Appearance: The first thing many people will notice about Gentle is that there isn't much of his face actually visible. At first glance it'd be impossible for somebody to make out what he looks like, though when he takes off his mask, it is quite surprising to most to find that he is actually quite good looking. Incredibly vain, Gentle is often seen gloating and declaring how beautiful he is. One thing he is incredibly proud of is his long, silky mane of hair; both the length and quality akin to that of a girls.

With such a large vertical silhouette, many would expect he'd have trouble dressing himself. However, this is not the case, as he barely wears anything at all, dressing in nothing more than pants, a mask and shoes. This choice of attire may be surprising to some, but as a proud (self proclaimed) example of perfection, he feels he has to present himself accordingly.

Mental Status: Distant

Gentle, as a person, is a very confusing creature. Though he oozes confidence and ignorance, he is in fact a very savvy individual. Unlike many of the other overly confident men his age, he doesn't put himself in bars and skulk around with women, he instead does what he does best: make everyone else look ugly in comparison.

Insulting people and belittling them is all part of the hunt to him. Crushing them mentally and emotionally is almost as delicious as crushing them down physically, at least in his mindset. Not much unlike a spider, or a snake, he likes to toy with his victims with verbal arguments. Though, when it comes to physical warfare, he'd much rather get them killed and get right to the feast.

He himself is not sure where his fascination with cooking and eating people came from, but he is very content with his culinary fetish. Even when he was young he'd bite and rip at other kids flesh, though as
he grew older he learned to suppress the urges; in public, at least.

Shunpo (Flashing Light Steps)

Special: Shunpo is much like Shunshin, a forward-moving high-speed technique that transports the user across a short space in the blink of an eye. When used, the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing. The user can Shunpo once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.

Description: The basis of all Ju Kenshi techniques, Zanbatou Mochi alows the Ju Kenshi to briefly "charge" their attack, pausing momentarily in order to gather their might. Then, quicker than the blink of an eye, they can unleash their strike anywhere they please, extra force behind it to either defend against incoming strikes or deliver an extra useful strike. Though the brief charge and small period after the swing leaves the user open, the trade-off is a devastating swinging sword that can decimate anything in its way.

Special: Allows Gentle to counter tangible attacks by hitting back against them, allowing him to effectively bat away strikes while swinging his blade forwards. Stamina drain is one rank higher than the jutsu being countered. Strike is equal to users rank in the jutsu.
Description: Though many Jū Kenshi practitioners possess the ability to call on absurd amounts of rage, Gentle has perfected the art. Blending his desire to feed and kill with the anger gained in battle, he gains the inner strength to strike forth against physical Ninjutsu/Taijutsu and cleave through them, the defense usually becoming little more than scraps as his swing continues through. The strength behind the swing is awe inspiring and quick, to allow him an effective counter to nearly any strike.

Special: Highest rank known determines distance traveled, speed of blade beam, and its size. Damage is reliant on 'Zanbatou Mochi' plus the user's highest rank known, resulting in bonus slashing damage. A user can choose at will which version to use, stamina consumption still applies as per rank.

Description: As its name implies, the Blade Beam is a range attack as a result of a sword swing. The user cocks their weapon back briefly and, after charging, cuts the air before them. The result is pure cutting power forming a blade beam of a color reflective of one's chakra nature that travels a set distance. The speed of the cutter is frighteningly fast, and can grow in size as the Ju Kenshi grows in skill and strength. Finally, the strength of the beam is directly proportionate to the cutting powers of the blade employed.

Special: See subjutsu. Lasts for one turn, plus one more each time retrained. Intense flow of chakra is able to disrupt regular Genjutsu 'C' ranked and lower. Once activated, the user moves at twice their normal speed, to the point a normal eye has trouble seeing the user (+200%). Upon deactivation, fatigue settles and lasts as long as Gate was active, yields strain, and restricts user to Taijutsu 'A' ranked and under for the remainder of the fatigue.
Description: The first stage of the Eight Gates, the Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon) is located in the brain, and upon activation, releases the brain's restraints, allowing full power usage of the body's muscles. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use extremely strong techniques, such as the Iron Fist's Frontal Lotus.

Once activated, the user moves at thrice their normal speed, to the point a normal eye can no longer keep up with the user (+300%). Upon deactivation, fatigue settles and lasts as long as Gate was active, yields moderate strain, and restricts user to Taijutsu 'A' ranked and under for the remainder of the fatigue.
Description: Located within the brain, the second stage of the Eight Gates, the Gate of Rest, raises stamina and assists in recovery after being weakened. By further boosting one's inner strength, they subsequently re energize their body.
