An enemy of those who force repetition, Toshiro is primed to discipline those who dare to undermine his authenticity. A slender, petite form, Toshiro utilizes his shortcoming as an advantage, being exceptional in both speed and agility than most adversaries that one would encounter. Lacking muscularity, Toshiro compensates the disadvantage with uncanny intelligence and analysis. A broad, shaggy patch of hair settles upon his dome, glistening like unseasoned snow, yet long and smooth to the touch.
Toshiro allows his hair to droop freely, nonchalant about its condition. Despite his tropical heritage, the skin color of this aquatic prince can easily be described as a pale vanilla, unnatural to those he surrounds himself with. However, the Aoirakko inherits it boastfully, refusing to allow any cretin to debilitate his potential. The Blue Otter claims that a realm of infinite seas lies beyond the barricade of his eyes, which he proudly uses the beautiful ocean-blue colour of the iris as justification for it. Though this assertion is undoubtedly a fabrication, this does not discourage the will of the beholder.
Toshiro's facial expression can most commonly be described as blissful and content, a smile that could stretch for miles, which would agitate any unfortunate opposition. Even during combat, this child is as composed and harmonious as can be. Elevated attire consists of a grand, sky-blue vest, the face of the tunic worn open and loose enough to allow flexibility when needed. Visible to any viewer is a navy-blue shirt worn underneath the jacket, which is abruptly interrupted by Toshiro's overbearing shorts, which reaches above the waist to the stomach, yet it seizes at the knees. Toshiro claims this type of clothing is most comfortable for him, which is quite unusual to most fashion-attentive citizens. A long, rusty-brown belt is worn around the neck of the shorts, to assure security and tightness around the area.
The standard navy-blue ninja sandals cannot be ignored by this student, so he wears them pompously without any hesitation. The young T.K. normally conceals several pouches on his rear, to carry any form of weaponry or important objects that could assist him during his inspiring adventures. When flushed with an eccentric amount of rain, the Aoirakko is normally sheathed in a large navy-blue windbreaker, fashioned in variable circular designs, yet seemingly too monumental for the child's body. Despite being a zealot of water, Toshiro does not mind sporting the typical type of clothing when adventuring throughout the slums.
Rather than the water-boy's normal ninja attire, Toshiro is often seen wearing a variety of different outfits when off-duty. When traveling, Toshiro carries a cute, plump backpack shaped to resemble an otter. Even while sleeping, the young medic slips into his comfy, furry otter pajamas, styled with several adorable otter critters amongst it. The suit's snow-white colour is accompanied by matching slippers. Ironically, the entire costume is surprisingly waterproof. The ensemble was custom-made to fit Toshiro's desires, which is his love of the otter species. Any ally of the Aoirakko will easily notice that a great amount of his clothing is created to resemble that exact creature.Cognition!Alignment: Chaotic Good [Lawful]
Traits: Friendly, Novice, Educated

Dislikes: Pessimism, Boredom, Cold WeatherLighthearted, naive, yet intelligent, Toshiro is the perfect embodiment of an youthful teenager. Toshiro interprets life as "an open canvas waiting to be explored", and follows this motto to its fullest extent. Due to the Aoirakko's brief upbringing in the wild, the young boy has grown to appreciate the advantages of society and technology, and strives relentlessly to score his mark in the ninja world. As a citizen of Kirigakure, Tosh is commonly viewed as the "village prankster", who is constantly up to foolery, but nonetheless brings entertainment to the strict metropolis. Because of his childish acts, most citizens grew tired of him, but others have grown to accept his joyful behavior. Being an overly-blissful lad, Toshiro never underestimates a good laugh, and uses humour as the harbringer of friendship and empathy in the village.
An assortment of Toshiro's hobbies consists of drawing and narrative writing, something that allows him to expand his creativity. When not running through the slums of Kirigakure, the young boy is often glued to a television or a book, idolizing the ambition of one day inheriting an business of his own. One of Toshiro's goals in life is to one day own a collection of literature, whether it be novel or manga. The Blue Otter's infatuation with creating stories even allows him to possibly dabble into other fields as well, such as film or photography. To Toshiro, anything that personifies the meaning of imagination is idealistic for him.
