Description: A special seal designed to be placed on the members of soji. This seal restricts soji members from disclosing information about the caster, the actual seal is a tattoo at the roof of the mouth covered by a highly compressed black stone around 2-4mm thick that lines the entire upper part of the roof and travels down to line the inside of the trachea and esophagus. This seal has several effects, it restricts use of specified information, by swelling up the stone at the back of the mouth, and choking the member before any restricted information can be divulged. The second effect of this is nicknamed 'the burial' at the moment of death or close to death. The stone will decompress suddenly in an explosion, ripping through the body and reducing it to fleshy chunks.

The ritual is performed by painting the tattoo on the top roof of the mouth and then covering the soji member in his own weight in burial dirt, paper with the taboo words and subjects is placed in the burial dirt and then the painful and suffocating process of the compression of the burial dirt as it flows into the mouth to line the top of the roof and down the throat. 'The burial'can also be forcefully activated by a single secret kata known only to Kira. This is for situations where soji members go rogue.

Added minor spelling and grammar corrections, just to clear things up. Highlighted everything I did to show that I didn't change anything about the ritual itself. I'd suggest putting "See Special" in range, then "Requires contact with burial dirt during ritual" and something like "Activated internally" in the Special. Again, just to clear things up.

Chakra Barrier is brokenly overpowered and infringes on the fuinjutsu that was removed not too long ago. It won't be accepted as it is now.

The first jutsu looks good.

Second jutsu modified, it is now a ninjutsu.

It is still too much of a hard counter to chakra based techniques, but now that it is ninjutsu and not fuinjutsu I think it can be balanced around that. Rather than traditional chakra cost for the technique, have the consumption be 1 tier higher than whatever it blocks. So if you block a jutsu that is considered to have a 'Low' chakra cost, using the barrier would be 'Mid' for the user. Sound good?

As for the first technique--there is something minor you might want to add. You should put either "Tsuchikage" or "Soji leader" or whatever you'd like, since I'm pretty sure it's your intentions to have it be exclusive to them.

Lastly, can you make a new thread for your second technique? The first is obviously a village exclusive and the second is way too broad to be accepted as an Iwa only jutsu, and since we have two different boards for them. . .yeah, you see where I'm going with this xD.

I meant add it to the domain. Having it say caster was fine (and honestly preferred), but restrictions need to be listed in the domain. So if you wanted to restrict it to yourself then you would have to put it in the domain.
