Bandages are wrapped cross his forehead with his bangs hanging over them. He wears a grey, v-neck short sleeved shirt over a long sleeved dark brown, flowing shirt and a pear of black, fingerless gloves to handle his staff with. His pants are black and cut off right before his ankle. He wear fishnet sock and black customary ninja sandals. Own his wasteline is a brown belt holding his headband with the Konohagakure symbol on it, due to forehead being covered in fragile bandages. - Body Appearance
Broad shoulders, large torso, large hands, yet skinny but powerful legs. Strong chin. Has oddly larger feet than average his age, so in battle he can be seen standing on front pads of feet to retain speed in combat, comparable to that of how a wolf's foot stands, giving him a boost in height as well if he is not crouched over.

Oiroh is highly intellectual and deep in thought, usually. He is very likely to spout a random idea or question in the middle of a conversation that otherwise wouldn't have any relevance at all. Being very modest, he doesn't see himself as quite strong, but just as strong as everyone else. However, he isn't naive enough to not notice when he does have an advantage against an opponent. He is very agreeable and well-mannered, but has a tendency to be a bit naive and trust people too easily, making him easily tricked in some areas, but never tricked far enough that it would endanger him too much, due to the precautions he takes before anything he does.
He has a high sense of hope, believing that everything will turn out acceptable in the end, and has an imaginative mind. But with a smart mind comes no ignorance, meaning that he does see and understand a lost of the cruelty and badness of the world, leaving him to become depressed easily, feeling as though their are things he cannot fix. - Alignment

Oiroh Yoshiharu was born in the Land of Rock in Iwagakure, a village of strong military power that belives in war and brute force. His father was a hard-working man with clever ideas who built weapons for Iwa's ever-expanding army. His mother was a medical shinobi of the village with an above-average intelligence, and she loved her son and husband very much. Though, one day, Oiroh's father showed signs of falter in his work of weapons. The village started to weaken ever so slowly because of this, and became suspicious of his father. When asked what the reason was, his father replied that he didn't believe his ideas should be used for violence, and that they should focus on the future of technology in Iwagakure, instead of weapons for the now. The village detested his proposal and immediately fired him and his wife, despite their overall lengthy support to the village.
From lack of work, Oiroh's family had become poor. His father could not invent without the supplies he needed, and his mother, without work, was reduced to that of a housewife for the family. Oiroh was malnourished, and his brain wasn't quite responding the way it should; his motor skills were weak and awkward, and he didn't learn anything quite as fast as he should have. He was also prone to tiring out easily, due to the lack of healthy food for him available in such an unagricultural setting, along with his family's poor financial status. His father had made a decision: he was going to preserve his son's life by illegally escorting him out of the village and into his brother's care in Konohagakure, the peace-loving Hidden Leaf Village. He believed that preserving his son's future was more important than clinging to his decimated life. That night, he had carefully placed his son in a cradle of stone with a gift from his mother and father. His mother had given him a book: an encyclopedia of the ninja world, in hopes that it might give him hope for a better world than the wars and strife described in the book. His father has placed in their a single scroll, containing the last weapon he had ever made: a strong, iron Kanabo staff.
Along with a note:
"My son, I can only hope that one day you will use this weapon to find a world where everyone is found equal and peace is achieved. I love you."
Needless to say, his father, although his mission to escort his son to his brother had succeeded, he was inevitably executed that very next day.
Oiroh was given special treatment by the Leaf Village, due to his mental predicament. Chakra-infused bandages were sealed with a jutsu to his forehead, allowing for his mind to be much more focused and for it to be able to use it's full potential. But for that to happen, it would take time. Oiroh grew under his Uncle, who was a jolly, carefree man who lived on his own due to his wife's passing. They had many sweet memories together while Oiroh was at a young age. Due to his uncle's strong relationships with the Hokage and other superiors, Oiroh was paid special attention to by the Village when the time came for him to begin training as a shinobi.
Oiroh was, of course, a bit slow at learning techniques and jutsu at the start of his learning at the academy, and needed a bit of catching up, for which he stayed after class each day just to keep along with his peers. But around the time when his classmates had begun experimenting with their chakra natures, Oiroh was shocked to find he could use two types of chakra: Doton and Fuuton, unlike most of his classmates that could only use one chakra type. Now a Genin, Oiroh is completeing missiond at a steady pace and working towards competing into the next Chunin Exams.

