Description: The Kikaichuu no jutsu is without a doubt the central means of attack for the aburame. However, like bugs, they can evolve so to speak, going through a rapid process of metamorphosis. This metamorphosis removes the Kikaichuu's absorptive properties in exchange to take on more properties, namely ones more geared towards physical destruction such as sharpened edges, explosive properties, and much more. When Metamorphosis is active insects lose the ability to leech chakra and in turn learn to deal physical damage.

Strength of razor kikaichuu depends on the highest rank known, able to pierce armor and barriers one rank less thank the highest rank achieved. Insects harden and sharpen their edges (wings, pincers etc etc), allowing them to cut / bite through various materials with their strength as their master further strengthens his Kikai. Kikaichuu are unable to leech while active, thus giving them more 'physical' destructive properties.

Description: As an aburame comes to master their mass control over various insects, they are able to significantly increase their lethality with a simple cost of chakra. Feeding the insects more chakra than usual, they will harden their shells and appendages, increasing the sharpness of their stingers, pincers, wings or whatever they use as a medium for offense. Though the cuts will be small and minor individually, however, when combined with the mass control from Aburame, even a simple swarm of bugs can end ones life. Given the small size of the insects its very easy for them to crawl into cracks of armor and even attack areas physical impossible by a normal sized blade.

Although this is a bit more realistic, it would probably be easier if you based the times off of post segments (i.e. whole post, half post, etc.) rather than seconds.

I understand the material categorization based on rank, but we're gonna end up having a lot of difficulties with it I think. You might just want to say that strength increases with rank (after all, the most important thing is strength when dealing with other's attacks and barriers). Besides that, Kikai can already dig through the earth easily without this. If you want to keep it as it is, there are things that need to be considered, mostly: what does metal entail? I ask because the "metal" on this site differs in strength immensely (look at weapons, a D and S rank sword could both be made out of metal, but they're incredibly different strength and durability-wise). It is S-rank, but I don't think allowing you to simply activate this jutsu and then eat through any weapon is okay, so you'll need to create some sort of limit. However, this brings up my next question, which would influence my thoughts on how strong they should be, and that is: is this chakra cost per turn, or simply activation? I know it's a switch, and you're giving up the ability to leech chakra in order to do so, but if the chakra cost is per turn (even if it's high for activation and lower per turn to maintain) then you'll be given more freedom with the strength of this ability.

From there the chakra inflated Kikaichuu rushes the opponent down, literally committing suicide or Kamikaze. The attack / explosion is covered over a wide area of effect across the mass amount of Kikaichuu . Can be used in conjunction with other aburame (metamorphic) techniques to form a terrifying offense that Aburame doesn't normally have.

Personally, I really, really dislike the idea of Aburame having techniques that destroy their bugs in the process, but I'll let someone else look at the blast one before I straight up say no.

Special: Size and chakra consumption of sand shield is directly proportionate to attack being blocked. Blocks attacks of equal rank learned as long as user is aware of the attack.

Description: Upon mastering the control of the Kikaichuu further, its ultimate defense and countermeasure towards taijutsu itself becomes accessible, ready to be used on the users whim. Always active, the shield that protects the user is formed out of a large array of powerful and durable insects and does so under its own will. It is also possible for the user himself to manually control his own kikaichuu to put of a shield / barrier and hold it if need be.

First, it says sand shield in the special. xD My first thought is: why is this technique's domain Kikaichuu Metamorphosis? It doesn't change the Kikai in any way, not like the others at least, and is basically used the same as any old Aburame technique. So other than that, I suppose this seems alright and makes sense, considering the Kikai are sentient. I would just remove the Metamorphosis domain.

Tune this down a bit. You need to describe the range of explosion that one bug can create. It should be somewhere from D ranked = 1 meter to S ranked = 5 meters. A 5 meter explosion would be the same velocity of an exploding note for 1 kikaichu, unelss of course you would like this to work on a group of kikaichu instead of just one. The range of the explosion would ultimately depend on how many kikaichu you transformed.

Lastly is your shield of insects technique. There is already an aburame insect defense that works in the same way.

Mushi Kabe no Jutsu (Insect Wall Technique)

Description: Mushi Kabe is a secret ninjutsu technique utilized by the Aburame when defense is needed. After forming the needed handseals, the Aburame will expel the destruction bugs living in their body so that they will surround the member and fly at a high rate of speed, forming a protective wall-like vortex. The vortex itself is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks, but the vortex can be disrupted and the clan members inside rendered vulnerable if sufficient explosive force is expended outside the protective shell.

Says strength, speed, etc. is based off of Kikaichuu no Jutsu. What's the point of this being multi-ranked, then? I'm assuming this is a typo, and strength is probably not based off of Kikaichuu (as I would prefer it).

Razor Kikaichuu - Don't have the strength be based on any other technique--we're trying to move away from techniques where the damage is based off of something else (I gave a huge explanation in the staff section if you want to know why, I don't feel like elaborating here since you can go read that instead). If you want the technique to have potentially S-rank damage, make it multi-rank (with chakra costs scaling)--otherwise just leave it as B-rank and if you want to increase damage get the magic blast mastery.

Blast Kikaichuu - I'm denying this. Not for it being imbalanced or anything like that, but because an Aburame who only obtains Kikai because they have a mutually beneficial relationship with their kikai shouldn't be sending them to their deaths purposefully in a fight without any sort of consequences. I'll retract this if Lash disagrees, though.
