Mission Information: Fighting is a natural part of the shinobi world, but sometimes there is a lull in battle; a mission might be taken here, a small threat averted there, but otherwise all is peaceful. That is why the Jounin of Sunagakure have come together to suggest a mission: those who wish to gain more experience in combat against another shinobi should come together and spar. Death is not permitted, and will be a punishable offense, but otherwise, go crazy!
Special Information: Repeatable. Requires at least two ninja, but a fight between more than two is also encouraged, as such situations can occur during war.
Reward: 50 EXP & 1,000 Ryo.

Hands still in the pockets of his jacket he'd move his nose solely about a bit to shake off an itch. Yet even though this was just a spar he was going to take things seriously and not be the average prick he was. As such he actually removed his hands from his jacket pockets. Raising a brow as he began stretching a bit he offered the other male some words. "I know this is just a spar. But, don't go easy alright? Let's really test each others capabilities, mk?"

[/color] Continuing his stretching he'd glance towards the bright blue sky that had several clouds scattered about it. And with a soft and cool breeze blowing on by Daichi prepared himself mentally for combat, as well as formulating his plan of attack.

Before I could even removed myself from the Kazekage's office to skim over the information and objectives that had been delegated to me, I'd been approached by another Sunagakure shinobi, a comrade. I found myself thinking as he approached me and asked to take part as my sparring partner, his reasons were an enigma to me, however, I hardly paid it any mind. Truth be told I saw this as a golden opportunity, an opportunity to become acquainted with someone, possibly obtaining what everyone often referred to as 'a friend'. Friends didn't come often to a person like myself, I've tried countless of times, but for some reason my uncanny ability to endlessly think and suspend myself in deep thought while keeping a watchful, cognizant eye of my surrounds was -for some reason- intimidating.

Withal, I followed him to the area that we were supposedly sparring within, and honestly, I wasn't too surprised as it was a area that I too was familiar with. I had spent countless of hours and even days for that matter sitting in different areas while pensively reflecting upon whatever decided to surface into my vacuum of a mind. The area -as I always remembered it- held a 60x60 meter diameter training ground comprised of earth and metameric bodies of sand. As we trekked across the land and onto the field, I myself stopped 20 meters just south of the fields border, distancing myself from my opponent by roughly 22 meters before he spoke to me.

"I know this is just a spar. But, don't go easy alright? Let's really test each others capabilities, mk?"

"The area is too small, my room is too, speaking of which i need to go gro- Hm? Oh yes, testing ones capabilities is a great way to prosper as shinobi. Unfortunately I'll have no choice but to hold back with what I do.

Finishing my speech, my hand clandestinely slide into my hips left pack, lightly pressing against the constructs of clay, but not molding it whatsoever. The movement was smooth and swift, so much so only the surface (top) of my hand could be seen. There weren't many who knew of Kibaku nendo, and those who did either made sure they were allies, or have falling to their explosive art.

"Well. . .I guess I'm ready when you are."

Quite a bit of range between them now, or some would think. So this one had to hold back? Shaking his head he'd merely raise his left hand and begin his assault. Hands free he worked them into seals and offered a bored expression, he was interested in seeing his opponents abilities. And he'd figure this out, or rather would hope to do so rather quickly as his essence split in two, effectively creating a double, but not a double of Daichi himself. Rather he had created a clone of his sparring partner. And with this clone at his side they'd both glare at their distanced opponent. Though Daichi was forming more seals with his hands, his sparring partner's clone was rushing forward at blazing speeds. As such it'd close the distance rather quickly, clearing twenty two meters in just two seconds and some change. To this it'd quickly unleash a sequence of kicks and punches onto Daichi's opponent.

Chakra Same as Pepa Bunshin.
Special: Creates a special Paper Clone of a person other than the user in order to trick and potentially attack the opponent. Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at speeds equal to the user's Pepa Speedo (Paper Speed), and can perform any Shikigami jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. The number of these clones capable of being created is equal to the number of Paper Clones the user can create. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves.
Description: An offset of the Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu, this ability allows the user to create the appearance of someone other than him or herself. The created clone is usually an ally of an opponent that the user has already captured or disposed of. The point of the technique is to catch the opponent off guard, leaving them open to attack from the person they had assumed was their friend.

