  Kazetora has blonde hair, with black eyes like most Uchiha eyes tend to be. He is a Caucasian male of decent height and weight, if not a bit skinny for his age. He wears a white undershirt, with a brown jacket on top of that. He wears blue denim Jeans with blue “ninja” sandals for foot wear. He wears a belt to keep the pants on his waist, and at a slight angle he has a pack with a strap on it. The pack keeps various items and such and the strap has several slots on it for vials for any kind of liquid or dust he might think is interesting.
  
  He lets his hair just go where ever it pleases, he figures that it doesn't really matter what his hair looks like, since its not that important, nor is it going to be seen when he is out on a mission with the various disguise parts on top of it. On his nose, there is a rather long, but thin scar from when he trained by himself after the massacre of his clan. The Brown Jacket he wears is slightly tattered and ripped, yet again from when he trained by himself. On his hands he wears brown gloves, they are just there for his own reasons.

  He wears black armor, a read sash around his neck, a helmet that has metal infront of the eyes with eye holes to see out of and a Katana on his back. He has metallic body armour on top of a black spandex suit, his headband is on his left arm, the scarf also covers his mouth. On top of the metallic body armor there is a random red line with a few branching off points, that has no meaning to its being there.
  
  At his waist there is a rather large belt with a small red rope belt on top of it, that is there once again for his own personal reasons. On his arms, going from the wrists down to about his elbows there are gauntlets there designed to catch bladed weapons in hand to hand combat. On his hands, he wears gloves that fully encompass his hands.
  
  
  In both appearences the Konoha headband can be found on his forehead.

• Personality: Kazetora is kind, always wanting to help others, even complete strangers, he tries to keep his promises at all times, he never ever goes against his promise, even if it means his death, he shall never quit, and never allow the other person to get away as long as he breathes. Kazetora aims to one day become a member of the ANBU Black Ops, to show his clan that he is worthy of the name Uchiha and to show that he is a worthy opponent.

[bSpecial:[/b] In order to unlock each stage, the user must experience an extreme life-threatening situation, in which the Player Character's life is clearly in danger, as approved by the Lead Moderator or Admin. Unless upper staff approval is acquired, users normally will start with a dormant Sharingan.
Description: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. This doujutsu gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it with ease, depending on the level of development reached within the eye. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe, comma like shapes of pure ebony that exist in perfect symmetry around the pupil. Only under the influence of extreme stress will the Sharingan evolve, and only after the user has endlessly trained their eye will its true skill come forth.

Description: The very first form of the Sharingan, once its true powers are unlocked. With only one tomoe, the eye itself is still very immature and lacking in any of its real powers, but it can nonetheless excell much more than any normal human eye can in battle. At this stage, the Uchiha begins to see the truth behind illusions, as well as gain a brief understanding of whatever movements are coming at them.

Description: The next stage of evolution for the Sharingan involves two tomoe, improving upon the Uchiha's current skills and adding new ones. Amongst others, it allows the Uchiha to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor reading of an opponents attack, as well as pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra, as well as lingering traces of foreign chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.[/li][/ul][/li][/ul]

Because the flames are slightly more intense than other katon jutsu, each time this is retrained, the user can stack 'C' ranked burning damage. However, when using this jutsu, the user must be standing still in order to control the powerful stream of fire.
Description: Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a fundamental katon ninjutsu technique which allows the user to freely control fire itself as it leaves their body. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. During this point, they then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Description: Basic yet very effective within the Katon arsenal of jutsu, this technique allows the ninja to emit a series of small fire balls after a simple set of handseals are made. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, because they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai, and only select doujutsu and bloodline abilities allow the user to see through the deception.

Description: Kekkai • Tengai Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique named a barrier jutsu due to the field of chakra that it disperses around. After having their hands come together, the user can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch their opponent, the user will know their position immediately.

Description: Soushuuha is a ninjutsu technique used in order to give aerial projectiles a slight edge in combat. After the needed handseals, this technique allows the user to hover multiple projectiles, like kunai, in the air while they approach a target. With only a single handseal, they can then unleash a torrent of projectiles much faster than if each was thrown individually.

Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it allows a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed - to an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. Such a feat is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds they would otherwise be unable to reproduce. In the end, the user will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly should they need it. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Kazetora has the Hiraishin mark from when Abumi Chiaki, the Duchess of Mo, put it on him during the Konoha Military Police's failed coup, though Kazetora does not know what it looks like or that its what she put on her neck, only that she placed her hand on his neck.
