Apparel: Shizuka is garbed in a blue sports jacket with red/black linings for the sleeves, neck area and pockets. Beneath the jacket she wears various sports bras or tanktops depending on the nation that she's in. To compliment her signature jacket, she wears black spats. Around her waist is towards the left side, closer to the back. Her ankles are protected by white training weights. Her sandals are a black and white pattern, resembling modern shoes.
Body Appearance: Shizuka's body is rather slender, with her legs being thicker due to continued training with her leg weights. Her eyes radiate with a pure yellow, akin to sunshine.
Blemishes & Scars: Along the back of her neck is a branding, though it's usually covered by her scarf. It is etched in the form of a flower.

Personality:
Shizuka is...never serious. No really, Shizuka is a fun loving, prank playing, girl who just can't stop giggling. There'd be a funeral and she'd be cracking jokes often considered "Too Soon", at least...that's what she wants you to believe. Shizuka is a false comedian, her true nature as she feels it, is that of an opressed spirit. Her air of lightheartedness and laughter could be considered a facade, but really it is the person she wishes to become. She wants to be free and values freedom. However there is more to this as well. She doesn't like things to be stagnant or depressing. Thus at heart she really is a good girl and while she hasn't realized it yet, is really a fun loving person.
As for how her sense of self has become so distorted, the state of the world factors into her being. The world is war torn and the only way to heal it is freedom and happiness. After all, everybody wants freedom and happiness, in this way she is quite a simple minded character. Shizuka aims to shake up the usual with pranks. These pranks are her way of preventing stagnation, it's also a way for her to take out any "anger" she may have, without diving into another aspect of her personality, dubbed "Serious Mode". Serious Mode is described by her peers in a horrifying way, because it's the polar opposite of her normal self. During this moment in time, Shizuka becomes apathetic and thinks strictly with logic. This reveals her true nature, which is that of a genius.
The problem with her genius is that it sacrifices her humanity, thus she tries to suppress it, even to the point of acting airheaded or silly. In this state of genius, which is activated by the feelings of revenge. Thus because of those feelings, she becomes a sadist. The feelings of revenge rejected just for the joy of "torturing" her victims. It's not a state of mind which lasts for long. Once danger is gone, her mind quickly reverts to her fun loving, happy self. This happens through subconcious rejection of that state of being, as well as the fact that she genuinely wants to be a happy go lucky person. Reality is a harsh mistress indeed.
Due to Shizuka's intelligence, it enables her to be a very versed comedian. She will leverage satire, methaphors, similies, as well as information from the world at large. Information from the world at large is usually used for political based jokes though with Shizuka, anything is fair play. That isn't to say she makes these jokes maliciously either, rather she uses comedy/humour to express her feelings. She may actually provide useful advice in the form of a joke, for example. In the end she believes "Ignorance is Bliss" and it's because of her intelligence that she's not ignorant.

One cannot attack or perform techniques during Shunpo.
Description: Shunpo, a Taijutsu master's response to the Body Flicker Technique, relies solely on the user's ability to harness their inner ki and gain enough stamina to withstand the sudden strain imposed on one's legs. However, once properly trained, the Taijutsu Type will find their legs moving at speeds unknown to common man, to the point most would make the foolish mistake of assuming one is using Shunshin. However, unlike that chakra inspired run, Shunpo is pure stamina and movement skill, allowing for tighter, quicker, and more reactionary movements essential for someone that relies on movement. Although Shunpo itself moves in a single line, its many variations is what makes it so lethal.
