Like moths drawn to a flame, more Nuke/Shinobi flocked on to the battlefield. With her infrared vision still active, not a single one escaped Yuhwa's notice and in tandem with her network -- which stretched 50 meters in every direction -- the only ones likely out of range of her detection was the four people fighting in the middle of the field whose distance she had judged completely wrong before and in fact, she was about twice the distance she stated early from them. Though her snakes could not detect them, normal vision allowed her to keep track of their movements. With everyone still unawares of her presence and most battles underway, it was the most opportune moment to strike.sword drawn and ready from twenty meters behind the group, fifteen to Ryu's right
Eins. The first to be targeted would be none other than Ip as he stood fifteen meters to the right of Ryu and well within range of Yuhwa's attacks. Simultaneously as his Kamaitachi is let loose would one of her snakes emerge from the ground not too far behind his feet -- silently and unknown to him. With such a massive tornado, it would be impossible for himself to realize what is going on around himself as he was the one who disrupted the majority of the silence around himself. In one quick fluid movement, the snake aimed at one of his legs hoping to sink in with its fangs and inject a deadly poison before retreating back underground. No more than a second and a half later would his body begin to feel the effects of the poison should he be bitten; his body taking on mini-seizures and intense vomiting. With no means to sense his surroundings or even know preemptively that snakes resided in the ground, escape would likely be impossible.
As for the effects of the Kamaitachi, the bladed wind would not even be able to touch a hair on Yuhwa thanks to her snakes. As snakes are able to sense the vibrations in the ground and air, she knew beforehand where the cutters were traveling. This allowed her to easily set up a defense by bringing forth 7 large anaconda-like snakes that would wrap around her and the branch she stood on like a dome. With their bodies made almost entirely of muscle, this was more than enough to fend off the light wind.Walking 5 meters to his left, a tree on his right that he leaned onto concealing himself from the people outside the pocket of land to his right, and another concealing him to the girl 5 meters to his left; a decent spot he decided.
Zwei. The second to come under attack from Yuhwa would be the Nuke Hop who had tried to conceal himself behind a tree. This target would be the easiest for Yuhwa's snakes to take down as he had blocked off most of his vision by hiding behind not one but two trees. like in the situation with Ip, a snake emerged completely silent from the ground behind him and let loose one quick bite and injecting its poison. He too, in a matter of moments, would fall under the effects of the poison and be removed from combat if he did not escape though this was unlikely. In tandem with not having known Yuhwa had laid out a 50 meter trap, the Kamaitachi let loose by Ip would be more than enough to distract Hop as the snake took action.I was concealed nicely in the forest brush. I doubt even my "friends noticed" me make an appearance on this side of the country.
I crouched in a ready position to leap and quickly did some hand signs
Drei. The third to go would be Ga-in as he too was in range of the snakes and was in the most prime position to be taken down. By crouching to the ground, he left the snakes a much larger target to strike as a majority of his body was near the ground. Simultaneously as Hop is attacked would the snake emerge from below and slightly behind Ga-in looking to sink its fangs into his body and like the others, inject its poison. Moving ever so silently but quickly, the chances of him not being bitten were low --probably more so than the others. Should he not be able to escape being bitten, he would also fall under the effects of the poison and be a defenseless target. Being in nearly the same position as Hop with the Kamaitachi being a distraction, most of his vision cut off by brush, and no knowledge of the hidden snakes; in all reason it was impossible to escape.
Should the three not be able to escape being bitten -- unlikely as the snakes moved with uncanny speed (6 meters per second) -- and fall under the effects of the poison, then 3 large anaconda-like snakes would emerge from behind all three Nuke and wrap itself around them. Constricting their body with great strength, the snakes would drag the three underground while squeezing the life out of them. Death would be inescapable.Nan-Kaizou (Way of the Snake - Soften Modification)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Supplementary / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu
Range: Self
Chakra/Stamina: Low
Special: By default, this jutsu allows the user to move one appendages (legs or arms) to stretch. With each rank earned, one more appendage can be stretched at the same time, as well as for longer distances. The head and torso can only be stretched once the user learn the ‘S’ ranked version of this jutsu. Limbs move at the speed of one meter per second.
D: 1 limb @ 10 meters
C: 2 limbs @ 20 meters
B: 3 limbs @ 30 meters
A: 4 limbs @ 40 meters
S: 4 limbs + Neck/Head @ 50 meters
Description: Nan Kaizou is one the most essential Kagehebi Nintaijutsu technique, as it allows a ninja to make their body extremely malleable, much like a snake. It was originally developed for spying activities, but perfected in the hands of the Kagehebi and their natural snake-infused blood. When used the clan member can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponents, spy on situations normally out of reach, and react much like a snake would. The only drawback is that while malleable, their bodies are highly susceptible to damage in this form as their bone structure is no longer ‘normal’.
Domain: Kagehebi.
Jatai no Daija (Body of the Snake - Limb Speed)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Passive / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu
Range: Self
Chakra/Stamina: --
Special: Determines the speed at which the clan member's limbs move, whether through regular stretching or through technique. Limb speed plus maximum stretching distance determines effectiveness of all clan techniques.
D: 2 meters per second
C: 4 meters per second
B: 6 meters per second
A: 8 meters per second
S: 10 meters per second
Description: Although the shooting speed of a clan member is somewhat set and basic at the start, as they begin to develop their powers and strength as Kagehebi, they are able to make their limb snapping speed quicker and stronger, until their snake-like essence makes them a blur, no longer recognizable by human eye.
Drawback: Kagehebi.
Jatai no Sasori (Body of the Snake - Venom Fangs)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Type: Supplementary / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu
Range: Self
Chakra/Stamina: High
Special: Adds a unique poison to all Kage Hebi related techniques and strikes. Highest rank known determines amount of time needed for bite to sustain before poisoning is successful. Poison comes from a unique snake venom, leaving struck victims to suffer a variety of effects based on its strength (highest rank known.) The only known antidote for this poison is literally the blood of a Kage Hebi being commingled with one's own - the blood of the one that inflicted the victim with the poison has a 90% chance of negating the effects of the poison; the blood of an immediate relative has a 50% chance; the blood of any Kage-Hebi has a 10% chance.
D: Dizziness; lack of focus [1 turn]
C: Nausea & diarrhea; uncontrollable twitching [3/4th's of turn]
B: Poor balance; minor hallucinations [Half of turn]
A: Intense vomiting; mini-seizures [1/4th of turn]
S: No balance; unresponsive limbs [Near-Instant]
Description: Snakes are one of the most venomous creatures of the animal kingdom, an important attribute for survival and dominance. In the case of the Kagehebi, this trait has not been overlooked. With intense training, the clan member can learn to produce a uniquely strong poison which can be added to their clan jutsu in order to leave their victims helpless.
Drawback: Kagehebi.
Senei Jashu (Hidden Shadow Snake Hands)
Rank: D - 1x
Type: Offensive / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu
Range: See special!
Chakra/Stamina: Low

