Neutral Evil is called the "Malefactor" alignment. Characters of this alignment are typically selfish and have no qualms about turning on their allies-of-the-moment. They have no compunctions about harming others to get what they want, but neither will they go out of their way to cause carnage or mayhem when they see no direct benefit to it. They abide by laws for only as long as it is convenient for them. A villain of this alignment can be more dangerous than either Lawful or Chaotic Evil characters, since he is neither bound by any sort of honor or tradition nor disorganized and pointlessly violent.
Examples are an assassin who has little regard for formal laws but does not needlessly kill, a henchman who plots behind his superior's back, or a mercenary who switches sides if made a better offer.[/ul]
--Psyche--
There exist two sides to Yuhwa; the pervert and the manipulator. The Pervert obviously represents her nature to act out in perversion. In contrast to her school girl appearance, her mind is similar to that of a horny 70 year old man; doing whatever she wants to those of either sex. Be it the midst of battle or a moment of importance, Yuhwa is not afraid to bypass the urgency of the situation to act out her perversion. This habit of doing whatever she pleases has landed her in trouble more times than she can count. For those who truly know her, this is seen as her "Pure" side; the only time she is completely sincere.
Opposite to her Pure side is, of course, the half best described as Impure, evil, vile, etc. As mentioned before, Yuhwa's second half is the "Manipulator." She enjoys playing with the emotions of other people and sees them as no more than a game; testing the extent she can manipulate someone. By saying and doing things others expect from her, she believes she can manipulate any person into doing what she wants. Yuhwa does not always act this way out of gain. Most of the time her actions are driven by the simple desire to do so; to watch and study the reactions of another.
--Guise--
Yuhwa's clothing is lacking in much flair as most Shinobi nowadays possess. Her top is a long sleeved, button-up, white blouse with her bottom a black pleated skirt. The skirt is decorated with several pairs of strings with a single one wrapping around her upper waist to form a makeshift belt. Footwear consist of a pair of black near-knee-high heel boots with red lining around the body and gold lining on the bottom. Her socks are a pair of black stockings with thin gold stripes running around the length. Adorned on the back of her head is a red ribbon with no special features. Yuhwa has forgone the need to wear any identification that she is a Suna-Nin or Shinobi for that matter.
Ridding herself of her school girl look, Yuhwa has chosen an outfit that is a bit more . . . "deliberate." Her outfit is now a black babydoll nightgown with a white blouse. The blouse is left half-unbuttoned to reveal the gown beneath. Forgoing an actual pair of pants, Yuhwa's only bottom wear aside from white undergarment is a pair of black thigh-high boots. When the occasion arises, she will adorn a long black coat. Her only piece of accessory is a small crest with her villages insignia clipped onto her underwear at the left hip.
Aside from her outfit, her physical appearance is similar to the past. While her measurements have not changed, her iris color has shifted from a dark purple to a lighter purple. Her hair has been allowed to grow to shoulder length and is now of a reddish tint.

In battle, this allows the user to release massive gusts of air at their opponent, gusts so strong that it can even destroy rock.

- Childhood -
~ As a child, Yuhwa already possessed her natural perverted 70 year old man mind. From an early age, she fell into much trouble at the academy when she had been reported for sexually harassing nearly ALL of the female students. As for the male students, they were relatively untouched except for the bunch who stood in her way and a pair of interesting breast. Despite her 99% rate of getting into trouble, she still managed to graduate from the academy at near the top of her class.
- Adolescence -
~ As she grew, Yuhwa's perverted tendencies did not cease but rather increased exponentially. This made it difficult to place her within a Shinobi group when she spent nearly all of her time harassing her female teammates. Even during missions she did not give up an opportunity to cop a feel when she saw a chance. Her actions grew to the point where no female Shinobi wanted to be on her team and the Jounin instructors were forced to place her into her own solo group. They did not place her into a group with two other males as she was likely to beat the hell out of them for just looking at her. Being in her won solo group and having her own private Jounin instructor, Yuhwa was able to easily attain the rank of Chuunin.
- Adulthood -
~ After two years serving as a Chuunin, she was able to attain the rank of Jounin and allowed to do as she pleased within the village. Though a large majority of the village knew of her to be a mad pervert who should not be left alone with another female, they did recognize her considerable strength. This would be the only reason she was allowed to stay in the village and not booted out for her habits. And not long after attaining the rank of Jounin, our story begins.
