Another Day at The Ramen Stand

It was a warm day. Iwa was known for its high-climates.
Yousa knew that, more now than ever before. He picked the wrong day to walk around in layered attire. He had the choice of black shorts and a red shirt or a hefty outer-jacket with long pants. Clearly he had made the wrong choice. Yousa slouched uncomfortably as he traversed the streets of Iwakagure. At the time he could not even remember why he had chosen this outfit, but there was not much to do for it about it now so Yousa moved on and reached his destination.
“Morning.” He spoke casually as he entered the small and very modest ramen stand. “I’ll have some Ebi Dumplings and just small bowl of ramen…oh and a water.” Ironically enough, Yousa was not very fond of ramen, but he absolutely loved dipping Ebi Dumplings into unflavored ramen. The Shinobi handed her a gracious handful of Ryo. She noticed that he had handed her more than enough for his purchase. The woman looked up at Yousa, who winked, making her smile as she placed the extra Ryo into the tip jar. Yousa was a regular customer, meaning he always tipped the stand and he always flirted harmlessly with the chef’s daughter.
“Yousa! How ya been my boy.” The chef, who could see everyone at the long-table ( even while cooking ) greeted Yousa kindly. The Shinobi grinned; he had always liked the chef a lot. He only knew the man from the stand, but he had come here so often that Yousa was practically family. “I’ve got a new dish I think you might like! Kasai Ramen,” He said encouragingly and turned to his daughter “Here, honey, give him a cup on the house. I know he’ll want to more once he tries it!” His daughter nodded and prepared a small cup.
“Here you are.” She set down date of dumpling in front of Yousa and placed the two small bowls of ramen on each side of the plate. Rasu looked at the ‘new dish’ peculiarly. “It’s called Kaen Ramen. It’s imported from the Fire Country, but still really good. Be careful though, it’s really, really hot.” Rasu smiled at the waitress’ concern; Yousa was not unfamiliar with spicy food. In fact, he thoroughly enjoys them. So the first thing he did was pick up the Kaen Ramen and have a taste.
…That’s when it happened.
As mentioned, Yousa had tried hot stuff before. But there was nothing, absolutely nothing that he had ever tried in his life that was as spicy as Kaen Ramen. The young Shinobi could feel in taste buds tense up in agony as his face shaded into a deep-set red color. He had to get it out of his mouth. Yousa hesitated with the full amount of Ramen coursing down his throat; he did not want to spit the Ramen all over the counter, but he could not keep it in any longer. Try as he may, it was only when Yousa could no longer handle the heat that he turned to his right and spat out the liquid he had gulp.
“I-I t-t-told you it was hot.”
Yousa’s eyes grew wide when he realized he had spattered the ramen all over someone.
“Oh shit.” Yousa thought, his hand not even dashing for his water bottle.
