent us down into the underground tunnels.

"Nii-san!" All I could muster up to say before my body collided with the ground below, I opened my eyes slowly, I was peering into complete darkness. While I instinctively stood up from my current position Masuyo summoned a familiar to light the surrounding area for us. I looked around and checked if everyone was accounted for, everyone except for Goryo. I couldn't let the anger get the best of me, I knew why we were here—the time to revive Amegakure had come.

"We can't sit here and cry about the man upstairs, regardless if he's my brother we have to get to the village center quickly! He's up there fighting for us to buy us some time, we can't just sit here. Let's move!" I screamed, my voice echoing throughout the lit up room while I looked back at the chakra infused paper that sealed up the exit that we dropped in from. I followed Masuyo towards the door which had both of our families symbols crafted within.

I watched as Masuyo placed his hand and pressed the specific indentation before listening as he asked me to feed the slot some of my chakra infused paper. My index finger jutted outward while it turned into paper, one simple sheet of paper folded just right to fit into the slot flew away and into the slot of the machine. I waited intently to see if the door would open and allow the rest of us to pass through.

It all happened too quick to properly even fathom what happened. Kiyoshi wasn't even sure what the hell to make of it all. First Goryo Tenzo appeared and placed the dead body of Yuu Kekkai on the floor. There was just something about his facial expression that the Kekkai did not like. It was almost as if he could feel the mood quickly shift into one of despair. Hell Masuyo's facial expression didn't even change when he found out that his brother was dead. Just who the fuck was this Uchiha and why did he have a problem with these two families? Or was there just something inside Amegakure no Sato that was of value to him?

It was then that the man of the hour appeared. Akuharu Uchiha.

The display of raw power sent a chill down the medic's spine. Before any of them could react, there was a loud explosion and Goryo shielded all of them from the blast. Then his paper began cutting into the ground and caused each of them to fall without out much harm. Now they were in one of the pipelines that was now their only way into the village safely. At first it was dark but after Masuyo's summon, a light illuminated from said summon. Looking up, there was no way of getting out. That wouldn't even be a smart idea.

As the group walked forward, they found the two clan symbols once more. Masuyo stepped towards the Kekkai symbol and Yuu Tenzo stepped towards the the Tenzo symbol. Whatever occurred next, Kiyoshi was ready for it. Even if he died today, at least Amegakure would be revived.

[The Dude]

Goryo Tenzo. One of the first ninjas Kiyoshi had trained at a young age had manifested into everything the elders had hoped for him and more. A proficient and powerful shinobi he was now the leader of the Tenzo clan it seemed. Kiyoshi was merely happy to see that he was alive. He had assumed all shinobi from home had died during the destruction, but seeing as Masuyo was still alive it was little surprise that Goryo had survived as well.

Kiyoshi could not dwell on his pride for long as another ninja made his appearance. It took little effort to notice the arrival of a chakra signature of this level, but it was impossible to keep track of his movements. From the top of the gates he is suddenly before the company and soon in heated conflict with Goryo. Kiyoshi hefts his large claymore onto his shoulder and begins a short charge towards the pair keeping a keen eye for a moment and place to strike. Before opportunity presents itself (and before the veteran gets himself killed) paper slices and glides through the ground beneath them bringing Kiyoshi to a stop to marvel at the spectacle.

Someone cries out Nii-san and Kiyoshi turns to take notice of the boy just before the explosive cave-in of the earth causing the company to tumble to the underground entrance. Kiyoshi rises to his feet energetically tossing light debris off himself as he looks to the paper ceiling in the dark listening to the sounds of the battle rage on above them. Kiyoshi fought the urge to sense above them and see how Goryo was faring, after all even if he was in trouble it wasn't as though he could help from down here. No, the sensible thing to do right now was stick with the clan and keep a watchful eye on all of them.

The boy who cried nii-san urges the party onward in light of his brother's sacrifice Light peered through the darkness as Masuyo's summon emitted light from his claw causing Kiyoshi to turn and look to the platform. Masuyo stepped forward inspecting it momentarily before calling for Yuu to aid him quickly with the puzzle. Yuu, happens to be the brother of Goryo it seems as he holds out his index fingers propelling a piece of his own chakra infused paper into the slot. Kiyoshi glanced back to the ceiling one more time listening for distinct sounds he could recognize before looking back to Yuu with a serious solemn face. In all likelihood Goryo was still mortal and may not survive the battle above, this meant Kiyoshi would be especially careful of his younger brother for the mean time.

Which reminded Kiyoshi, who reached into the inner lining in his collar where he retrieved a headband that had been hidden a long time. What little light shone throughout the cave shined across the surface of the rectangular guard showing the four vertical lines in the dark. Quickly he straps it across his forehead and ties it in the back securing the symbol proudly to his head.

It had all happened so fast, the attack by Akuharu Uchiha, and his descent, along with his family, into the depths of Amegakure no Sato, a pitch-black narrow corridor under the village. If they wanted to reclaim their village, they needed to head for the center. It was dark, and Meoru could not see, but that had only been up until his leader, Masuyo, summoned one of his bears, lighting up the way. He, himself, had fire techniques. Under any circumstance the bear died, he would be prepared to lead the way.