Description: A shuriken, like kunai, is one of the more basic weapons employed by ninja of all classes. They are sharpened, four-pronged metal stars, no more than a few inches long, and are extremely useful for throwing. Although small, they can be used to distract, or, if accurate enough, to kill. They have an open circle in the center, used for grabbing with a finger, to avoid cutting oneself, or to put thread through. The circle is also a benefit in aerodynamics, as it ensures more accurate trajectories.

Description: Military Rations Pills (兵糧丸, Hyōrōgan) are special pills that replenish one's stamina and chakra and nourish the body. It's made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Although the former is a slighy exaggeration, the pill nonetheless provides extreme stimulative boosts. however, abuse of the pill, especially to an unprepared chakra system, can lead to death.

Description: By unconsciously feeding their chakra into their palms, the user will quickly rush forward, driving the charged appendage forward and into their opponent. The result is devastating, with all the accumulated power of the palm being unloaded onto the user's victim. Finally, with all the chakra released, the opponent's body is knocked back several feet, left to rag-doll and wither.

Domu (Earth Spear Essence)

Special: Stops taijutsu and ninjutsu of equal or lower rank. Boosts user’s taijutsu and strength almost twofold, at the cost of slowing down by the same amount. Last until broken or canceled, and when used around a plethora of earth, the armor can repair itself near-instantly if damaged.
Description: After forming the necessary handseals, the user will harden their body using the earth around them or through other supplementary techniques. This provides greater defense against many attacks, both taijutsu and ninjutsu, and will also strengthen their limbs in order to increase the users speed, strength and striking ability/ However, like other Doton based jutsu, it is weak against Raiton attacks.

Doton Ryouuken (Earth Dominion)

Special: Dominion extends 10 meters in every direction of the user, and goes up 10 more with each rank learned.
Description: The basis behind the majority of Doton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very earth around them. 'Earth Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Doton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create complete control over the earth around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Doro Gaeshi (Mud Overturn)

Description: Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Doton affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. This allows the user to protect themselves from a variety of physical attacks, both ninjutsu and taijutsu. The defense is not perfect though, as a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Chuusijin no Jutsu (Stomping Monkey’s Quake Technique)

Special: Range of earthquake depends on the user’s level of Earth Dominion. As long as the anyone except the user is within range of the quake and standing atop the ground, they will automatically suffer speed and balance losses, unless they have a good reason to counter the earthquake’s effects. Does not require hand seals, and the quake lasts as long as the user continues to pound the ground.
Description: As its name implies, this basic yet efficient technique results in the wielder stomping and pounding the ground wildly, their limbs coated in a special chakra. As they pound the ground, the earthquake consumes the area, disrupting balance and speed. Very good for when faced with waves of opponents, or for taking down weakened edifices.

Description: A very basic and essential Doton ninjutsu, the user performs a single handseal, and with a bit of chakra, creates a rectangular like opening underground. This indentation resembles a coffin, and is used for just that – burying secrets, human or inanimate, that one does not wish others to find. Coffins established can always be visited at a later time, and can only be activated by the user that made them. If someone is using a form of underground travel, they cannot see the contents within or the box for that matter, and should they travel on its same path, will run into what seems to be an underground block of steel.

Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique)

Special: Does not require handseals. User cannot move while underground, but they can detect anyone that walks along the earth above them. Radar radius is circular, and measures equal to the user’s Earth Dominion. User can remain underground for a single turn before needing to resurface; each time retrained, the user main remain underground for one extra turn.
Description: A very basic earth technique, it allows the user to dive underground almost instantaneously so that they remain hidden from view in order to ambush their opponent. As long as the opponent is walking across the earth, they will be aware of their presence, and can wait patiently (without fear of asphyxiation!) until they right time, where they will emerge and latch onto the opponent’s legs. From here, they can easily suck them down, executing a replacement with them so that the opponent is buried underground up to his neck, while the user emerges unharmed above ground.

