This ability has a five turn cooldown, and also drains more than the typical B Rank technique. Maximum area of effect is five feet in length by three feet in width. Strength of the defense is based on the user's own rank of Crafting Paper Strength.
Description: Sometimes, an opponent can perform a technique that can catch even a skilled warrior off-guard. In these moments, the Shikigami can call upon reserves of paper to instantly form a small protective wall up to a meter in front of him or her. The wall remains in place for a singular turn, and cannot be used again for five turns.

Special: Creates a mobile, floating eye created out of paper which the user is capable of seeing through.
Description: The user performs the required Handseals, releasing a cascade of paper into the air which retains all of the standard paper strength of the user's Paper Ninjutsu. The paper creates the shape of a mobile, floating eyeball about a foot in circumference which can be directed by chakra alone from a distance by the user. When the user covers one of his or her eyes, he or she becomes capable of viewing an area as if the paper eye was the user's regular eyeball. While scouting with this eyeball, the user must remain stationary. The technique lasts as long as the user maintains position; should he or she remove his or her hand from his/her eyeball, or should they begin to move away from the Ninjutsu's casting location, the technique will fall apart.

The damage that can be blocked by this technique is equal to the user's rank of Crafting Paper Strength.
Description: After performing the required handseals, the user will extend his or her hands, causing numerous pieces of paper to form and rush outwards, filling an area in front of the user with the paper in the shape of a solid wall. The wall lasts until the user dismisses it or until it is broken by damage received.

Description: One of the Shikigami's most dangerous talents is their ability to create a battlefield in advance that directly resembles the outside world. This ability, not a Genjutsu due to the fact that the user actually changes his or her paper's shapes and colors, allows the user to facilitate the appearance of just about anything, leaving the ability to cleverly trick and attack the opponent.

Chakra Same as Pepa Bunshin.
Special: Creates a special Paper Clone of a person other than the user in order to trick and potentially attack the opponent. Clones can exist as far as the eye can see, or until the user leaves the thread, and take no additional chakra for upkeep. Clones move at speeds equal to the user's Pepa Speedo (Paper Speed), and can perform any Shikigami jutsu the user knows. Clones disperse and reform before being defeated. The number of these clones capable of being created is equal to the number of Paper Clones the user can create. Paper clones, like Kage Bunshin, share the user's chakra reserves.
Description: An offset of the Pepa Bunshin no Jutsu, this ability allows the user to create the appearance of someone other than him or herself. The created clone is usually an ally of an opponent that the user has already captured or disposed of. The point of the technique is to catch the opponent off guard, leaving them open to attack from the person they had assumed was their friend.

Special: The range of the jutsu is dependent on the user's range of Pepa Shuriken. The user creates numerous levitating and spinning pieces of paper which fly around the opponent continuously in an attempt to strike the opponent offguard. The user is capable of literally filling an area equal to the range of their Pepa Shuriken technique with these sharp, mobile objects and attacking from a distance. Unlike the Pepa Shuriken technique, this attack can be directed and manipulated, giving more lethal control to the user.
Description: An offensive technique that fills an area with multitudes of sharp, spinning, and flying sheets of paper that attempt to rapidly attack the opponent. If a sheet of paper strikes a solid surface, then that piece of paper loses its potency and cannot be reanimated by the user unless he or she performs the technique once more.
Domain: Shikigami, must know Pepa Shuriken.

Special: Completely coats the user from head to toe in malleable paper armor which protects them from incoming damage. Maintaining the armor costs an additional low amount of chakra every turn. Defensive strength is equivalent to the user's rank of Crafting Paper Strength and Elemental Resistance.
Description: A thin and lightweight armor ninjutsu, this technique covers the user from head to toe in paper. When blended correctly with other Shikigami Ninjutsu, the opponent usually will be incapable of even telling that the user is guarded in this manner. Should the opponent attack the user, they will find the paper defense in the ready to absorb the blow. An attack of equal strength to the user's Crafting Paper Strength will break the armor, creating the need for the armor to be recast, while an attack of greater strength will pierce through the defense, damaging the user.

[/li][li]Baku Kamishouha (Bursting Paper Collision Waves)[/u]

Special: The user releases an incredible wave, equal in size to the user's maximum allowed size of paper creations, comprised of hundreds of sheets of paper towards the opponent. The wave itself is generally wider than it is taller, so that is a wide area of effect. The wave will travel up to 30 meters and will attempt to bury anyone caught within the wave under the mountains of paper. Because the paper is filled with the user's chakra, the user is capable of knowing the location of anyone who was caught within the wave, and can then proceed to follow up with other Paper Ninjutsu attacks. The wave's strength is dependent upon the user's own Crafting Paper Strength and Paper Elemental Resistance.
Description: A wave of paper that rolls across the ground, similar to a tsunami wave, and attempts to catch opponents within it.

  Special: Handseals. By combining the principles of Pepa Onigami and Paper Armor, a Shikigami transcends the need constantly recreate defensive structures. So long as it is not in battle a Shikigami can create a permanent set of paper which can be worn, and used defensively. This effective, paper clothing, must be worn over the skin so that it is touching the clothing, allowing the paper to siphon the needed chakra to sustain itself. Though the clothing protects one in battle, the jutsu cannot be cast mid battle. The paper clothing is as durable as ones Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill), and is as resistant as ones Hatoronshi Genso (Crafting Paper Elemental Resistance).
  Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to wear clothing made out of nothing but paper. The clothing would blend in, and look just like the normal clothing of any bystander. However, when attacked, the clothing was said to not take but a scratch.

  Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition), a shikigami conjures a ball of paper no larger than a fist and uses it as the catalyst of an explosion. The explosion caused by this technique is equal to the respective explosive radius of the user's
  Hatoronshi Bakuha (Crafting Paper Explosive Addition). The grenade itself unless triggered through will by the Shikigami is useless, and will not explode if destroyed. It is as durable as ones Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill), and is as resistant as ones Hatoronshi Genso (Crafting Paper Elemental Resistance). Every retraining of this technique allows you to use one more grenade per post, for a total of five.
  Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to toss nothing but crumpled documents onto the floor and have them erupt into fiery explosive blazes at will. Revered and feared, their mastery of the paper arts was respected by anyone who saw.

  Special: Essentially a giant sheet of double-ply paper, this huge sheet soaks up any water it touches. The water that is soaked up by this technique is nullified from chakra use until the sheet is willfully dissipated, or forcefully pierced. The water techniques available to be soaked up using this technique directly correlate to the rank of the Hatoronshi Genso (Crafting Paper Elemental Resistance) known by the Paper User and correlate rank for rank. To soak up a D-Rank technique, D-rank is needed of Hatoronshi Genso, and so on. The durability of the paper otherwise is determined by the user's Hatoronshi no Kami (Crafting Paper Skill).
  Description: Since the genesis of Shikigami their bane has been the elements of water and fire. Over decades of practice has allowed them to circumvent one of their weaknesses by creating the most absorbent of paper towels.

It can perform any C-rank or lower techniques the Shikigami who summons it knows.
  Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to summon forth demonic apparitions from another realm into the paper they used. This companions would do their master's every bidding, floating about, completely loyal.

    Description: The Onmyoji, the original Paper Shikigami, were said to summon forth demonic apparitions from another realm into the paper they used. The cute and almost whimsical creations they typically used would be transformed into demonic abberations only capable of death and destruction, equal in power to their masters.

      Description: A Shiki-Ouji's Kung-Fu grip is unsurpassed by any other being, once it has grabbed on people have said it has never-ever let go.

My only suggestion is to give this technique a chakra cost of 'Very Low' at least. Everything else seems fair.