As my opponent moved my mind continued to sift through each and every memory bank it could, summoning memories that weren't even relevant to the sparring match that was about to take place. The thrill of battle soon began rushing into me as my opponents hand sprung to life, sifting through a sequence of seals, hinting at an impending attack. The second his hands moved onto one another had my hand mouth began its monstrous feast, filling its maw with constructs of clay, chewing rapidly with furor, taking only a second complete.

By now my opponent had strung several seals but didn't seem like he had quite yet been finished. The moment his final seal had come into existence was the moment I had backwardly thrown my perfectly molded clay 3 meters behind me in the form of of a simple bird. Unfortunately, by the time I could actually put the creation itself to proper use, a clone swiftly and almost imperceptibly closed in upon my position, launching a series of directionless kicks and punches all aimed at my head(unspecified). My head and thorax bobbed, weaved, and leaned to elude such basic strikes, waiting for an opening to clear myself from his physical pursuit which pushed me back 2 meters. Luckily, just as I had hoped for, the opening presented itself like a stairway to heaven. A roundhouse came in upon my face, skillfully I crouched beneath and in one single motion leapt backwardly a single meter while having performed a simple seal.

Without indication my bird -that was previously thrown behind me- expanded exponentially, enough so that I was able to safely land upon its surface, and the moment I had done so had its wings undulated, carrying me 15 meters into the air.

"Well Wasn't that an interesting exchange. Well I believe its my turn right?"

In a congenial manner, I taunted my opponent albeit my hand simultaneously dove into my clay pack once more, molding and crafting with perfected skill.

Description: Said to be the clan member's most gross yet most fundamental power, the ability to control one's hand-mouths is the key towards victory or defeat on the battlefield. With the hand-mouth open and ready for clay, the user learns to feed it and near-instantly send their Bakuton chakra into their creation, carried by how well they can control Blast chakra. However, after a second or so, the hand-mouth spits out the user's full representation of explosive power within their clay creation, allowing the Kibaku-Nendo to proceed further with other clan techniques. As for detonation? Through the simple formation of 'Katsu' - the single seal that symbolizes standard explosive note blasts everywhere.

Bomb can only move as far away from user as highest ranked 'Kouguchi Bakuha' known. Creation time is same as highest ranked 'Kibaku Iritsuku' known. Requires two standard clay blobs.
Description: Molding clay into a tiny bird about the size of a C1 bomb, the user can then perform a special handseal to make the the bird expand into a size in which it can hold one or two people and sustain flight. Just like C1, the user can control where the bird moves, but what differs this bird from what's created in C2, is the size and the inability to do anything other than support the user for flight and explode.

Still working on his hand seals Daichi would still stay the distance away from his sparring partner. Though the clone he had made of his sparring partner would not let distance stay between itself and what it had been cloned to look like. As such when the black haired original ducked and moved away from it's last kick it'd halt the finishing of it's round house kick and would lean forward and push off with it's foot still on the ground, to keep up with it's foe. As such when Todai found himself on his clay bird, so would his copy. All the while Daichi had managed to finish his seals thus making him prepared for his next attack, though he'd wait til the appropriate time to use it. Leaving the clone of his sparring partner to be the primary offensive fighter at the moment. On the bird with Todai himself it'd use chakra fed to it's feet to keep it stabilized on the bird should it attempt to buck him off. Ducking low it'd step forward and aim a strong right upper cut to Todai's gut, and should he dodged the a low crouching leg sweep.

OOC: I'm pretty sure its nearly impossible to physical jump in the middle of an attack, let alone stop and then gather the power to leap forward, but i'll go with it this time.

It seemed that my opponent wouldnt' let me get off so easily from his assault, relentlessly following me mid-attack with a frontal leap, a movement that left me momentarily bewildered, I'd never seen such an awkward movement before. Nevertheless he followed me masterfully, leaping onto my bird as I myself hand done prior to being swiftly lifted 15 meters into the air. My hand found its way back into my hip pack as my opponents fist down into my stomach, charging my body with surges of pain. The strike undoubtedly held some force behind it, and almost reflexively my body careened backwardly, soon falling off the back of the bird sending my own body plummeting 5 meters down towards the earth like an eagle.

