OOC: Ok, I'm going to trying something different I'll post as the NPC's and Ketsui in sections accordingly so people won't get mixed up. XD. Here we go!

NPC's

DUMBELL+TOP

As the massive and skinny men rushed towards the pink-haired kid at his Boss' command. Using his size to intimidate the kid, Dumbell reached his right hand back proceeded to deliver a punch to the young teenager as Top was about to take out his knife. However, their plans were interrupted as the blue haired teen began to use weird hand postures. Something was off. They couldn't comprehend was about to happen.

""Cant say we didn't warn you"" the kid said as he held what looked like energy forming in the kid's hand. "OH.--!SHIT...! they collectively sad as the sphere of energy was shot at them by Shuurai. From the collection of not one, not two, but three elements into one to from the ball, it was sure to knock them on their backside. As the sphere would hit the two, Top saw the ball and ducked at the last second. Was it strategy? Of course not, it was all out fear. Why would anyone take an unknown ball of energy that almost appeared out of no where head on? However, the big one was another story. He didn't have the luxury like Top by having a smaller body and moving out of harms way. The brute took the brunt of the sphere by placing his arms in a "x" block formation to his torso. Due to the speed of the sphere and his gigantic size, the speed was significantly faster. That had to left a mark and done some damage. After the impact of shot was made, Dumbell, fell on his left knee, feeling slightly paralyzes due to the Lightning Element's nature as blue electricity started to spark from his body. The jutsu did do some damage, but not all the way Shuurai intended. Dumbell began to yell in pain as well in outrage that a kid could make him fall on one knee. "DAMNIT!!!", the giant exclaimed as he slowly began to rise, despite the traces of spark of electricity tracing from his body. His willpower and loyalty to his body was admirable. Had he not been in this situation and chose the path or righteousness, he would be a straightforward man. As he rose, he again tried to deliver a punch to the cherry-blossom haired teen. "Eat this, pretty boy..!"

BOSS
Meanwhile as he watched his two henchmen go at it between the two males, an incoming person was heading his way, it was the girl! While she was grasping her massive sword, his goon, with the clock, bailed right behind. He had common sense at the very least. He saw coming his way as one out the two teenager nearly incapacitated his muscle, Dumbell.

"I won't let a girl out all people take me out!" he said as he drew his short sword from behind his belt and saw her strike. It was a swing going from her strap from his right side as she lifted it up and slashed down to her left in a diagonal cut. With the weight of the sword with gravity, made this a hard act to combat, luckily, with his size and muscle it wasn't for show. He unsheathed the sword in his right hand and lifted his blade up to intercept the sword's attack. With his height, the sword's impact and his leverage were advantageous for him, this time around. As the two struggled in strength, the man began to give a twisted smirk. "What's wrong girlie? Can't think i can block your sword? Get REAL!!!" the man said as he used a burst of strength in his arm to break the sword struggle and pushed her sword back. This would leave her torso wide open. Then the male would lift his right leg and deliver a stomp kick to her chest at point-blank range. It would be hard to evade it at that distance and speed. With that in mind, the girl would be sent back quite a few feet. After the kick, the yellow-haired man called Top rose from ducking and ran behind Yadokuna and would try to end the kunoichi in training with a stab in the back! How can she evade and counter?

Ketsui

As the two Kiri-nin engaged in battle alongside Shuurai, he saw Yadokuna attempt to end the conflict before it escalates. a wise move, but she is only one person and he is a grown man. He looked as he saw the behemoth of a man tried to attack him. Luckily with the assistance of Shuurai, his Storm element sphere intercepted his attack man, saving him in the process. Even though is wasn't a direct hit, he still felt damage and therefore can be exploited. "Thanks Shuurai-kun. My turn now~!" Ketsui said with gratitude that a person he didn't know aided him when in a pinch. That's the essence of teamwork. He glanced to his right to see his senior and teammated get sent back by a kick from the Leader of the gang. "Senpai!" Ketsui shouted as he was trying to get her attention unbeknownst to her that Top was sneaking around and going to attempt to stab her from the back. He had no time to deal with that right now, she could handle herself after all.


As the enraged giant again tried to attack, Ketsui's eyes shifted and became more serious. The teenager would slightly push his legs back and leap as he placed his arms in a cross block formation as he absorbed most of the hit on his forearm. Due to the man's strength, the force did indeed send the young man back five feet as it was a formidable punch. As he was sent back Ketsui leaned back to absorb even more of the shock and fell. However to the untrained eye, it was a clean hit from a giant man, but to a shinobi, everything is planned to the letter. As he began to fall and his back his the ground, Ketsui would begin to weave the horse, hare and dog handseals as his body hit the dirt. The male would then use this backwards momentum to roll off the ground, the male would inhale a small pocket of air.

