Missed again," he thought as his opponent managed to distance himself with the use of shunpo. The Kumo ninja was quite annoying in his efforts against Ju's pressure, but unfortunately, the battle could no longer continue. With the appearance of other people, Ju knew it was possible that could have taken a turn for the worse. And with that, while his gates deactivated, he hastily pillaged the remains of the Tsuchikage , relieving her of all Ryo that she possessed as well as her headband and kage hat. Filling his own pockets and pouches, the ground beneath Ju began to violently rumble as small tremors transcended across the land. "The hell is going on," he thought to himself as massive trees began to sprout out from the surface of the cliff and attacked, almost like ravenous tendrils. Quick on his feet, Ju would have continued to run forward after he ransacked the deceased woman and considering he -at that point- faced the cliff itself and was much closer to it than the others, it was the best option.

Unfortunately, the tree's seemed to dislike Ju's attempt to escape, so much so that tendril-like branches of tree's were at his back, even as he was hot on his heels. He needed to move faster, much faster, and luckily, he knew just the way to do it. Although his inner gates carried him a maximum of six meters per second, it wasn't enough, so, with the use of shunpo -an even faster movement- he reached the edge of the cliff in the blink of an eye. Thereafter, he pivoted as he jumped forward, up, and off the cliff in a way where the cliffs wall was within arms reach and Ju himself faced the wall. With his claymore's hilt still seized with his iron grip, he lunged its tip forward and into the cliffs wall, using it as a protruding platform where the blunt sides faced both heaven and hell.

From falling and stopping abruptly, his body jerked and threatened to separate him from his sword, but his physical strength reigned supreme. "C'mon Ju, you got this!," he said, encouraging himself as his legs began to swing back and forth until finally, he flipped up on said claymore in a spider-man like fashion. Ju sighed, knowing that his little stunt could have easily cost him his life, but on the bright side, he just murdered a Kage and knew a fitting reward awaited him back home. Despite losing a comrade, Ju figured he'd have been able to rest easy knowing that their mission was fulfilled completely. "Welp, guess its about time I head home and get prepared for the next assignment."

In a slight hurry, Ju simply laced chakra to his feet as he stepped onto the cliff's belly at an angle where it allowed him to stand out from the wall just like the claymore. He reached forward, grabbed his claymore's handle and ripped it out of the ground. From there, he descended down to the cliffs base outside of Iwagakure, ready to head home.

A genin of Hidden Stone with hair as dark as midnight arrived on the scene although it was painfully obvious that he was too late to do anything beneficial for the woman who was now his former leader. Even from dozens upon dozens of meters away, his tracker had been revealing information to him during his whole travel here. Almost all truths had been revealed to him as he closed the distance between himself and the battleground. He'd seen her body hit the ground hard enough. He wasn't the kind of guy to discount her for touching the ground but when she didn't get back up and was just as suddenly swallowed by a forest, he let out a sigh of defeat, he knew she was dead. He couldn't quite explain the feeling of seeing the leader of his village slain before his very eyes. He had no personal ties to her but she represented something to his village. His heart became hard like stone with the thoughts that if he'd been faster he might have been able to change the outcome of the situation.

What was done was done however, and if nothing else he was here now. His eyes scanned the faces of those present he could make out and only one of them as familiar. In the back of his mind he tried not to resent the man he called 'friend' for not saving the Tsuchikage. As a Kage himself Ryu knew better than any normal shinobi what it meant to have a price on your head. Unlike the recently late Sandaime however, Ryu had power and experience that would have most likely kept him alive if he had been under attack. Plus there were the tiny brown spheres hidden somewhere on his person that could triple one's power in an instant. Yeah... the Uchiha slightly older than himself had many skills and making friends was one of them, his friendship with the Iwagakure genin was probably the most financially beneficial of all his ties. However, only the sinless could cast the first stone and Sen was not without fault himself so he would ignore his impulse to blame others and shirk off his own responsibilities. This was a moment of clarity.

