Deacan had just recently gotten to the village, but all thoughts of his head were focused on this plague. Before he left the home he was staying at, a small shack near the edge of the village, he made a few handseals, releasing a jutsu to create a large murder of crows1. He sent the crows out slowly and, with all the death in the village, they seemed to fit right in. Before exiting outside, he donned a breathing mask and wrapped his eyes in a black cloth. It wasn't that he didn't trust his eyes, but he had to be careful with a plague. One bit of the infection getting in his mouth or eyes could cause serious problems. He handed his headband to a crow, telling the crow to stash it far outside the village. He closed his eyes and built up chakra, making a bird hand seal and shifting his vision from his own eyes to the eyes of a crow that was soaring overhead.2 He didn't have perfect control of the bird, but could keep it in the general area. He threw on his outfit and left the house, senbon launchers equipped and ready. He was prepared to fight if neccessary, though it would be a big problem since he would have to break his seal and remove his blindfold, both of which consuming a lot of time when you consider how fast an assassination came.
He left the shack and began walking through the village, making his way towards the hospital, but also checking out the situation in the twon. His bird's eye view gave him a very efficent view of the roads and roofs while also viewing the roads. He had crows all over the village, but there was an un-naturally large amount of them, roughly 30, around him. 10 were always soaring in the sky, 10 were setting on roughs, and 10 were moving around on the ground. They weren't all near each other, in order to keep suspicions off of Deacan, but they were all within 5 seconds of him, had he needed them. The plague seemed much more widespread than he had thought. It had infected a large amount of people and made many of them similar to corpses, though some were still moving. Deacan didn't know if they were people in the later stages of infection or earlier.
Roughly halfway through the run through the village, he broke the seal, wrapping his arms under his clothes to hide them. He wasn't positive how small the spores were, nor how well they could enter a body, so he periodically did this. He breathed in and sent chakra to his hands and touched his chest. The chakra flowed into him, cleaning his lungs of any foreign substances and allowing him to breathe easier3. He didn't do this publicly as he had no clue on who all he could heal and when. The purifying lasted 5 seconds after removing his hands. Then he resumed walking through the village in his prayer like-stance with his hands in the seal of the bird and viewing himself through the eyes of one of his creations in the sky.

Special: Crows can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Up to 10 are summoned initially, with 10 more each time this jutsu is re-learned for a maximum of 100 crows. Crows move almost as fast as kunai, and maintain a mental chakra connection to the user for the sake of communication.
Description: The base behind the Akegarasu is their control and use of crows in battle, displayed well with this technique. After forming a few simple seals, the crow king will call upon a murder of crows to fly around and envelop the target, causing confusion with their dark forms and quick movement. From here, either a comrade or the user can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more efficiently. Finally, the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja, as the crows are massive in numbers and composed of the user's chakra. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Description: Intended for surveillance in any form of situation, the crow king will perform a single handseal - bird - and call upon the mental connection of any available crows. Once the user's eyes are closed, they will be granted a clear, concise moving image of whatever it is that select crow is watching. Although not ideal for direct, confrontational conflict, a hidden enemy can use this to aid an attacking mate, or even if the user requires some form of tracking.

Description: Channeling chakra into the user's hands, a green light envelops them. The medical shinobi then places his hands on the patient's chest, sending this chakra through the patient's body, widening and relaxing the entire organ set of the respiratory system, allowing easy breathing and protecting against choking. This treatment allows the target to breath twice as easier for a certain amount of time, the medic's special chakra cleansing their lungs by the second.

Description: With this accessory, the ninja is able to breath underwear for short periods of time. The apparatus appears to be a very small mask, and covers only the nose and mouth of the user. Although, it is quite hard and sturdy, and usually comes in a deep black color.