"Fuuton, Shinkuha!" he thought as he mixed the chakra with the air he inhaled along with the hand-seals to activated the jutsu. As he stood upright, Ketsui would run up towards the man as he moved his head from right to left as a small crescent shaped wind was aimed at Dumbell's leg's. With the Wind's nature to cut alongside the speed, made significant cuts and damages to the man's legs making him wince in pain and enough to make the big man kneel and would try to cover his wounds. As the man groaned, the genin turned his waist while lowering his body and center to the ground. He would then place his right palm as he would lift his whole body upward with his left leg extended to deliver a kick underneath the man's chin with his agility and speed. "Shofuu!"

Special: Takes the edge off of enemy Taijutsu attacks, taking damage as though the technique was one rank lower. Can only be performed on the ground.
Description: One of the first things a Tumbler has to learn: how to fall. Or, more accurately, how to fall without getting hurt. Light on their feet as they are, the user can reduce the impact of many Taijutsu techniques simply by leaping backwards at the last second. As a second part of this technique, the user contorts their body in air so they land without unnecessary injury. This technique has a few obvious limitations, namely an inability to thwart piercing force, Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. This technique is also ineffective at ranks higher than what is currently learned by the user.

Shinkūha (Vacuum Wave)

Type: Offensive / Fuuton Ninjutsu
Range: 10 + meters
Chakra: Low
Special: Wind blade can travel 10 meters, plus 10 more each time relearned. Also when re-trained the user can fire up to one more blade of wind allowing yet another target.
Description: After performing the requires seals the user takes a deep breath and spins while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that covers a substantial area; roughly 10 meters around the user, due to their circular motion. Each blade of wind is exhaled a fraction of a second after the other while turning The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to slice through multiple targets located a significant distance from the user, causing grievous injuries amongst those hit, which may even prove fatal. Fires a total of three blades of wind able to strike a total of three opponents.

Shoufuu (Rising Wind)
Rank: C
Type: Offensive / Taijutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Sends the victim or item flying up to 5 meters up in the air, plus 1 more each time retrained.
Description: Using their quickness and agility, the user will perform a highly swift upwards kick at their opponent or at a weapon they are wilding, sending either or flying in the air.
Domain: Goken.

As he listened to both Yadokuno and Shuurai summarize their abilities respectively, he took notes on how he can coordinate their talents in today's mission. With the new addition of Shuurai's newest installment of information, he was from the Sansutsomu clan. That's the name of the clan known for controlling attributes of the storm as well as possess a unique elemental release; Ranton. With a nod of confidence to the both of them, they were ready for action.

"Now then shall we add a team formation for the--" As Ketsui was about to speak, the hooligans decided to roam again in the town. How could he tell? By the screams of the townspeople and the loudness of the oafs themselves.

"Give us all of your food and money damnit!!" a man shouted standing at 6'0" wearing an unusual set of clothing. This of course looked like what the mission is going to be. He was surrounded by many of his lackeys. One was a blond man with a tuft of hair rising above his forehead. His attire was a yellow and brown styled kimono is a black cloth around his waist similar to a belt. He wore sunglasses over his eyes and carried a small knife. He was about 5'8" in height less intimidating as their boss.
The second lackey looked much bigger in comparison to the first goon. The second was a bald headed robust man with sunken eyes and is the most menacing member of the gang. He wears a drab looking beige shirt with brown pants. Clearly he was an "all brawn, no brains type" towering over him with a height of over 6' tall and with muscle to boot, he looked like the most challenging in terms of power.

The third however...looked off to say the least. A man with teardrop eyebrows who sports a large Afro haircut held up with the help of a purple headband. his attire was a black kimono with two white stripes going down. He was seen holding a chipped katana in his right hand over his shoulder. His height was at least 5'6".

The fourth one looked the most odd out of the group, on the right. He is a thin man wearing a short pink kimono decorated with hearts. His dark green hair is cut short except in the front where it is grown long and combed over his right eye with his left eye covered. His particular item he was carrying was on his back and it was unusual for anyone to have much less a thug. It was a large clock on his back...yes a clock. Maybe wasn't the combat type? Due to his frail appearance Ketsui couldn't see him as no more than a timekeeper. Why does he have the clock and what is it's purpose?

The Fifth, like the ring-leader and the bald one was big, tall and muscular. He stood at 5'11" his looks were unattractive as far was looks go. His dark brown hair is made in a cornrows hairstyle; he also sports a thin mustache. He has ring piercings through his left nostril and ear, linked together by a golden chain and wears eyeglasses. His attire bare chest with his pants were olive green with torn and tattered cuts around them and was barefoot.

