  Ju's apparel is quite simple, he bears a outfit (outside of his armour) that heavily resembles a samurai or a standard swordsman. Around his waist lies a white obi sash, tied into a perfect knot which keeps his dragon designed pants tightly fit. Aside from his left shoulder & arm pads, Chae is completely shirtless, showing off the fruits of his physical training. Around feet are matching of traditional japanese geta.
  
  When delving into his discreet activities while in neighboring countries, Chae hides himself, throwing away everything kirigakure related to the wayside and assumes an outfit that contains a single steel mask, and durable battle gear. While the outfit is incomplete at the moment, he undoubtedly plans to eventually obtain the entire set to complete his disguise.

  Ju stands at a height of precisely five feet, eleven inches and weighs in at about a 200 solid pounds. His eyes, Jet black in color with his hair being not a shade lighter. The hair itself rather short and unkempt, reaching no further than his neck. Complimenting his shagged and unkempt hair, loose bangs flow wildly above his face along with an unshaven beard that connects to his sideburns.
  
  Overall, his body is very well disciplined. It is not bulging with overly large knotted muscles, but his muscles are fairy refined to the enough to hint at the dedication and life long commitment to the sword and martial arts.

  Ju has been one to believe in peace and equality, and with it all notions, desires, and even thoughts of discrimination have been purged from his mind. Both men and woman of any gauge or caste be them from the slums or any other place. he has obtained an equal level of respect for all just as his parents did. Though his tier of knowledge and mental capacity by far is unable to even compare to those who are much older than he; he still understands and comprehends the meaning to his parents view, that much he could agree upon. Though there has been one thing that they have incessantly disagreed upon, the very methods in which were most effective to achieve this 'peace'. Ju's parents, known by many among the Samurai tried to achieve such goals using the kindness of ones own heart and forgiving those who have wronged. Such were his views, yet these views only presented themselves as 'utterly foolish' to Kang despite never allowing his them to know such things.
  
  Chae Yoon's perspective of peace can only be obtained through a limited quantity of options, all which include the shedding of blood in some shape or form. Forgiveness, a trait his mother held dearly to was something he instantly cast aside as the fate of peace (for samurai) had been bestowed upon Ju and his generation of samurai. Throughout the years Kagetoki has discovered something about both himself and the world, it doesn't change unless something forces it to, be it physically or sub-consciously. A leaf does not move on its own whim, yet, the wind, a greater force, causes it to move. As he thought about it, he became stronger, why, because he forced himself to. He allowed himself to push his bodily limits because he forced his body to do so. Nothing changes without influence or something superior that stands towering over it. With blood, with lives of all who have done wrong, the world will change in Ju's eyes.
  
  Unlike most other swordsman in this dark era, Chae Yoon possesses a code of honor, one he lives by in regards to life and combat. While the sense of honor is one nearly lost to all, Chae lives strong in his own, refusing to yield to the ideals or measures of others should their methods interfere with his own measure of honor. While he does not fear combat, if it is necessary, he would respect the foe before him and never demean the enemy, even in death, he would honor their prowess and will to fight by either returning the corpse to his foe's allies or bury the body himself.

[li]Tier 1 - Static Focus:

Master of lightning based chakra, shinobi who favor the art of raiton are capable of using their body's own electrical current as a weapon. Once every two turns, masters of this level may "jolt" any number of victims they come in contact with, numbing the effected area for a post. This unique ability costs no chakra; however, using it again before the "cooldown" has reset will result in the user paralyzing their body entirely for two posts.

[/li][li]Tier 2 - Electrical Circuit:

One of the aspects which makes raiton so powerful is its versatility, which masters of this element know quite well. The same electricity which chars flesh from bone can also be used to power a house for days, and likewise, a body. Once every other turn, the user may absorb a single raiton-based attack, assimilating the chakra into their own (which will stack ontop of their current pool state for the remaining duration of the thread, or until used; this means that if the user has one massive left and absorbs a mid worth of chakra from an attack, their pool will be at one massive, one mid). Unfortunately, this cannot be used on devastatingly powerful raiton attacks (i.e kirin).

[/li][li]Tier 3 - the Lighting Fang:

Taking their mastery of raiton chakra even further, the user begins to understand how to effectively charge external objects. While not a perfect understanding, they are capable of charging a single object in a coat of raiton-based chakra, dramatically increasing its cutting strength (on par with chidori). These objects can leave the user's possession after they've been charged (i.e you can throw them), but lose their charge in the following post. This ability can only be used once every three posts, and requires a single Mid worth of chakra. If the user already knows chidori and all of its sub-techniques, this feat can be performed once every other post with no cost.