He could make out no forms from the top of the Forrest but he had seen the leaves and trees appear from nowhere, the obvious work of a Mokuton user. This was his first time seeing such a thing in person and it was quite awe-inspiring. For a moment it almost made Sen forget that he was capable of creations just as grand albeit much more destructive. His physical conditioning made it easy enough to scale the creation and he came to a stop at the first of the bodies he was here to look over.

He'd seen the boy die from the distance but was unsure of what kind of jutsu he employed. He only knew the kid died at the hands of the man who partly defended the Tsuchikage, yet another Uchiha. Searching his person Sen would see his headband, which was took some searching to find. He looked over the emblem of the shining patch of metal and hid his reactions from the others. Be they allies or simply the enemies of his enemies the others here were not from his village and as such he would keep his opinions to himself for now. He took no money or items from the corpse, though he wanted to, after all the kid played a hand in the death of the Tsuchikage! In the end his sensible side won out; the kill did not belong to him, nor did the spoils.

Coming to the second body, already stripped of it's money and items of importance Sen took a moment to mourn the loss of life. He hadn't know the Sandiame very well at all. In their one meeting she seemed okay and somewhat aloof. She was a young woman of fierce and standard-setting beauty and even now with her blood staining her clothes her features were angelic. He pulled her too from the forest and instead of dropping her to the earth below he formed handseals and in seconds two clones appeared at both sides. One grabbed at the Sandaime throwing her over his shoulder and the other hit the ground waiting to be of further use.

Reaching the top of the forest was no issue and as grim as the situation was it as bit fun to climb such a string of trees and plants. At that top of the forest he approached the Mokuton user coming to stand a distance from him of 10 meters. The man seemed out of it and in need of some piece of mind. It wasn't entirely clear if he acted in defense of the Sandaime or was just being spastic in any event he spoke aloud the open air making his baritone carry well to the Mokuton user's ears as well as the ears of the Gate-wielding Uchiha. "You and the Uchiha acted bravely in defense of the Sandaime... Iwagakure no Sato owes you a debt for your actions."

[/b] His eyes peeled downward towards the clone carrying the Third's body, he couldn't see them due to the thickness of the forest he now stood on. "However, because she died anyway, that debt is a small one. Return with me to Hidden Stone to rest and heal your wounds. At this time, that is all I can offer you."[/b] In truth he wasn't 100% sure the guards would actually let them in but with no Kage, in his eyes the ANBU had no authority over him. For their efforts temporary refuge was both least and most Stone could do for them.

As he followed the man he'd be joined by his clones who would follow them until they were safely escorted out of the surrounding area. And nonetheless of how he felt on the needless death on the one he carried he'd take his time to loot him of his worth, money and tools alike. Though he'd keep carrying the boy, he needed a proper burial despite his ignorance.

Heart pounding, the tides of battle had shifted in a tectonic way, making the situation quite unstable. Like in the trembling grounds of an earthquake, one must not stand in the open hoping not to be crushed by falling debris. Well, my current predicament was similar. I was not going to just stand here while I had predators breathing down my neck. With my gates now activated, I had an opportunity to flee and so I would take it. I realize my kill would be left behind along with the spoils on his person, but it did not phase me; what I took most pride in was not the money nor the weapons, even the headband; rather, the kill itself. It was an honorable kill and I would depart knowing this. Blasting away from the now dense jungle through sheer speed, I would take my leave.

With the Mokuton user in tow the genin would take off with what he could collect of the body of the third. The gates user really did a number on her and it the whole incident ensured that he would never forget what a Hachimontoku, Mokuton or Bow user could do. There was enough of her left for ANBU and Medics to get a positive I.D. on and with that the Mokuton user would be permitted inside the village. The offer to visit was extended to Ryu and his companion as well but that went without saying as Ryu knew the location of his village through their dealings and probably even before their dealings. The genin was sure he would bump into his friend again at some point.With haste the two ninja possessing Kekkei Genkai of Earth would depart to Hidden Stone to relay the events that had transpired here.