"Eh!? I can't HEAR YOU! SPEAK UP BRAT!"
As he shouted, he grabbed an innocent boy selling fruit by the neck. The kid had to be no older than 10 years old and with his adult strength he can snap the boy's neck like a twig. The boy was gasping for air as he attempted to free himself the the brute's grip. Now's not the time to be standing around! The three ran to the stand to confront them.

As the three looked, they only saw six of the eight. Were they hiding somewhere to ambush them if they were to get tired or were they waiting to show themselves later? Thought upon thoughts raced in the genin's head as he alongside Shuurai and Yadokuna stood to face them.
" Let's move.." Ketsui said to the two, taking the initiative to rush to the boy's aid.
" Hey you lot, we're shinobi of the Hidden Mist and we are here to stop on harming these people and stealing from this town. I'll only ask this once, please fall back and not hurt the people and steal again." Ketsui said as he tried to address the "leader" in a form of a plea but with firm standing, not giving the slightest intimidation from the gang.

"What's this -- a bunch of brats! Don't fucking play with me! You are the ones the your precious village sent over to stop me and my boys!? HAHAHA!" the ring-leader laughed riotously followed by his subordinates.From his laughter, he let go of his grip on the kid and dropped him on the ground. "Hey Dumbell and Top you take on the pink haired pretty boy and the blue haired geek!" the leader said as he ordered the tall, bald man and the yellow spiked haired man as they squared up to face them. "Hey Boss, how long you think it'll take Dumbell and Top to take out the brats?" the male with the green hair said asking the leader as he unstrapped the massive clock from his back and swung it around him for him to see.

"Thirty seconds."

KIRIGAKURE-RYU KENJUTSU - 霧隠れ流 剣術

Kirigakure-ryu Hakugiri [Lit. White Mist]
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Low
Special: Allows the user to utilize the Mist, either created or natural to blend in and blend in to slash the enemy
Description: This move requires the use of mist to able to execute. The first technique used in Kirigakure-style swordsmanship, the user would take their sword in front of them with one hand, unsheathed as the user would make a handseal with the other hand. With the handseal, the user would close their eyes as they blend in with the mist. Can use this technique with Kiri Shiryoku to see their opponent. Whether to see or not, the user would perform Shunshin no Jutsu as soon as they hear the slightest movement from the enemy. A highly-trained user and assassin will benefit from this technique as it deals with sensory and silent kills. Once the user is in their range, then they will place their other hand onto the hilt of the sword as they perform a "X" slash motion to the foe's back or front, if positioned. This will not work in broad daylight.

Kirigakure-Ryu - Kiyo Enmu [Lit. Cleansing Mist]

Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Mid, High
Special: Able to spin and wash away incoming weapons such as shuriken, kunai other small projectile and even poison.
Description: A defensive technique in Kirigakure-ryu. When surrounded by water, the user would spin with their sword and by adding chakra to the sword, they will coat the water with the chakra and would make a small twister around the user and with each revolution adds more velocity and more stability in the defense. But by spinning, it will make the practitioner dizzy and disoriented. A skilled user can spin twice and erect the twister in mere seconds. When the twister is up, it will block normal shuriken, kunai and other projectiles. Skilled users can use this technique's defense to block larger weapons. The strength of the technique is equal to the water around them, their stamina level and chakra. The technique will slow to a stop as soon as the user stops spinning.

Kirigakure-Ryu - Mimeigiri [Lit. Early Dawn Mist]

Type: Offensive/ Kenjutsu
Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Low
Special: With the Mist surrounding the user, with skillful maneuverability and stealth, can deliver a lethal thrust stab to their enemy.
Description: A basic but fundamental move in Kirigakure-ryu. This technique must be done in cooperation with mist otherwise, the move would lose its specialty. When in the Mist with their opponent, the user would advance forward by using either Shunshin or another high-speed movement technique. Then with their sword forward, the user would perform a linear straight thrust to the opponent.

Kirigakure-Ryu - Mizu Kibagiri [Water Fang Slash]

Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Mid
Special: Creates a crescent-like slash of pressurized water with chakra with the slash of the sword able to cut other water constructs down the middle and some solids depending on the chakra used for the slash.
Description: An offensive technique from Kirigakure. With the sword unsheathed, the user would find any water on the ground or from a body of water and place the tip of the sword on it. Depending on the size of the water source, the effects will in fact vary. Then the user would channel their chakra into their blade to coat the blade. Then with either an upward or downward motion, the water would form into a crescent shaped projectile at the target fused with the person's chakra. Depending on the chakra used, it can cut clothes, flash, stone or non- elemental chakra jutsu. The minimum input of chakra and water balance used in the slash is 3 meters and 10 inches thick.
The maximum length and width is 10 meters high and 2 meters wide.