• Raiton no Yoroi (Lightning Release Armor)
  Rank: S
  Type: Supplementary.
  Range: -
  Chakra: x3 High to cast, High to sustain.
  Special: Namely an offensive armor, this armor is most widely known for the profound boost in speed and reflexive that it grants its user, which is easily comparable to the 5th gate. Being a manifestation of the raiton element, this armor severely hampers any raiton jutsu cast against it (to the point where even the piercing abilities of Chidori and Raikiri are nearly nullified). Beyond this, the Raiton no Yoroi can be concentrated and focused at the hands in order to produce a cutting like effect, easily capable of severing limbs. The piercing power of this specific manifestation of the armor isn't nearly as potent as chidori or its forms; however, it is enough to easily pass through low-quality armor, and as stated, flesh and bone.
  Description: Raiton no Yoroi is an Elemental Armor technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing one's body with the Lightning Element (the user is embodied in a deep film of blue, with crackling lightning running all across it), the user will increase their speed, power and reaction time. The lightning power itself makes all physical strikes done by the armor, as well as those coming in contact with it, to suffer extreme damage, the lightning creating intense vibrations assisted by the currents which aid in destruction. Additionally, by electrically stimulating their nervous system and speeding up their neural synapses, they can use the Armor to react faster to danger. Combined with the user's already powerful taijutsu, the Lightning Armor can be used to create even deadlier attacks, pushing the user's body towards its most extreme limits.

Description: Though simple, this technique was designed so that the user could approach an electronic creation, such as a camera, recording device, monitor, etc. and send several quick shocks into it, effectively destroying the mechanisms within and whatever data was stored. Highly useful for those aspiring espionage, as the shocking produces no noise whatsoever.

Description: Meant more as a reactionary technique than a main avenue of offense, this jutsu allows the user to essentially shoot out small lightning bolts from a free hand to anyone within a small range. This requires no seals to conjure, and can be shot out from one’s appendage during the most heated of combat. The damage is light and the bolts shoot off in a relatively straight line, at rapid speeds.

Special: Once the victim is struck by lightning, the user is required to re-apply the effects. If the victim is not struck by lightning before they leave the given battle thread, the effects are neutralized and the jutsu must be reapplied.
Description: As the name implies, this simple technique allows the user to alter their internal electric charge temporarily, so that all Raiton chakra subsequently made by the user (as well as natural lightning!) is more susceptible to strike the victim. This alteration usually occurs during some form of contact, where the user’s charged appendage can simple tough, strike or graze the victim and quickly place the effects on them.

Special: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. Due to the amount of shock suffered by the user's limb during the transference of energy, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained for a total of five posts. The user must touch the victim with their hand to achieve the desired effects.
Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place!

Description: After performing the needed handseals, the user will wave both arms through the air, leaving Raiton chakra behind in the shape of bow and arrow. The lightning arrow can then be shot at an opponent and stun them from afar. By taking extra time to focus their energy, the arrow can be re-shaped for distance, rather than power.

Special: Distance bolt can travel depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin'. The bolt is about as long as a regular katana, and glows an intense deep blue. Each time retrained, the user can stack extra 'C' ranked shocking damage. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one.
Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky quite fast, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage.

Special: Delivers intense shocks to whatever comes in contact with it. While protected by the lightning armor, the user is free to move and act as they wish, but no other jutsu other than Raiton techniques can be made until the lightning is either cancelled or destroyed. Armor glows a faint, transparent glow. Each time retrained, extra 'B' ranked shocking damage is added onto the shield. However, after every third retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Can be learned a maximum of 4 times.
Description: A defensive technique, the Yoroi technique is as its name implies – a set of lightning based armor, which shocks anything that comes in contact with it. After a series of handseals, lightning from the sky showers upon the user, coating them in a bright blue coating. As they glow, all forms of conductors will make victim’s more susceptible to damage, and any taijutsu upon the armor will leave the user’s appendages feeling paralyzed. Excellent when outnumbered, or simply facing an opponent that favors taijutsu.

Special: This clone is considered to be the second strongest next to the Kage Bunshin. Due to being comprised purely of raiton chakra, upon being destroyed, it completely paralyzes the enemy for two full posts (presuming they destroyed the clone via contact). Likewise, this clone can perform all a-rank raiton jutsu and below that the user knows.
Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user's movement speed and strength. While easily capable of being use for offensive means, the Raiton Bunshin also makes for an equally solid defense due to its ability to harness Raiton-based techniques.

