The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
The arena is roughly you enter is fairly staple, identical to the arena used in the series during the Chuunin Exams. The stadium is open air with a dirt floor interior, riddled all about with random patches grass. Standard trees, no taller than five meters, sporadically line the walls (which are easily 100 meters tall), though most of this vegetation is shrubs and bushes. From one side of the stadium to the other is 75 meters. Aota posts first.
Handicap: While your goal is to eventually render your enemy incapable of being able to continue with the battle, there is another issue that players must deal with.
Each player has a living statue that will follow no more than one meter behind them at all times. When you jump to another location, so will it; it will essentially mirror your movements (in respect to traveling only). If this statue is destroyed at any time in the battle, you automatically forfeit the match.

I couldn't believe it! I was now on the stage for one of the most honorable stages in all of konohagakure. My legs bent downwards like a spring which sent me upwards , lifting my frame into the sky as I sailed forward. It was a small leap, but when I landed I fell to one knee. My body wasn't entirely healed from the whole Nibi fiasco so I needed to not exert much more force. It took nothing more to stand myself upwards, and stare down my opponent. The battle for advancement was beginning, and I would do the uchiha clan, proud!
Exhilaration. Pure adrenaline began to pump through Tenshi’s body as he stepped forth out of the entry way into the arena. The stands were packed, yet he only gave a simple glace upwards instead devoting his senses to his adversary. The noises from the crowd were muffled, a simple continuous droning as he prepped himself for competition. Each step drew him closer and closer, placing him within fifteen meters of the boy opposing him. He halted at the position, his eyes fixated upon the pale boy. Tenshi assumed the two were rather similar in age, and probably equal in experience, which would hopefully make for an interesting event.
Never letting his gaze falter, Tenshi bent his knees slightly assuming a ready position. His right hand fell to his equipment pouch and slipped inside. He allowed his opponent first move, waiting patiently for his moment. The adrenaline had yet to subside, and his vision narrowed upon the Genin.
[STYLE=margin: 20px 90px 15px 90px; text-align: justify;font-family: arial;font-size: 10px;] I watched him closely and saw him saunter over which honestly made my blood boil. There seemed to be not a single ounce of respect that was given towards me. he just got into a ready position while looking directly at me. I would make him haunt the decision he ever decided to look in my general direction. I closed my eyes allowing everything to become dark for a split-second, yet that second was only to activate my pride. The true power of the king of uchiha -- the sharingan!
I loved doing this since it was so easy to stare them down. I looked directly at him (and since he didn't seem to gaze away ) which of course meant his puny eye's. I would attempt to lock of together in a duel of mentality more so then morality. My fingers weaved into three different seals which were meant to meld my chakra to a specific task. I left the final seal to make it seem like an intentional mix for a powerful stationary ninjutsu. This wasn't the case of course -- I had just activated my eye's most powerful trait -- Genjutsu.
I with a single little attempt at eye contact would lock him into my field of chakra communication. This chakra communication would funnel the genjutsu aspects to create optical illusions in my stead. I would begin to move forward in a half hearted run towards my opponent if my plan of mental conquest was viable. This was merely to start my second phase of creating 4 illusory clones. They would come from my body shuffling back, and forth making it seem as if my body was switching places with the other clones like a game of "where's the ball" street vendors play.
This of course was all just a plan.

A plethora of thoughts began to course through Tenshi’s mind as he mentally walked himself through the first stages of the fight. He had two ways to win, as well as two ways to lose. He could either focus the boy, or his living statue that shadowed his every move. Either way, he hadn’t managed to plan far. Not knowing what the boy was capable of would definitely cause Tenshi to play it safe until he at least had an idea of how to go about the fight.
All of his internal planning came to an abrupt halt, as his plan came to fruition set in forth as the boy closed his eyes. Tenshi wasted no time, seizing the opportunity to take the offensive. It was almost instant as he retrieved a shuriken from within his pouch that his hand was residing in. All in one motion as he drew the shuriken, he launched it with as much force as possible towards the opposing Genin. Upon close in section one might have noticed a minute amount of chakra behind the throw1. The weapon was aimed for the center of his chest. The boy would open his now red eyes in time to see Tenshi’s arm outstretched with the weapon already in flight. By the time the shuriken would have probably been to the halfway point, the boy would have a decision to make, abandon forming his hand seals or let the shuriken tear into his chest.

