It would have been perfectly fine had you not already taken action that relied on noise to alert you of what was going on in regards to the bank. You mentioned the guard and backdoor only after hearing the screams from inside the bank and you acted based on that noise. You cannot go back in time and say your eyes were on the door the whole time. An alert clone on watch duty over the entire city is not enough, especially since you again did not mention the backdoor/guard until after being interrupted by the noise. Perhaps if you mentioned paying direct attention to the bank prior to the source of noise alerting you it would be fine, but this is not the case. Because of your error, you're stuck on relying on a loud enough noise which would be the explosion. Anything you decided to do would have to be after the explosion occurs and not a second prior. You say your previous post is not voided which is true, that means you cannot go back in time and change things at your convenience.
As far as manipulating the timeline, keep in mind Aneun and I mentioned stepping out of the bank prior to your arrival in the thread, and you are taking action on our exit a full round after arriving. Our response after your arrival to the thread takes place after exiting the bank and begins with us taking off—your post should have been in response to that (after the explosion) and THEN you gone back and reacted differently (combat rewind).
How long until the bank guard was taken out was established in our post when I said it roughly when the explosion occurred and in Aneun's when he said the guard was distracted by the noise before getting hit. It wouldn't play a role here because you wouldn't be alerted to anything until after the explosion.
Regarding Aneun needing a seal for the exploding tags, that could definitely be contested and subject to void (not 100% sure if it mattered since it is implied) if everyone had not already accepted the explosion as fact in the earlier rounds.
The amount of actions you take in six seconds is pretty questionable, especially since it takes place in the round that begins with us already out and running from the bank (because we exited it in the round before that), but it really doesn't matter because of the fact you cannot take any action until the explosion occurs. Since this is the third time you've manipulated the timeline in your favor I am going to be ignoring your actions as well and assuming they took place after we left.

This was because I wasn't permitted to hear the screams if there were any, so the only alert I would catch via sound was your explosion. I was not however. Since you exit before you blow up the bank, It should be perfectly acceptable to see you while being on watch. The ruling was not my arrival in the topic, but to the actual bank.

When Akuseru took notice of Masa headed his way, he too disabled his disguise as a old, hooded man.

Dochuu Eigyo is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Earth Element. After performing a set of handseals, the user conceals themself beneath the earth, much like in Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. However, now they are capable of moving through the earth like a fish moves through water, allowing them to stage surprise attacks or escape from a potentially deadly onslaught.
Note: To learn this technique the user must know Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu. Concealment is near-instantaneous. The user cannot perform seals beneath the ground and thus cannot use jutsu, but can wield weapons. To remain underground without suffocating, the user will need to continually expend chakra.
