Fortunately, the mission was more successful than Adiemus could've hoped, albeit they did run through trouble that was ultimately minor. With a grin beaming with success from his lips he headed back towards the village with a plethora of things on his mind. This was his first joint mission with his sister that they completed together. If anything despite her outbursts and over bubbly nature, there meant that she could actually turn into a useful shinobi at the end of the day.

"Hey Rent... You made me proud!" I exclaimed even though I wasn't someone to say such. The blessing would be brief before I sped off in the general direction of our gates. Hopefully my sister would understand that we were to rendezvous at the Raikage's tower.

There was nothing likable about this situation at all. Our role wasn't diminished, but if we decided to follow this rogue character then we would be forced to be at his whim. The choice was currently there own but it was rather strange of him to offer his services at no costs. The expectation of betrayal seized his mind and left him having the utmost hazard. According to my own vision, there was a pathway though I didn't leave my vision open to conceal him.

"Lead the way." I exclaimed, seeing that there was little I could do at the moment. It was either with his help that this journey would be tremendously speedy or it could take me even longer without it. Nonetheless, I could only hope that there wasn't any lies that he kept from us, though I certainly had the feeling that there was something he was hiding.

The words that he obviously relayed to me were something of a mystery and I found myself unable to cope with that of what he said. Our identities had been cleverly solved by him, but were they truly? Though he had indeed been an observant one in noticing my revered eyes, that truly amounted to nothing for me. If he was as knowledgeable as he lead us on to believe, then I can only assume that he was able to figure out that I didn't belong to the ill side branch of my brethren. The only indications here of a Main House Hyuga only led to Konohagakure no Sato - my origin. But such wasn't important in the order of things right now.

"Really now? I never took you for the type to help emissaries. But what is it that you want in return? Surely you won't be doing this without something in return."

My vision hovered around him, noticing his attire to tight to really conceal a large amount of weapons. Though the threat that he poured from his mouth next would incite the protective side of me. My lengthy fingers would curl in anticipation and silent revenge. "Rent." I murmured knowing she understood what I desired her to do. My only wish was for this stranger to get to the point. For this idle chatter was beginning to bore me and this surely wasn't the only way to reach our goal.

I continued down the path that created more of a wretched fog. Yet even in this shroud, I possessed some sort of guidance. The trail itself felt endless, try as I might there weren't any foreign vessels of chakra other than my sister and myself for the longest. Her constant chatter kept me alert to her status and with that I was respectively able to become stress free.

"Keep your trap moving Ren."


Though our voyage felt rather lengthy, my godlike eyes would see a taint of chakra from afar. The mist could continue to play games with any normal shinobi's sight but I wouldn't succumb to such a threat. I'd make no true mention of it and continue to move with Rent behind me, my decision being that it was best not to warn her of the looming neutral. Even I was unsure of whether he was a threat or not, though by his attire I inferred that he was a being of unmistakable wretchedness. But once the malice of his words reached my ears I would stop and turn my attention towards him, a single palm outstretched behind me momentarily at Rentsuki. The man stood forty meters away from me directly to the north and Rentsuki would be idly behind me ten meters.


"And who might you be and why do you hinder our travels stranger?" My voice remained ever so calm and my byakugan instinctively fixed upon his chakra and body through the mist.

The mist that surveyed the land was visibly endless, even my doujutsu couldn't fathom the true range of it all. It was the element of the water country being openly displayed, just like the bolts of thunder that constantly rained down in my own lands. But unfortunately, these lands were foreign to myself and my sister. Nonetheless, progress had to be made if we wanted to further the knowledge of Kumogakure.

"So far, so good Ren." I reassured her, wondering if she was as sensitive as I was at the moment. Just then, a dense forest had been caught by the edge of my expansive vision. It was a change of scenery from the drums of machinery and human filled docks. I peered around for any other way that I could go that would allow me to take an alternate route, but none existed. Only a single trail that led into the forest was viewable and left us with no option other than to pursue it.

"Keep your guard up Ren and let me do the talking if any is necessary." Hopefully she would agree and let me be the vessel of communication for us both. But then again, blabber mouth sister is blabber mouth.
