An outright killer who believes that ones purpose as a weapon must be realized to the upper levels of its meaning, becoming an emotionless tool on command. Since Hageshii lacks any true goals of his own he tends to collaborate with anyone who seems strong enough to achieve their goals to help them, sharing in their triumph when they were likely capable of doing it on their own. The shinobi tends to announce his presence and actively hates espionage, outright refusing to disclose his personal information even if a mission requires it and to date he has never attempted a sneak attack. He prefers to come at an opponent head-on so they are capable of defending themselves, though if the opponent demonstrates sufficient skill he may change his tactics to test their actual strength compared to his own.
Hageshii actively hates individuals born with a bloodline ability out of anger that he himself was not gifted with such a thing when many around him were. His personal pride as a shinobi tends to make him appear vain though in combat his vision is far from clouded. In fact, he is only at home on the battlefield and can showcase skills that make his name seem very appropriate, splitting veins like they were stalks to a thresher. He is very self-dependent and works hard to learn how to make his own equipment and his own jutsu.
Outside of combat he tends to be gruff and participation in any village or social activity is only done when he is instructed to do so by a superior, preferring to spend time in isolation training rather than being forced to spend time with anyone who he finds 'inferior'. He is prone to making normal conversation or actions into 'tests' of reflexes or skill and this had lead him to become more or less feared by his peers.
Without any goals beyond moving from blood drop to blood drop it is unusual to see the glimmer of ambition in his eyes that seems to emerge once in a blue moon. All of his negative traits are, on the contrary, found appealing to the opposite sex and his interest in his appearance and fashion have made him even more so. He shows no interest in anyone, male or female, however and believes such activities to be a waste of time, money, and effort. - Alignment: Lawful Evil

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique)

Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Special: Allows the user to create a clone without substance that resembles the user in every way, including retaining its movement speed. Clones cannot mold chakra nor perform jutsu, nor can they harm. Up to one clone can be made, plus one more each time retrained.
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)

Description: A powerful jutsu intended to call forth aid when in dire need, Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects out of thin air and into the battlefield in order to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature. Finally, signing this contract also allows the animal to reverse summon the human ninja to their location.

Suijinheki (Water Encampment Wall)

Special: Water barrier blocks attacks of equal rank.
Description: Suijinheki is one of the most impressive Suiton jutsu, and one of the few actually able to defend the user indefinitely from danger. The user will first do a string of hand seals, length varying by rank, and then they proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth. This stream moves at high speeds, and after five meters or so from the user, begins to form itself to a size equal and greater to that of the incoming attack, allowing it to act as a water barrier.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Techqniue)

Special: Clone speed matches that of the user. Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Explosion range covers 5 meters. For every 4 clones simultaneously detonated over an opponent, the effects of 'Water Prison' can be achieved without needing physical contact. Same 'Prison' effects apply.
Description: With this technique, the Suiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of water, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, physical strikes fixed on a point within their body will force it to break up into a puddle and join the mass below, able to avoid danger and regenerate anywhere the water exists. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a blob of water that aims to take over the nearest opponent available. If found, the water envelops the victim whole, drowning them in the user's cursed water and setting up more attacks of the same nature.

Teppoudama (Bullet)

Special: Bullets are fired from the mouth, all at once in the form of straight lined stream–like fashion. By default, 5 bullets can be fired at once, plus 5 more each time retrained. Must hold seals while firing. Bullets pierces 'C' ranked barriers and below, and move at the speed of a kunai.
Description: A simple yet effective suiton technique, after forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests bullet sized water projectiles in their mouth, which can then spit at their opponent at fast speeds for a quick attack. As the user’s knowledge of the this technique increases, so does the amount of bullets they can fire off.

Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)

Special: The user must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. While in prison, victims cannot perform handseals. Requires a water source.
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. After the shinobi forms the necessary hand seals, the water around the victim comes together in order to form a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby, or even have the bunshin be the one’s holding the target hostage.

Kanetsu no Gyou (Heat Seeker)

Special: Raises the body temperature of the patient. Overuse can cause heavy fever. This heat is retained for one turn plus one more each time retrained after the user removes his or her hands. However, keep in mind temperature only increases while the user maintains contact with the patient.
Description: With chakra in the medical user's hands, the shinobi then touches the target of the technique with red glowing hands. The red chakra enters into the patient's body and begins to gradually increase the patient's body temperature 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yuketsu no Jutsu (Blood Transfusion Technique)

Special: Massively reproduces red blood cells in a patient to deal with blood loss. Overuse of the technique can cause high blood pressure. If the technique is used for more than 3 turns, the patient's blood pressure begins to increase dramatically; more than 5 turns, the patient can suffer from burst blood vessels and internal bleeding.
Description: The user channels chakra through their hands and into the patient, a soft red light enveloping the user's hands. The chakra, once inside of the patient's body, begins to rapidly produce red blood cells, saturating and thickening the current blood to allow for quick repair of blood loss.

Chakra no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel)

Special: Produces unique chakra cutting damage that can stack in power each time retrained.
Description: Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the medic will focus chakra to their hands, creating a distinct, colored hue of chakra. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Developed for surgery, it has since taken a unique aspect in battle.

Description: An offensive nature of fighting, all Battojutsu practitioners will tend to stand in looser patterns, letting their steel fly and attack at often irregular angles. Unlike its defensive counterpart, this form allows for quicker, more deliberate strikes, making it deadly in the hands of a true master.

Description: Commencing from a kneeling position, the practitioner quickly turns and draws to thrust the rear as a simple attack then sheathes. As long as the user is aware of the target behind them, a quick unexpected offensive strike like this usually yields success.
