Secluded within the recesses of the Kirigakure slums and the perpetual mist that hung over the large island like a veil, there was the house of spades. Owned by made men, it was an establishment for the unsightly and outlaws to gather and dine; it was haven for the scum of the world to pool about for business and pleasure, where the underground reigned supreme.
Though somewhat shotty in its outward appearance, the owner of the house of spades sacrificed everything to assure its inner workings were absolutely flawless. From the bamboo flooring the to plush pillow-seats, it was quite obvious whoever ran this place spent a pretty penny on the details.
Filled to the brim with occupants, whores and pimps littering the vicinity, a small corner in the upstairs was dedicated to the most noble of all the guests dwelling within the house of spades. By far the most feared and prosperous man within, the owner, sat surrounded by a handful of his most valued subordinates. Women threw themselves at him, tenders filled his sight with sake and food of the best quality; Kouketsu couldn't have cared less about either.
"I take it everything went according to plan?"
"Good. Let Tokido know I would like to speak with him later today."
Foreign relations were always a top priority for the Akumabito; however, the newest development within Kirigakure had left very little time for diplomacy. A "zombie" invasion, for lack of a better word, was pretty bad for business -- people were too busy fleeing, or spending them time trying to think of reasonable solutions. Profit was at very sudden all time low, and if there was one thing Kouketsu couldn't stand, it was low profit.
Still, he had no interest in partaking in the confrontation himself. "What's the status on the issue taking place in the village?"
The group's silence spoke on volumes.
"Well then, perhaps I will have to get my hands dirty after all. . ."

"I take it everything went according to plan?"
"Indeed, Kouketsu-sama."
"Good. Let Tokido know I would like to speak with him later today."
"Hai."
