Special: The initial learning of this jutsu only supports the Four-Finger Nukite. Additional training is required for those who wish to attain further mastery. This jutsu can be used once (1) per thread.
Description: Following a series of hand-seals, the user will concentrate a considerable amount of lightning based chakra to their dominant hand. With their four pointer fingers extended, the charged chakra will take the form of a four pronged 'claw'; completely engulfing the users hand. Allowing an extremely powerful attack to be used fighting within the bounds of close quarters combat. The claw allows the user to chop, slash, or pierce targets with ease. Acting some what like a sword or other bladed weapon, though it present considerable force. This is to be considered a prized technique of the hidden cloud.

The second form of this jutsu, it takes the form of a three pronged claw. With this, the user can penetrate defenses of A rank and lower. Piercing, and slashing anything the user swings at; can even numb an opponent's extremity on touch for 1/2th of their following post. This form can be sustained for up to 2 post maximum. Requires additional A rank training.

One-Finger Nukite (一本貫手, Ippon Nukite)

The final form of this jutsu, it takes the form of a single pronged claw. With this, the user can penetrate defenses of S rank and lower. Piercing, and slashing anything the user swings at; can even numb an opponent's extremity on touch for their following post. This form can be sustained for up to 1 post maximum. Requires additional S rank training.

For this I am going to say, please make it B (Four-finger), A (three-finger) and S (one finger). I understand what you re trying to do, but this way can be cleaner. Also, make chakra High - Massive please. :]

Once all three (3) stages are learned, users can train to completely master the technique with an additional 'S' ranked training.

This doesn't really have a drawback of any kind for it to allow the user seal-less jutsu. I say take out this and I'll give the acceptance.

I agree with Fris on this one. Looks fair for an S-Rank technique, and the charge time it requires (equivalent to the time it takes to form hand seals of the applicable rank) sounds reasonable.