Aside from the Aoirakko's personal aspirations, Toshiro is an advocate of eating healthy foods, always supplying himself with fruits/vegetables and water when possible. However, When the young boy is interested in digesting something less simplistic, he is fond of liquidous foods, or anything that digests into a liquid easily. However, the Blue Otter is also infamous for his healthy sweet-tooth habit, and is normally seen snacking on eatery such as healthy ice-cream, smoothies, or candy. Anything and everything that is complimented with a sweet taste but is healthy is enough to snag Toshiro's attention. One of Tosh's current obsessions are real-fruit lollipops, in which he carries regularly, whether he is on a mission or during leisure time. Regardless of the situation, the young child's concern for healthy habits cannot be ignored.
A natural-born entertainer, one of the Blue Otter's favorite whims is finding new ways to make someone chuckle. Whether it be through poorly-drawn art, or through playful acts of mischief, Toshiro could never ignore the chance of promoting happiness. When it comes to mental capacity, the extent of this child's wisdom should not be miscalculated, as for he recognizes knowledge as one of the most valuable traits one could have, and has been trained to expand his expertise in this field. Despite the fact that this physically fragile being prefers long-range combat over all, this deprivation is substituted by an incredibly analytical mind, one known to be extremely acute and intolerant of ignoring insignificant details. Toshiro's specialty in Ninjutsu allows his mind to explore the possibilities of creativity and art, sensitive and perceptive, which is what grants the boy quick-witted thinking during combat.
Even in the midst of an intense struggle, Toshiro is undoubtedly loyal to those he serves to protect, and exerts one-hundred percent of his willpower in order to achieve the objective. Adolescent and curious of life, Toshiro's goals consist of bringing "warmth and luminosity" to Kirigakure. Although H2O is a fundamental property in the Blue Otter's life, Toshiro strives to open the thick mist that shelters Kirigakure and to deliver hope and humility amongst fellow villages. Logical and investigative, a good challenge is never neglected by this shinobi. With the determination of the ancient tribe guiding his fate eternally, Toshiro Kudo will embrace the will of his caretakers, support his fellow peers, and assure that the future of Kirigakure remains radiant and triumphant. Background!
A noble prodigy of the Water Element, the voyage of this young tenacious shinobi would begin in the vast wilderness of Seissui Island, a runty piece of land located in the immeasurable high seas of Mizu no Kuni. A diminished distance from the Water Country's homeland, Kirigakure, the ancient tribe had always been known for their adventurous spirit, which led a small group of bold clansmen to the isolated Seissui shore, eager to find new territory to claim as their own. Upon settling in the spacious jungle they now called home, the disconnected family named themselves the Ogosu Tribe, a collection of siblings and friends who idolized the use of the Water Element and pursued to dominate the fresh land as their own. However, as the Ogosu tribe would find peace in the new territory, a sudden and unfortunate opposition would arrive without warning. Hundreds of years would pass, bringing forth a peaceful settlement for the people, but this would soon all come to a halt. The Chigeya Tribe, a group of Hoshigake warriors who had shared a common ideal as the Ogosu, were not so benevolent. The bloodthirsty clansmen had ventured many days to reach such land, and the existence of the Ogosu was not going to allure them away.
And thus, war began for the Ogosu, defined dominion being driven further concise for the two tribes. Despite the impact of death and turmoil the opposing families endured, this was not enough to seize the birth of the unnamed Ogosu child. This adolescent boy grew to understand the meaning of sacrifice and turmoil at an young age, adapting to the understanding of loss. This affliction caused the boy's mentality to loosen, believing bonds and companionship to be insufficient in the eyes of the gods that created war on his land. For six years, the young one followed this concept, evading threat constantly in the name of one day eliminating the Chigeya with his own hands. However, the lack of physical proficiency by the Ogosu would deter such advancement for the child, which inevitably resulted in a massacre of deaths on behalf of the relentless Chigeya clansmen. Soon enough, the presence of the Ogosu family would gradually decline, as the Chigeya claimed victory countless times. An early arrival in the afterlife was assumed by the Ogosu child, but fortunately for him, the mighty gods could not tolerant the waste of a potentially commodious warrior.