Description: Senei Jashu is a signature Kagehebi Nintaijutsu technique which allows the clan member to manifest a bundle of quick-striking snakes that extend from the user’s sleeves. The Kagehebi extends his palm and shoots out snakes to attack a target, having them move at impressive speeds and strike with their fangs. Though basic, this variation has been known to subdue even the strongest of foes with a single snake bite.
Domain: Kagehebi. Nan-Kaizou 'D'.
Senei Ta-Jashu (Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands)
Rank: C - 1x
Type: Offensive / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu

Description: An advaced version of Senei Jashu, the Kagehebi now controls a massive amount of snakes at once in order to subdue their opponent. As before, once the user's hand is extended in the direction of their target, a torrent of snakes erupt from the sleeve and manifest onto the chosen target. Once extended the snakes can wrap around and bite into the target to hold and bind them.
Domain: Kagehebi. Nan-Kaizou 'C'. Must know Senei Jashu.
Jagei Jubaku (Snake Authority Spell)
Rank: B - 1x
Type: Offensive / Special Bloodline Technique / Nintaijutsu
Range: 0 - 50 meters
Chakra/Stamina: High
Special: Distance and strength of extending snakes depends on the user's understanding of the 'Way of the Snake'. Speed of snakes depends on the user's highest known rank of 'Jatai no Daija'. Initially 10 snakes come forth, with 1 more added for a maximum of 30 each time retrained.
Description: The final evolution within the Senei Jisha tree. Using their snake charming abilities, the Kagehebi can extend large snakes from their sleeves by way of the Senei Jashu, enveloping the target in a flurry of snakes which will coil around the them and bind of impact instantly. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve, and only a giant burst of chakra such as the Gates may break free of the snake's hold, which constricts onto the victim's skin as if the reptiles were comprised of pure iron; digging into the skin and biting, a most horrendous way to expire...
Domain: Kagehebi. Nan-Kaizou 'B'. Must know Senei Ta-Jashu.

Like many Kage-Hebi techniques, this ability is based off these snakes abilities to see heat and allowing the user to see in infrared. This helps in tracking targets in the dark or when they are hidden by non-transparent objects.
Domain: Kage-Hebi
Chi-Hebi (Earth Snake)

This technique is based off the snakes ability to tunnel by allowing either the user or their summoned snake companions to tunnel through the ground at high speeds. This ability is useful in pulling off attacks on an unsuspecting for or helping the user to escape dangerous situations.
Domain: Kage-Hebi
