Description: The user's hands slam together with ear shattering force, and release a wave of sound that is ever amplified by their Dosu-Kinuta. The sound causes resonance with the air and rebounds upon itself in a singular dissonant chime. The force of the sound's vibration causes massive kinetic blowback in a forward-centered radius (in relation to clap) resulting in a force that will throw enemies back beyond the effective radius, up to ten meters if within ten meters of the user, decreasing by one meter every meter they are further from them . Opposite to logic, because of the way the sound interacts with the air, the technique grows deadly the further you are from the opponent. At a range of more than ten meters it will deal full A-rank damage, and any closer it will only deal B-rank damage.

Description: The user snaps their fingers in sync with the activation of their Dosu-Kinuta, resulting in the attenuation of sound in a fixed area expanding in a 360 degree radius from the user's person at all times. In the now 'bubbled' area, the user can choose from a variety of effects, not allowing sound in, not allowing sound out, or a combination of both. For additional C-rank trainings, the user can increase their radius from a base five all the way to twenty-five, granting five meters of influence with each training.

I'd feel more comfortable if you changed the wording of the first jutsu to say something along of it creating intense vibrations which can cause lots of internal damage if the organ area is directly struck by someone wearing the sound amplifiers.

For the second, you say the range is "20+", but I need something a little more defined considering the fact that you specifically state that the technique can throw opponents back beyond the attack's range. If the attack becomes more dangerous the further you are from it, then I believe that it should be weaker dependent on if you're closer. Your opinion?
