- Apparel: Arashi dons a black cloak with the image of a star imprinted on the left side. It has a rather long hood which helps to mask most of her face when it's up, usually it's not worn. Underneath it, she wears a long sleeved blue top with a black kimono styled collar. It's kept folded down, with the lining being white. She matches it with a black kimono skirt. The sides are suited with black and green plates. Arashi's pigtails are tied with traditional shrine ornaments. Everything is topped off with black ankle boots.
- Body Appearance: Arashi has a very thin frame, being rather petit and slender. Her body doesn't appear to be built to dish out damage at all. However despite appearances, her looks are very deceiving. Her muscles rather than being coiled or bulgy like traditional characters have a "spring" effect to them. Thus like a more coiled and compact system they appear relatively concealed but unlike the coil don't posses similar strength. Arashi achieves strength through her uncanny flexibility. Her body built for unusual twists and turns. It's also built for good momentum, yet still following female contours.

- Personality: Arashi tends to have a faux air about her, giving off the cool type persona. Added that she's very gifted and it becomes apparent that she's leagues above her classmates. However beneath that simple cover, is actually a rather fun loving, kind girl, who can be rather bubbly...unless of course the law is involved. Arashi upholds the law...when it's in her benefit. If it's not in her benefit, like an expert lawyer; she'll bend the interpretation to suit the situation best.
Incidentally she has the mantra of "Swift Death to Evil", coupled with wanting Hi no Kuni to prosper forever. For this goal, she'll stoop to any low, provided she's still upholding the law. Another philosophy for her is the strong rule over the weak, thus she respects strong opponents, strong political canidates, etc. Those whom are weak are not worth affiliation when it comes to matters of power. For the weak, there is the law to provide them "protection" or money, money is a suitable form of power and monitored by the "law".
To fit with her faux cool attitude, she approaches things as an anti-hero, her "complex" coupled with interesting catch phrases. Though not used often, they're timed approriately. Whilst most characters of her alignment tend to have an "agenda", Arashi's agenda is solely the agenda of those running her country first and the man or woman running the village second. Should the country not approve of the village's operation or she find it weak, she will see to it that the weaknesses be removed. - Alignment - Lawful Evil

Special: Fills a large, 10 meter area with mist as long as the user keep the technique flowing. Each time retrained, area of mist expands by 10 more meters. Mist blocks out all doujutsu requiring clear visibility.
Description: Though very basic, the Hidden Mist Technique allows for the stealthier side of combat to rule. After forming a few simple handseals, the user causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target, as they can move unseen, and if careful, unheard.

Description: An effective aerial attack, the user first begins to maneuver to their opponent in a vulnerable aerial position. While shadowing them, the user will attempt to strike them from a vulnerable angle. First, they will strike as a feint in order to draw their target's attention and defense to one area. Then, a true strike is made towards the most undefended area, proceeded by several more until the user violently begins knocking them down and towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate their body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.

- Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)

Special: Flickering is near-instantaneous forward movement, meaning the user will rush almost instantly to wherever they are facing as chakra pushes their legs to inhumane levels. The user can flicker once per thread, plus once more each time retrained. One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunshin.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Description: Shousen Jutsu is one of the most fundamental yet vital Medical Ninjutsu techniques utilized by medical ninja. Highly skilled medical-nin can use their techniques to perform surgeries that otherwise would not be possible.

Description: Saikan Chuushutsu no Jutsu is a skill used by medical ninja to remove harmful poisons from a patient's body. The ninja will infuse their chakra into liquid bubble, which they will insert into the patient. They will then use the liquid as a medium to draw out the poison from the cells. This mix can then be removed from the body. Depending on the deadliness of the poison, further treatment with an antidote or medicine may be required.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fN}injutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

This causes a countering elemental creation to appear from the scroll, enveloping the release chakra one wishes to acquire and sealing it on the scroll. in the end, the result is the scroll possessing the kanji for seal (·â).

This chakra acts as an extra reinforcing wall, ensuring nothing penetrates. However, a sufficiently strong enough strike can still break through.
