Neutrality is his game and essence. Being a person who neither cares for good and bad and simply what he will or will not do. There is no predicting the actions of a man who constantly shifts between moral and immoral. At one moment he may prefer to save the damsel in distress and the next he is forcing the person he saved to repay him in some manner. Though many have associated his actions with being simply "Evil", this cannot be the defining word of a complex man. For there are times where he may save others without any personal gain -- and at times he may throw a person to the wolves to better his own fortunes.

In almost every manner, Eun looks like your average person. Short black hair, black eyes, white complexion, and a neither buff nor lanky build. Even his attire possesses nothing special about it. Most of the time, hee chooses to adorn a long sleeved T-shirt, slacks, belt, shoes, gloves, and a long trench coat. Each piece of clothing black in color without any designs or extravagant accessories.
There exist only one piece of equipment in Eun's attire that causes him to stand out and that is his mask. The piece of gear is white in color with a dark red semi-grinning mouth painted on with two oval holes for his eyes. A single purple lightning bolt shaped design resides on the right side of the face; the bottom of the design running through the right eye hole.

Special: 'C' ranked version is for Tai Tertiaries; 'B' for Tai Secondaries; finally, 'A' ranked version is for Taijutsu Primaries. When worn, all leg related Taijutsu is improved by the equivalent weight rank, but the user suffers a speed loss equivalent to half their normal movement speed. However, when removed, a large speed boost is gained, equal to double the user's normal speed, and lasts for as many turns as the user had the weights equipped for. Once a boost is used, another cannot be performed until the user re-equips the weights for double the amount of turns used to charge the previous boost - i.e. if the user has it on the first time for 3 turns and took it off, then they can only boost again in the same thread if the user now wears it for 6 turns. The recounter is restarted once the user leaves the thread.
Description: Though an old fashioned training method, taijutsu specialists use these extremely heavy weights to increase their speed and movement. These weights are usually worn under the warmers on the user's lower legs. When removed, the user gains a great increase in their speed and mobility. The weights are marked with the kanji for "guts".

- Childhood - Academy - Genin
~ As a kid, Eun lived your average Shinobi life. Like all other kids of his village, he played ninja games until he came of age where he enrolled in the academy. As a Shinobi of Mizugakure, Eun was just your average student -- not at the top of the class nor at the bottom of the class. At the normal age, he graduated from the academy and achieved the rank of Genin.
- Adolescence - Chuunin
~ It was during his Genin days that Eun lived a more thrilling life; one full of death, action, and excitement. Despite only being a Genin, he quickly gained power over a short period of time leaving him as one of the strongest members of Mizugakure. With his newly attained power, he was set to join an Elite Shinobi team but a change of heart occurred amid the testing grounds. Having deemed another Uchiha inferior to himself, he slayed him, took his eyes, and fled Mizu no Kuni.
Fleeing to Kaze no Kuni, he joined Sunagakure and attained the rank of Chuunin for providing the Kazekage with information on Mizugakure. The Kazekage also happened to be an Uchiha and his cousin resulting in his quick promotion. During his stay in Sungakure, he attended to several missions; one of them being a Kage meeting which ended in an all-out battle between his current and former village. As the tension between Sunagakure and Mizugakure increased, Eun continued his life as normal.
- Adulthood - Jounin/Kage
~ His allegiance to Sunagakure would be short lived as he fled this safe haven to conquer other lands. He, however, did not leave before being promoted to the rank of Jounin due to his actions during the Kage meeting.
Upon fleeing Sunagakure, Eun made his way to Iwagakure where he resided as one of the higher echelon of Shinobi. Shortly after arrival, the Shodaime Tsuchikage stepped down and through some odd miracle, Eun was appointed Nidaime Tsuchikage. Under his reign, Iwagakure prospered but this too was short lived as one day, he left Iwagakure without warning; leaving the village to its own. Now he once again travels the lands but to what end?