[/li][li]Karasuhebi no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Shocking Snake Technique)[/u]

Special: Range that the snake can travel away from the user depends on their highest 'Karai Shin'. Upon latching onto the victim, the snake can deliver shocks rendering the captured area numb for the entire time the snake is caught on. The duration this snake is "usable" is two post, plus one every time retrained for a maximum of ten posts.
Description: Through their talents in the Raiton release, the user is allowed to use their chakra to manifest a snake that will do their bidding. This snake is made comprised of pure lightning, and has advanced intellect of its own. It can communicate with the user mentally and follow orders well. This snake is useful for quick gashing and shocking attacks, and if one can manage to coil around the user, the equivalent of a strong 'B' ranked worth shock courses through their body whole, constricting and shocking.

Special: Allows the caster to send a wave of high voltage chakra with the caster in the center, which shocks and paralyzes all those caught, friend or foe alike, as long as the user holds the handseal. Range of pulse depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin' range, halved. The longer someone is held within the pulse range remains without escaping, the more damage their body suffers, until they can take no more. The minute the user moves, the pulse ends.
Description: As its name implies, the ‘Static Pulse’ allows the user to deliver several quick pulses of shocking Raiton chakra, intended to latch onto any living chakra networks, invade them, and shock away until nothing is left. This is allowed because the caster coats the region of the technique, thirty meters, in a thin layer of his refined Raiton chakra. It spreads perfectly along the ground at fast speeds unless one has special eyes to pierce through such movement. Although brief, several can be shot at once, repeatedly, keeping the enemy at bay in a last minute ditch effort. Excellent when outnumbered.

Special: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Description: One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.

Special: Extends a Chidori current at half the user's maximum 'Karai Shin' range. This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Description: The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.

On top of this, it, retains all Chidori cutting properties, and paralysis the victim as long as they are being stabbed by the chidori spear. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Description: The second variation of Chidori involves a similar extension of the original charge, but this time, in a more concentrated, linear fashion. On a whim the user is able to shape their Raiton Chakra to form an extending spear of pure lightning, aiming to pierce whatever it is they are aiming at. The best part? This spear takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the lightning sword to strike its target with ease. Finally, this variation is similar to Chidori Nagashi in that it causes the target to go numb from the excessive electrical charge.

Special: Range and speed of chidori senbon deliverance is equal to the user's maximum 'Karai Shin' level. This technique produces ten (10) senbon roughly six (6) inches long, which retain all Chidori cutting properties. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
Description: The final Chidori variation is, as its name implies, a fully projectile version of the lightning discharge. Once the user summons their Chidori, they are able to further shape the elemental nature to form small, sharp senbon. Sized like normal senbon, these needles take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path, and shock everything in its wake. Finally, upon impact, each senbon lets loose the full electrical potential encased within on their target.

On top of this, once learned all Chidori sub-jutsu can be performed under the power of Raikiri.
Description: Though little has changed in execution, the power of Chidori is now increased even further, no longer able to be withstood by normal means. The penetrative power of the Chidori is increased tremendously, but so too is the chakra cost and the toll it takes on the body.

Special: Summons a huge lightning serpent to destroy an area. Serpent size is determined by the user's highest 'Karain Shin' rank, halved, and can be proportioned to the user's wish. Serpent lasts until destroyed, and can withstand up to one 'S' ranked strike; each time retrained, an additional serpent may be called forth for a maximum of three. Each retrain stacks one High consumption. When destroyed, serpent explodes in a brilliant blinding flash and many small yet strong thunder bolts that shooting randomly, affecting ALL except the user with a range equivalent to the serpent's total size.
Description: This technique brings both onto the battlefield an awesomely large serpent like entity comprised of pure lightning. This colossal creature moves fast and can climb onto all forms of surfaces. The trick is that it is comprised of Raiton energy, so it doesn’t actually slither – it hovers ever so softly over anything it chooses to cross, temporarily changing the surface’s charge in order for it to be compatible with the beast. However, as large as it is, it’s rather dumb, and follows only the most basic of the user’s mental commands. Summon only at appropriate times!

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Special: Despite popular belief, this is not an ability that allows an individual to teleport, or even move incomprehensibly fast. It simply combines high mobility with some disruption of visibility to conceal those movements. That in mind, if you can conceal your movement, it is common for this technique to allow very long-distance dashes before enemies may notice you.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to. However, while a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, one will still be quite visible and as such, easier to be defended against. In order to achieve maximum effect, the user must to combine it with a distraction.