Kirigakure-Ryu - Shinotsukugiri [Lit. Pelting Mist]

Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Mid
Special: Gives the user an offensive and defensive attack in one by slashing around themselves.
Description: a hybrid technique of the kenjutsu style. This can be used without mist or without water. The user would run forward with their unsheathed sword in front of them. The the user would jump forward in a leap and would perform a series of four slashes around the user. This is ideal when dealing with multiple opponents or dealing with incoming projectiles.
Domain: Kirigakure-ryu, Kenjutsu

• Shinotsukugiri - Suijingetsu [Lit. Pelting Mist - Water Bladed Moon]
  Rank: A
  Type: Offensive, Defensive
  Range: Close
  Stamina/Chakra: High
  Special: Same as above. With the added bonus using the water fused chakra to create a whip to add more damage
  Description: A variant of the Original Shinotsukugiri. If the user is by water, they can channel their chakra into their blade and coat the water with the chakra and sharpen it. Then with the series of slashes, the chakra enhanced water would provide much more protection as a defense and would cut most substance and flesh but not to the degree of a fatal cut and may cause internal damage. Must learn Shinotsukugiri.

Kirigakure-Ryu - Futaegiri [Lit. Double Mist]

Type: Kenjutsu, Suiton, Offensive
Range: Close
Stamina/Chakra: Mid
Special: Sets up the enemy by using a Kiri Bunshin to attack in the user's stead, while the original is lying in the wait. Once the clone is dispersed, the Original can make a move.
Description: The requirements in this techniques are key. The user must have Mist around them, either natural or created and must know Kiri Bunshin no Jutsu. The user would create a clone within the mist. Being that it is significantly slower than the original, the user themselves must be very skilled otherwise the opponent will know when they fight, it'll be a dead give-away. Once created, the original will conceal themselves within the mist while clone fights the opponent. As soon as the enemy defeats the clone, the Kiri Bunshin would dissipate into mist as it was made of and cloud the users sight with a thick shroud of it. This will give the original a chance to attack. When the opponent leaves an opening, the user can perform a numerous set of attacks to finish their opponent.

While he was running, the male felt significantly warmer in this weather. He saw the young one jump off the a rooftop and stop to walked into the streets to the village. There he made an observation about him, he was very short. Perhaps he was vertically challenged in life? Ketsui thought to himself as Ketsui stopped from the third rooftop trying to 'tag' the other youth. He would be quitter and jump off the rooftop, what a bore. This lost his zeal for the challenge he put himself into. This was one of the pink haired teen's many quirks and one of the most ridiculous. As he stopped from his rooftop escapades, he heard many voices from the villagers, shinobi and not as they were going through their daily routine of life. This made Ketsui glad that he chosen the path of the shinobi -- for their random unpredictability in life. Among the people, a particular unique dressed individual walked among the crowd. His facial expressed looked disgusted as well as his mannerism and body language.


As the white haired boy landed, the former individual made a gesture of taking his hand from his pocket and pointed to the chibi sized shinobi with a twisted version of a smile. Ketsui looked down with yet another breeze swept past the street moving his hair and cooling the male's heightened temperature he worked up from running, though it wasn't a very long one. Ketsui placed his hands back in his pockets as the male with the twisted smile spoke.

"Uchiha, Xacarai…and who might you be?"
Ketsui felt like the person was off his rocker from the jump. He stood there from the rooftop to one be observant and two, to calm his heart-rate. He didn't want to fight today at all and he really didn't want to break up one if such an altercation were to go down. As the male now addressed as Xacarai spoke to the white hair boy, Ketsui tilted his head to the right as he waited for the chibi shinobi to respond and how..

The male replied by addressing his name as Yukina Kagami and retorted to Xacarai another question. Ketsui took this time to bend his knees again and jump forward off the rooftop to the street so many feet from the ground. Sure height in jumping and landing is an issue to a regular and non-shinobi, but for people like him, he was privileged by not having such concern as shinobi as agile and acrobatic. However, in his case Ketsui is a bit of uncoordinated. As he was about to land with his left leg forward, his footing was off and with the mist being visible gaseous water, it gave the ground more sheen and slickness. This made Ketsui fall forward on his face.

"Ow..damnit, that hurt.." as the male placed his arms in front of him to push himself off the ground and on his knees. He placed his left leg forward as he began to stand himself upright. His face however wasn't as gracious. The fall gave Ketsui a scape over his right eyebrow. This was a REALLY good way to start off an introduction. Bad enough that he was spying on them but to fall on his face on top of that, Ketsui had to feel embarrassed.
