[/b] By holding the last seal and paying 2x Mid chakra every post, one can keep the blizzard going, and the snow won’t melt until after the user stops maintaining the jutsu. Once the jutsu ends, the snow will begin to melt according to the environment around the user.

Requires Gentou-Hatsugoori to learn this technique.[/ul]

Yuki no Funka (Snow Eruption)

Chakra Consumption: Mid per wave, Mid (upkeep)

[/b] By holding the last seal, the user can guide the waves to wherever they wish, paying a Mid worth of chakra every turn they maintain them. Adequate snow is required to use the jutsu, and it will not take effect outside of snow covered areas.[/ul]

Edited the two jutsu, and removed the other two as I felt they're not viable with the system right now. Maybe later when I can get this new system down pat.

Nice job. There are only two things I need to mention:

[/color] From now on we are being a bit more strict on template usage. You had the name of the technique as "Technique Name[/u] Fubuki no Arekuruu (Raging Snowstorm)," when it needed to be just "Fubuki no Arekuruu (Raging Snowstorm)[/u]." I went ahead and changed that for you already, but keep this in mind for future Customs.

2) For Raging Snowstorm, you'll need to add into the note that the user is required to know Gentou-Hatsugoori before they are capable of learning this technique, since it's just a variant on it.[/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]