Rubbing his hands against the wall, he could feel the paper that coated its surface, wondering how it got there. Being that he never seen them before, during the years he served Amegakure no Sato, he assumed they were explosive notes. He kept his hand upon them as he walked, making sure that he would know if they sizzled. Analyzing the rest of the area, he saw the two crests of his village’s most prized clans: Kekkai and Tenzou.

He gripped the hilt of his sword^1A, prepared for the worst. He had a feeling that the battle was not over. In fact, it had just begun. He knew that reclaiming what was theirs would not be an easy task. There were still people who stood in their way. Amongst them all, the one upstairs had been whom they needed to worry about the most. If he was able to take out of one there brethren as easily as he did, who knows what he could do to the rest of them.

Yulo attempted to mix with the group but felt it wasn't his time to contribute something yet. What happened previously caught him off-guard and sent an awkward sense of fear down his spine as he slowly drifted back into realisation. He kept close to the members of his own family, the Kekkai, following their red heads bobbing throughout this period of darkness. Yulo stood closely behind Masuyo and the others.

He watched with intent, not really knowing what to do. He supposed that's what the majority of them were thinking. They had all re-entered what seemed to be unknown territory, although it was their true home. Yulo cautiously looked around him, watching the techniques of the various people within the group unfold. The bear summoning came, along with the appearance of the paper. A lot of things were occurring, a little too much for him to handle.

He tried to keep focused on what was around him.

The hope.

It filled my body up like a steaming hot cup of coffee the moment Goryo, the only mortal man I swore my loyalty to, descended upon the group with a leather bag within his grip. Mu-Hyul indulged in his own thoughts thereafter, getting lost into the vision of taking back their home with the help of Goryo Tenzo. They were malevolent thoughts by human conception and the only gain had been the power that Tenzo would have unmistakably received after the village was seized. The political & physical power, and glory had always twisted and toiled away in the back of his mind since the destruction of Amegakure.

He desired it all.

On the outside, he remained conscious of his surroundings and thus managed to notice the man who allegedly took over Amegakure during the Tenzo's absence. Akuharu Uchiha. Moving his head up, Mu-Hyul looked the Uchiha over as he stood above them all. He huffed a sigh and allowed his left hand to fall upon the hilt of his sword as it throbbed and ached to taste every ounce of flesh and blood 'Akuharu's' body provided.

The horror.

It happened so fast and with such a substantial distance between the two, there'd been no way to properly defend. Fortunately, Goryo amassed an ocean of paper and caused it to spread over and above the entire group, protecting them from Akuharu's harmful flames in full. "Incredible.", he whispered, awed by Goryo's efforts, but in the following moments, they seemed futile even for him. As the two waged war, Goroyo seemed to have 'sacrificed' himself in order to buy time for the group to advance and enter the village.

With a quick flare, he morphed his paper into a drill-like apparatus and collapsed the ground beneath everyone, causing them to fall into the underground pipelines. Dark and damp, Mu-Hyul lifted himself out of debris and headed towards the fire that Masuyo's summon conjured.

Watching as they messed with the door, the only thing that Mu could do was just sit back and wait for something to happen.

bzzzztt---c-c-c-c-C-C-Control code....accepted. Tenzo chakra signature, confirmed. Kekkai chakra signature, confirmed. Chakra Containment Grid, deactivated.

A computerized voice sparks itself into life; it sounds old and unused, as if it hasn't had to make such an announcement in quite some time. But the poorly maintained systems do respond to the hollow digital recording, and a trembling courses through the floor before becoming still and quiet.

The platform that Masuyo and Yuu touch seems to fold into itself, becoming smaller and breaking down into component parts shaped like square black gears that fall to the floor like dust and are swept up suddenly by a gust of strong air. The large gate barring the pipeline entrance before you glows momentarily, then fades away, leading to an ominous path that will not need the assistance of the Katon emitting summons in order to illuminate it. Your chakra is, gratefully, undisturbed. The blast of air seems to be coming from an overhead ventilation system, and as you collect yourselves, no doubt deciding on who will enter and who might stay behind to ensure your starting position remains secure, the vent seems to kick into overdrive,

Remote code entry, confirmed. Echomire, activated.

the digital voice beckons menacingly from the vent

first spewing out, and then rapidly sucking in with gale force winds sufficient to pick a few of you up off of your feet completely.


[Nightmarish, Hronica, Pwn, Taka] - You are pulled against your will, ripped off of the floor itself, straight towards the open vents, which swallow you without mercy before depositing you into what seems to be a separate dark chamber. The chamber is 50 meters x 50 meters, with equally sized walls, and a complete absence of light. Lying in the exact center of the floor,with what appears to be a black rod sticking out of the center of its chest, impaling him, is the body of Goryo Tenzo. There appears to be no other way out, as the vent snaps shut behind you.
