The blades of vengeances have fallen swiftly. The shinobi are no more as 'Absolute Justice' has returned...now, it is the Samurai that rule the Five Major Nations!
But at what cost? Have they become the very thing that they despised the most...? Heroes and villains seem to change roles every day, but one thing is for certain - we yearn for our freedom, for days gone by where we flew the skies unhindered.
"Ugh. Not this place again." Said Aneun as he laid eyes on the destroyed Gates of Kirigakure some ten meters away. Despite his words, it was actually the first time he'd visited the village. But not the first time he had business in Mizu no Kuni. His previous visit to the country had ended up with him bombing a bank, and stealing some money; he was a veritable criminal if anyone asked. And yet he would be allowed into the country again without repercussions due to his mission and Konoha enslavement of the country.
Tasked by the Hokage to investigate an intruder who met with the interim Kage of Kiri, Aneun couldn't help but wonder why. The country had put up the most pitiful resistance when invaded, and yet a single individual had thought to either attack or enlist a broken country. Such logic did not stick with him. Said person would have to be an idiot or a desperate fool to think their plan a good one. It, however, seemed that the report was true. As he looked over the area in front of the destroyed gates, he could easily see the aftermath of a recent battle shown clearly in the ground and disturbed rubble.
"Couldn't the Interim have just sent the report along with the body? Why make us travel all the way out here?"

"That is what we're here to find out." Akuseru's voice trailed six meters behind Aneun's as he stuffed his World Recorder back into his satchel. He took the time to absorb everything around him—it looked like little has changed from the description Jack had provided. It was still largely a mess with rocks and debris littering the place. Finding the body would have been a difficult task, had the Uchiha not been there with them.
"You know what to do, Aneun." Their roles were simple—Aneun being the best tracker among them would essentially read their surroundings and draw conclusions from there until he locates the body. Akuseru would recover it with Jack acting as their backup, able to fill any role needed of him.

We're going to need a bigger bomb to kill Asato...
“Eh… let’s just get this over with. I doubt the locals want us here either.” Having appeared further to the left of Akuseru, Jack strode in skeptically as his eyes swept across the byproduct of his handiwork. His hesitance was well founded of course considering the nature of their assignment. Given his last visit to this… village (for lack of a better word), one thing was clear within the shinobi’s mind. Unless the intruder had been actively relocated, chances were very high the surrounding rubble held no secrets save for perhaps a couple of scuff marks indicating a fight.
“Hey, Song! Check for blood splatters and tracks first. I can guarantee that most of this rubble was put here before the confrontation. The rocks won’t have much unless someone did something to them on purpose…”
Offering some brief insight on their surrounding area due to his prior visit, Jack continued to survey their surroundings while remaining alert and oriented. He’d stick accordingly to the plan and wait for Anuen to continue scrounging about.

"B-but I don't wanna. ugh." Though he complained, he would proceed with his duties as was tasked of him. From past experiences, Aneun had made a note of how useful his bloodline ability was at discovering hidden truths, and so he trusted in it again. A mere mental forethought shifted his eyes to the usual crimson hue of the Sharingan. His special eyes gave color to chakra and allowed him to see the residual effects of a battle. What he saw was a tad bit strange.
While he could see traces of chakra all around, a certain unique signature caught his attention. While unsure of it, he felt he had seen the signature before but was unsure of where or when. Needing a better look, he moved closer to the battle site where his enhanced perception picked up on a small trail of blood. The trail originated from a spot where a large amount of dried blood sit - a point of death most likely. Following the direction of the trail with his eyes, he picked up minute movements far off in the distance, but could not make out much detail due to the dense foliage. "I think something is over there." He said while point toward the unknown. Whether his teammates followed or not, Aneun headed toward the point of interest, and upon arriving would find their prize.
Vultures and other scavengers scattered as he brushed past several shrubs, revealing a deceased body that had been nipped at by the wildlife. The discovery came as a shock to him for the body did not seem human. "Am I drunk or does that body have six arms? That's a female right?" While trying to contemplate his thoughts, his eyes would note the unique chakra signature that emanated from one of the right hands. "Uh, check that right hand Akuseru. You're the medic." He said pointing to the upper right hand. In truth, Aneun just didn't want to get his hands dirty and would push the task of examining the body onto his team leader.

Akuseru waited patiently as Aneun got to work. His ally's Sharingan had become an invaluable asset in their missions—it was no wonder the Uchiha clan had risen to such infamy in the shinobi world. It only took a few moments a body was found and as Aneun moved towards it so did Akuseru.
"Yeah, yeah," He responded as he pushed past the shrubbery and crouched down near the body. Grabbing its hand first, as suggested by Aneun, Akuseru would be taken aback by what he saw. It was the seal that they had been marked with on the day they encountered Yokozuna. He twisted her hand so both Aneun and Jack could see and make the immediate connection, yet the seal would fade eye only seconds after. It wasn't until then that Akuseru had remembered her being there, having not immediately recognizing her by her additional appendages.
"This is definitely the Tsuch—former Tsuchikage," his hands moved to her neck looking in search of a pulse. Dead. He already knew the answer prior to checking, but a pulse check was part of their protocol. As for how she died—well, that was another story entirely. "Let's head back . . I won't be able to examine her cause of death here."
Akuseru lifted her body and slung her over his shoulder. With one final look at Kiri's broken gates, the boy turned on his heel and headed back to Hi no Kuni.
“Wowww… She was the one mentioned in the report?” A muffled laugh quietly sounded from Jack as he’d look more carefully out of disbelief. Lo and behold, though quickly fading, the tattoo on her hand bore witness to her identity considering how no other females were present at Yokozuna’s incursion point. That said, it was hard to believe someone had so daringly confronted Asato’s substitute, regardless of the reason. "There's brave... and then there's just suicidal..." He'd shake his head once in disappointment.
Faithful to their mission objectives, the dark haired shinobi thoroughly scoured the area to make sure no lingering possessions remained. Whatever things the woman once owned were most definitely on her corpse after Akuseru had hoisted her onto his shoulder. And with that? He’d follow his team leader’s example and proceed home, matching his strides with Song.
Once he laid eyes upon the seal, Aneun came to realize that the signature emanating from her hand was the same present on all their hands. A signature that belonged to that damn sprout Yokozuna Jr. And yet for one of his few chosen to end up in this state was a damn shame. Nevertheless, he had no affection toward the woman other than that she was of the opposite sex. But he was not a necrophiliac so any interest died the moment she did.
"I knew I'd seen those boobs somewhere before. What a waste of a good pair. But yes, let us go." Examining the immediate area for any objects or clues of importance, Aneun would focus on his allies once confirming there wasn't anything to note. Waiting for Akuseru to depart first, he would trail behind the medic aside Jack. While he had many questions, they would be saved for later once Akuseru fully examined the body.
