totally spaced on the new systems, and thought i'd resubmit these to add in chakra costs. also, a few tweaks in the old ones, and a couple new jutsu. hope that's all okay, and it's fine if stuff isn't perfect~

Description: Being as close to spiders as human beings can be, the Sasanagi is capable of walking along, hanging from or otherwise supporting themselves on any Kumonenkin or Kumonendo creation. By using the chakra infused into the golden creations, or web, when it was created, the corresponding chakra in whatever part of the body is in contact with the thread responds automatically, and the user can support themselves with ease on even the flimsiest Kumonenkin or Kumonendo.

Golden Barbs

Range: Any active Kumonenkin or Kumonendo jutsu
Chakra: Very Low
Special: Requires no handseals.
Description: By pouring extra chakra into any Kumonenkin or Kumonendo in creation, the sticky gold, or the spider thread forms sharp barbs along its entirety, adding a little extra lethality to the Sasanagi's attacks. These barbs are merely an extention of the Kumonenkin, and retain the same strengths and sharpness as the user's mastery allows.

Range: See Special
Chakra: Low
Special: Requires no handseals. The range of this jutsu is the same as that of the Kumonendo, depending again on one's mastery of the Kumonenkin. The projectiles fly roughly as fast as a kunai is thrown.

Description: While the Sasanagi is already capable of creating almost anything from their dangerous golden spit, this jutsu allows the user to simply spit out their creations in the form of projectiles, flying in whatever direction the user wishes. Whatever the Sasanagi can create from their fluids, can be spat at their target, within reason. Only creations within the same dimensions as secondary weapons, and similar items can be spat effectively.

Special: Handseals. Clones move slightly slower than the creator, due to them being heavier and stronger. Up to one clone can be made, with one more per time retrained. Strength of clones is determined by one's mastery of the Kumonenkin;

Description: By continuing to spit out the strong golden substance, the Sasanagi can create replicas of themselves, which are then infused with chakra and able to act according to the user's orders. The Gold clones can take a lot of damage, equal to one's strength in the Kumonenkin creation, and can perform any jutsu dealing with the golden substance.

Chakra: Mid
Special: Handseals. Clones move slightly slower than the creator, due to them being sticky and unable to move without slight resistance from surfaces. Web clones can withstand up to one C-Rank ninjutsu, but cannot be destroyed with taijutsu. Up to one clone can be made, with one more per time retrained.
Description: By continuing to spit out spider webbing, the Sasanagi can create replicas of themselves, which are then infused with chakra and able to act according to the user's orders. The Web clones are incredibly sticky, and should they come into contact with an opponent can easily restrain or immobilise them. They can perform any jutsu dealing with the spider thread.

Spider Clone; Explode!

Type: Clan Ninjutsu; Offensive
Range: Any clone within eyesight.
Chakra: Mid
Special: Single Handseal. Has different effects depending on which type of clone is commanded to explode. Both types of clone erupt in a twenty meter radius.
Description: This jutsu allows the Sasanagi to blow up one of their clones. Should a Gold clone be blown up, razor sharp golden shrapnel will explode in a twenty meter radius, easily sharp enough to pierce flesh. Should a Web clone be blown up, incredibly sticky thread will erupt in a twenty meter radius, ensnaring anything caught within range.

Decription: Although the Sasanagi may spit their threads at an opponent, there are more uses to the creation than simply that. With this jutsu, the Sasanagi can create lengths of thread for any purpose, and these may also be produced via under the Sasanagi's fingernails or even toenails. Lengths of thread may be used for their sticky properties to subdue opponents, or expelled at heights to ascend quickly, the possibilities are limitless, aside from the range.

Special: Requires no handseals. The range is exactly the same as the initial Spider Strands jutsu.
Description: Being created from the user, the Sasanagi's thread is incredibly easy to influence with chakra. This jutsu allows the user to control their threads with their chakra, manipulating objects attached to with thread, chasing opponents with thread, simply having complete freedom of manipulation. This jutsu only works as long as the threads are still attached to the user.

Description: Trapnest refers to a woman, most likely beautiful and seductive, who offers you comfort and pleasure in her embrace. However, once succumbing, one finds themselves trapped in a relationship. As is fitting, Trapnest is one of the more powerful Sasanagi jutsu, an almost unavoidable eruption of thread, creating an instant and unforgiving web. Performing the handseals, the Sasanagi presses their hand to the ground, and in an instant powerful spider silk bursts from the ground in a wide area around the user. There is no space to avoid the jutsu on the ground, and even the slightest contact with the web will hold the prey, rooting them to the spot as threads wind their way up the target.

Special: Handseals. Can block up to one S-Rank jutsu, or multiple jutsu of lower levels. Contact with the jutsu snares targets with an S-Rank strength. If the jutsu is used in attacking, it hits with A-Rank strength.
Description: The Chanel of the Sasanagi, high fashion and avante garde, the devil stalking the catwalk. The Haute Killer jutsu is a desperate measure, the ultimate accessory for a fashionista in mortal peril. Silk, woven with the incredibly strong gold, both fluids of the Sasanagi, rises up from the user's body and takes form, beautiful cobweb ribbons, glittering with the strength of the Sasanagi heritage. These ribbons hover about the user, long and fluid, dancing and fluttering in the air, circling lazily, ready to act, attached to the user by a few stray threads. The ribbons react instinctively, drifting around the user in an almost embrace, lashing out to strike, and automatically blocking all but the most incredibly speedy attacks. The jutsu is intensely hard to sustain, but can last as long as the user can manage. Overuse can be entirely fatal.

While this technique is nice, there are a few concerns I have. First, if you plan to have its strength determined on the user’s highest Kumonenkin, why not make the jutsu itself multi-rank? Also, it would make more sense given this technique has the potential to supplement both S-rank range, and S-rank damage without being S-rank itself.

Yeah, I think this technique would be better off as Multi-rank. Or take out the dependents for a technique that is Multi-rank.

simplified trapnest, making it its own technique without any multirank elements. added in the single clone until retrained information, and i made spider clone; gold b-rank with high chakra cost and b-rank kumonenkin required.

the main problem is always that there's no like multirank strength tier kind of thing, for the strength of the web and of the gold fluids, so it's a hassle, kind of.