From the waters sprung a divine battalion, sent from the deliverance of Kirigakure to hunt down the Chigeya Tribe, who had been causing thousands of fatalities across the great blue sea. Aware of the threat of retaliation, the division prepared themselves an experienced batch of shinobi, including the temporary aid of a wandering Medic known as Shinsui Kudo, who had originally traveled to Kirigakure on behalf of retrieving information, but decided to assist as confirmation of his respect for the village. However, the traveler's primary reason was to retrieve information on the illustrious Hozuki bloodlimit. Upon arriving, Shinsui encountered many ill-fated, including the dispatching of the Chigeya clansmen and the nourishment of the Ogosu clansmen alike. Shinsui had never come across such an advanced bloodline like the Hoshigake, but the connection with the unnamed Ogosu child would strike a nerve with the focused individual. A child born to understand nothing but battle, imprisoned by the boundaries of the island. How could Shinsui, a pure-hearted man, accept such misery? Without hesitation, upon the fulfillment of the objective and the acknowledgment of the Kirigakure counsil, Shinsui received the young boy as a blessing from the Ogosu clansmen. With the young boy bound for a new habitat, the Ogosu could only pray that he would return an intelligent, noble being.
The advanced technology and civilization of his new residence and clan's former home, Kirigakure, would shaken the boy with fear, but under the guidance of Shinsui, he would casually begin to understand the role of a shinobi. Knowledge, social compatibility, and the will to be important in the world became increasingly crucial in the young boy's life. Originally known as the "Blue Otter of the Ogosu", the title "Toshiro" would suffice for both the child and his caretaker as he continued to flourish in Kirigakure no Sato. Toshiro would be flawed in terms of being qualified for Kirigakure Ninja Academy, but study under the advisement of Shinsui would quicken the process to being right on par with his classmate's overall age. Shinsui envied both the young boy's excellent chakra control and impetuous adaptability, allowing him to master the control of his natural chakra nature, Suiton, with ease. Upon entering the Ninja Academy, despite the fact that Toshiro lacked the ability to perform proficient Taijutsu and Genjutsu, his intelligence and unnatural Ninjutsu capabilities caused him to stand out, being known for both his strange upbringing and honorable qualities. Not only had Toshiro finally achieved humanity, but he had also acquired the respect of his peers, a goal the young boy had been aching for his entire life.
The fixated researcher had unknowingly molded into a father-figure for the young Toshiro, bestowing the child his surname, knowledge, and aspiration to succeed in the world. Once known as "the Blue Otter" amongst his clansmen, Toshiro is now honorably indebted to the prosperity of Kirigakure and his new family. However, the unavoidable duties of an traveling researcher would call the Kudo father once again, eager to explore new boundaries. Unable to cease the bonds the young Toshiro had formed in the village of of the Mist, Shinsui decided it was best to leave the child under the assured supervision of Chuuko Gankyo, a retired Kirigakure instructor who once helped Shinsui with his Mizu no Kuni endeavors. At first, Toshiro was disheartened by Shinsui's decision, but upon understanding that his return would be definite, the Blue Otter accepted the choice with open arms. With one of Kirigakure's greatest teachers guiding him, Toshiro was determined to prove to Shinsui that he would be the harbringer of change in Kirigakure.
A proud graduate of Kirigakure's Ninja Academy, Toshiro would continue his training under Chuuko Gankyo, excelling in the Art of Ninjutsu and Water Control. The abrupt destruction of Kirigakure would oppress the child with the reminiscence of war once again, but it would not desolate his ambition to rejuvenate the Mist Village. With "The Blue Otter of the Ogosu", Toshiro Kudo, defending the inhabitants of Kirigakure no Sato, a bright future awaits the citizens, as the water prodigy strives vigorously to uphold his everlasting commitment.