OOC: My time interval sets my activating the sharingan as you stroll in. No problem, just wanted to point that out.
It was time to act as the ouji and not like a fear full brat trying to win the affections of others. This opponent was inferior to me in every way possible and I would prove this. The sharingan kept his frame in contact as he was now fifteen meters away from myself. This distance was surely something which would keep me away from full eye contact so my original plans would need to be put on hold. My overzealous demenor was soon taken advantage of when his arm extended back into his bag. His muscle movements were taken into account as my sharingan began to whirl relaying statistical information directly into my thought centers.
I was given the most possible reactions in the semblance of a minor "premonition". Mimicking his motions ( albeit after he threw his shuriken ) I reached into my bag as fast as I could interrupting my original plans to hypnotize him. I would receive three shuriken in my right arm, and after bringing it back to my front, and flinging them forward at his projectile already in the air. The shuriken would no doubt clash against each other, and be deflected -- at least one would be. The other two would be sent forward at my opponent thanks to their positions one in the leg, and another in the stomach region.
I wasn't sitting still at the moment, my legs began to walk to my left while preforming a singular seal. There was only one in total before I opened my shark mouth, my serrated teeth would then be displayed before the roaring crowd no doubt exciting their favor into the mystery of konohagakure. I rose my right hand over my head while I still moved to my left walking and then they began to form. Over the median of my opponent, and myself. I created this as crowd control as I prepared my next ninjutsu. The rain of oil began to slide downwards onto the earth between us as I walked in a circle around my opponent now at his right, and visually forty-five degree's from his kneeling position.
His defeat would be most enjoyable if I was able to pull this off correctly. ----Suiton MasteryTier I ---Sharingan ( Copy Wheel Eye )Third Tomoe --Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds Techniques)One Seal -Chakra Used: x2 Low - x1 Mid ( Last turns High wasn't used )
Tenshi’s eye contact remained unfaltering as his opponent would react to his thrown shuriken. A smile began to form across his flawless slender face. The retaliation was going as planned, and the young Genin had been baited into Tenshi’s trap. While his fingers had slipped into his pocket, he was prepping two techniques, both of which required no hand seals. He had subtly grabbed two shuriken, placing ninja wire upon the second one. As he threw the shuriken, the second one was staggered causing it to linger within the shadow of his first shuriken. As the first shuriken left his hands, Tenshi would swiftly form three quick hand seals activating Chidori, and then modifying the electricity as a current into the wire he was currently holding.
Chirping blue electricity would crawl across the wire to the second shuriken, increasing its cutting potential exponentially even to the point of slicing through metal. The first two shurikens clashed together, but as Tenshi’s next shuriken came into contact with the subsequent shuriken it would easily slice through the metal as well as the succeeding one. Upon slicing through the weapons like thin paper, Tenshi would merely flick his finger, altering the course of the shuriken to the right (your left is my right) as to intercept the boy’s path. Once again, the shuriken was aimed for the center of the chest, it’s intent this time to make a clean cut through the boy and into his statue as well.
Tenshi’s position in relation to the opposition would remain as it had been. The distance would still be approximately fifteen meters, maybe sixteen as the boy moved to his left slightly. All that needed to be done now was watch and wait, then respond accordingly. Even if his opponent managed to move out of the way of his enhanced shuriken, Tenshi would remain focused, ready to alter its course yet again.

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
Soushuriken no Jutsu (Manipulated Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Type: Supplementary Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: Low With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
Note: By combining this technique with a Chidori enhancement, the user may cause the wire to break the Shuriken apart into multiple sharp slabs that can be directed by the user.
Chidori (One Thousand Birds) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: 3 Chakra Consumption: High One of the rare techniques within the shinobi world involving both shape and nature manipulation, Chidori is a Raiton based ninjutsu developed for the purpose of ensured assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the user's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the user rushes forward in order to use the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name.
Note: Pierces through barriers 'A' rank and below, and instantly paralyzes the victim's body upon impact for the remainder of the turn it was used, presuming the strike doesn't kill the victim.
Chidori Nagashi (Thousand Birds Current) Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Offensive Handseals: - Chakra Consumption: High The first variation of Chidori involves the displacement of the concentrated electrical currents all across the user's surroundings. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to a specific point on their body, the user is now able to extend it outside of their body in general and through objects which they are holding. This allows the user to create a protective zone of electricity around their perimeter, which can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system. When using this attack on a great number of enemies at once, it can effectively double as an instant defence. The body of the person touched by the Chidori will misinterpret the lightning nature as "electrical signals from the nerves", making its muscles contract. This causes the body to involuntarily go stiff, while at the same time receives damage. Best of all, this attack can also be channelled through the ground to increase the range of the attack.
Note: This technique is capable of paralyzing multiple opponents simultaneously (up to a maximum of three) for one full turn. Despite being raiton based, this technique is somewhat slower than the rest, making it relatively easy to evade it (more so due to the fact it simply covers the ground. This technique can also be applied to a weapon in order to dramatically increase its cutting strength. The user must first cast chidori in order to use this technique.
