All that personifies the essence of youth, bestowed upon the scholar of Kumogakure. Jellal, in all his glory is a fine example of the average shinobi; considering the training and effort put out, this young mans appearance would match the image befitting his title. Though seemingly thin, the youth processes the muscular frame required to endure the vigorous requirements expected of him. Despite not being the most physically gifted; his mind, aptitude, and yearn for achievement have allowed him the body necessary to surpass any standard set forth. Due to countless hours of exposure to natural sunlight, Jellal's sun kissed skin radiates with a natural glow; the kind to send any woman to frenzy. Locks of gold drape across his forehead, as his untrained hair flows naturally, an obvious sign the youth holds little stock in the importance of upkeep and charming appearances. Though somehow this shaggy look only accents the natural awe of his bright 'doe' like eyes even more. Matching this with an intoxicating personality, there is no mountain too high, no valley too low, no woman who couldn't be tamed. → upper body | lower body

Though he may be a shinobi in title, Jellal is a free spirit at heart. He cares little for conflict, and shares no interest in the gain of power or wealth. He merely plays day by day as if life were a game of cards, a contest of luck and will. The youth has many quirks and twists up his sleeve, though an outstanding perception of his persona would be that of every teenage, hormone driven, sex hungry young man of his generation. Lacking the desire of power, does not mean the lack of acknowledgment. As Jellal must constantly play the role of jokester, in an attempt to remain as the center of attention for all those around. He'll literally pounce at the chance to show his worth, in hopes to woe the woman who's caught his eye. And though it may sound as if his sin would be lust, the youth's biggest fault rest upon his pride. A test of such, could send this normally cool tempered young man, into a hot headed rage. The likes of which, resulting in rash unpredictable behaviors; choices not entirely thought through, and emotional outbursts which get him into all sorts of unneeded trouble. Yet beyond all his complexity, Jellal is most known for his kindness, the ability to read the emotions of others, and do what ever he can to help & support those in need. He finds himself to be a seeming understanding individual, in a setting where emotion must be cut; where every decision must be cold and heartless. The one feature of shinobi he can't embrace.

  Special: Up to one clone can be made at a time, plus one more each time retrained. Because of its light essence, most physical strikes pass through the clone, and when struck, the clone's thundery essence submits whatever struck it with intense shocks, as if it had just struck the center of lightning bolt delivered directly from Zeus himself. Clone cannot perform any jutsu, but when defeated, it explodes in a burst of bolts, spreading its shocking essence everywhere. Explosion range covers 5 meters all around the clone, and leave victims caught in it paralyzed for a whole turn, friend and foe alike. User's 'Karai Shin' range determines how far the clones can travel from the user before dissipating, and once the user exits the thread in which they were created, clones automatically disperse.
  Description: With this technique, the Raiton user is able to call upon aid from a perfect copy of themselves. Comprised purely of lightning, this clone retains the user movement speed and can share linked mental judgement. Best of all, due to its flowing essence, many solid attacks pass through the clone, shocking instead whatever was used to strike them. Finally, when defeated, the clone explodes into a storm of lightning that aims to take over the nearest opponent available, taking over their body whole as it is shocked.

  Special: Three lightning rods made of pure white lightning travel up from under the victim. The rods make a triangle shape, leaving the victim about three meters of space inside the shocking jail cell. Once the rods reach five meters in height the victim is trapped, which the speed of the rising pure lightning rods is as fast as lightning itself. The user is only capable of trapping one victim. Additionally the user must have the victim clearly in their eyesight or this technique won’t work.
  Description: The user will put together a mild amount of handseals while the victim is in the user’s eyesight. Once those handseals are finished three five meter high lightning rods made of pure white lightning will rush up below the victim. The rods make a triangle shape, trapping the victim within’ this triangular lightning jail cell. This triangular prison will give out one B rank dosages of lightning damage (when retrained the damage will be two B ranked dosages of lightning damage. Each time retrained the damage limit grows higher by one) each time the victim tries escaping from either three sides of the triangular prism or above the prism. However from first appearance all the user and the victim can see are the three white lightning rods but once the victim attempts to escape they’ll notice that these three lightning rods rush lightning into the victim once they try to escape.

I wasn't sure about the weapon either, I asked asked devious to look at this as well. I'm sure he'll be able to tell. As far as my remaining exp, I can't use it in the bio creation, only at the shops so thats cool.