Concurrently as my body had begun to lean in to a free-fall had my hand mouth began chewing away at blobs of clay, working their maws like magic. Taking only a brief second to complete my molding my hand slipped from out my hip my and catapulted forward towards the ground, throwing out a ball of clay as it expanded into a bird. Wasting not even a second I performed a single seal while my body rebounded, bringing it to an up right position as I landed skillfully upon my expanded bird. I made it just in time, successfully catching myself with my C1 getaway bird 5 meters above the ground. Rejoicing in my safe landing, my hands came together once more in a single, quick, zodiac ritual igniting the previous clay bird, causing it to blossom into a 5 meter explosion.

The thundering explosion roared above me as the residuary heat batched the apex of my head, I knew there was no way for the clone to escape, unless it could walk on the very air itself. This man afront was nothing more than a annoyingly relentless opponent, pushing me to use clay in which I so preciously saved other wise.

"You're troublesome and quite the annoyance, making me use my clay blobs so openly."

Wasting no time it'd follow suit, except it'd jump down from the bird on the opposite side that Todai had. Descending down to the ground it planned to meet Todai in combat once more, though it'd raise a brow as it passed Todai and a new bird. To this Daichi would cancel the clone out to balance out his chakra reserves once more. All the while rushing forward with his prepped technique still at the ready. Shortening the distance between himself and his sparring partner to about fifteen meters. "Got ya!"

[/color] And with that he'd release his prepped technique, causing a wave of paper to rise and roll forward as a threatening tsunami of parchment. It's size, speed, and range made it Daichi's current greatest offensive technique. Which actually was his only offensive technique other than his clone techniques, then again who else knew that other than Daichi himself? This spar had proven to be interesting so far, but he was sure his technique would win it for him.

Baku Kamishouha (Bursting Paper Collision Waves)

Type: Ninjutsu, Offensive
Range: 30 meters.
Chakra: High
Special: The user releases an incredible wave, equal in size to the user's maximum allowed size of paper creations, comprised of hundreds of sheets of paper towards the opponent. The wave itself is generally wider than it is taller, so that is a wide area of effect. The wave will travel up to 30 meters and will attempt to bury anyone caught within the wave under the mountains of paper. Because the paper is filled with the user's chakra, the user is capable of knowing the location of anyone who was caught within the wave, and can then proceed to follow up with other Paper Ninjutsu attacks. The wave's strength is dependent upon the user's own Crafting Paper Strength and Paper Elemental Resistance.
Description: A wave of paper that rolls across the ground, similar to a tsunami wave, and attempts to catch opponents within it.

Clandestinely I kept my distance, some 25 meters or so, it had only been a 3 meter gap increase from my retracting leaps, but in the end each move I made had not been wasted, I cherished the distance between my opponent and I, and was sure to make good use of it. The explosion from my previous getaway bird rocked the atmosphere around it, causing smoke to precipitate along with my opponents descending clone, it was at that moment -when I watched it plummet helplessly below me- that I took the initiative to guide my bird into the skies, ascending with great speeds as my opponent took off under a quick dash.

CHakra twisted and churned beneath my feet, allowing my to retain my balance upon my bird during its high speed flight. Concurrently as my bird and I ascending into the heavens, my hand mouth began its feeding, ferociously chewing away at the constructs of clay. Withal, I continued my ascent, completing it as my bird leveled itself out horizontally, now hovering 30 meters above the earthen floor and my opponent. I knew I would 'outrun' the completion of his dash given that in terms of general a bird reigns superior over any human.

Finally when he decided to launch his wave of pervasive paper, I'd be out of its reach in height, it wasn't a large gap between (height of tech is undefined) the apex of the wave and myself, however, it was enough to allow it to harmlessly pass beneath me. Thinking to myself, I remained hoisted upon the currents of air with the flapping of my birds wings every few seconds.

"That seemed like a pretty powerful attack, and a costly one at that. But one thing's certain, paper is truly annoying, i dont think I'll look at it the same way after today."

Both of us had unique abilities, of which when pitted against one another simply births an annoying battle, well that coupled with trying to dispatch a opponent via non-lethal means.

My mighty maw continued to asininely pick away at my thumbs nail, thinking and mulling over the words that the man before me peppered me with. Crouched masterfully with bare feet upon my bird as the suns liquid rays of gold bathed my countenance, I listened contentedly to the man afront, nodding every few moments as to give physical indication that I had been acknowledge everything he sand and anything he'd come to say. My bird continued to lightly waver, spraying soft bodies of dust into the air to keep its body afloat.

"None lethal attacks you say, now that doesn't sound like a bad idea at all, its something that I could definitely could work on in my pastimes."