Doryū Taiga (Earth Flow Rivers)

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud. This river suddenly materializes flowing at fast paces completely against the direction the opponent is moving, making movement very, very difficult. The river itself shoots in a relatively straightly line, moves as fast as the user, and as the user’s rank increases, so does their skill with this technique. Excellent for slowing people down and facilitating escapes, as the mud itself is highly constricting.

Doryou Dango (Mausoleum Earth Dumpling)

Description: Doryou Dango is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth affinity. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth into a large dumpling shape chunk of earth the size of a mausoleum. Using a combination of their immense strength and chakra control, one can lift up the ball and hurl it at their opponent with impressive speeds and accuracy, flattening all in its path.

Doton Kekkai – Dorou Doumu (Earth Barrier – Earth Dome Prison)

Description: This advanced Doton ninjutsu acts as its name implies – it facilitates the user creating a prison around their victims, comprised of pure dirt. After forming the necessary handseals and striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. Placing their hands against the dome, they are then able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside and bring it back into one’s own body, as well as combine it with his own in order to spread throughout the dome, allowing the suer to repair any damage their opponents manage to inflict on the inside.

Description: No one knows the power of Fuuton more than a Fuuton specialist, and this technique was designed by those that met reality sooner than most. Varying by skill and rank, this technique allows the user to take hold of any offensive jutsu used upon them, as along as the attack’s nature allows for whatever is thrown to be controlled. With a great burst of chakra at either their hands or weapons, the user quickly returns the technique back at the opponent, in full effect.

Kaiten Shuriken (Rotating Shuriken)

Special: Wind boost travels up to 10 meters and can control up to 5 projectiles at a time; when relearned, the wind gains 10 extra meters of travel and 5 more projectiles to control.
Description: One of the simplest Fuuton techniques, this supplementary technique allows the user to take any secondary/projectile weaponry they have on them and coat them in Fuuton chakra. This allows the user to shoot them at high speeds under the wind manipulation, adding rotation and tumbling power to increase the speed of normal weapon attacks, as well as its deadliness.

Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough)

Description: A staple Fuuton technique, Daitoppa allows the user to blow a single strong current from their mouth, expelled in a cone like fashion forward which carries enough power to knock anything in its way down. This technique is very simple to execute – the user makes the right seals, simply takes a deep breath, and let’s go!

Fuusajin (Dust Wind)

Special: Produces a 180 degree cone of wind that disrupts all loose footing. Wind blasts can travel 10 meters, plus 10 more each time relearned.
Description: With the user’s weapon in hand or their limb extended, they will channel chakra across it so that when the weapon or limb is swung, a strong wind current comes forth. This current, although not heavy enough to do any threatening damage, can in fact knock opponents over, as well as severe loose sediment across the ground, bring up dust and whatever else lies on the floor. Useful for creating vision inhibiting storms, knocking people off balance, covering one’s tracks, escaping, and many, many more!

Kami Oroshi (Godly Winds From the Mountain)

Special: Drill measures 5 meters all around, and moves roughly at twice the speed of a kunai.
Description: With this technique, the user will send a drilling vortex of wind straight at the opponent, capable of ripping through wood, rock and even light metals. The attack itself is linear and cannot be controlled mid-flight, but it moves at a rather fast pace, becoming a real threat regardless.
Drawback: Requires Fuuton affinity.

Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind)

Description: This jutsu was brought to fame by a legendary Suna shinobi from long ago, and was named after a mythical creature able to command the winds on a whim. After channeling chakra to a limb or weapon, the user executes a large swipe, letting loose an intense wind in a one hundred and eighty degree cone. The winds are razor sharp, cover a wide area, and can cut through trees like butter.
