Finally awakening his body was stiff and virtually impossible to move. He looked up into the air and just watched as the clouds floated by. He was jealous of their movements. They seem weightless, where he felt like he was being crushed under a 2 ton boulder. All Kyo wanted to do was get back up and train, but to get stronger his body would have to rest. His muscle would come back stronger than it had been before and then he might be even better at his technique. He continued to just watch what entertainment he could fine in the sky, since he could not do much else.

He noticed a bird that started to circle around his body as if it were a corpse. HE was beginning to feel unsettled since he could not really defend himself if it came in repeatedly peeking at his face. It began to fly away however that was not the end of his bird trouble. A feather had fallen from the sky. It had entertained him to watch as the wind tossed it around. It spun in circles and really was mesmerizing to observe as past the last foot in front of his face. It landed ever so lightly, in between his eyes. He tried to blow up at it to move it away, but after each puff the feather just fell back into position. As if someone were playing a game with him.

He was getting annoyed, the calmness he had from watching the sky was turning into rage. He began to struggle until his body would finally give in. He managed to lift his one shoulder off the ground, and it was a domino effect from there on. Slowly he managed to roll over and then push himself up like a lush up. He took it in steps, first getting to his knees and then to a full up right position. He was still slouched over, because his body wanted to go right back down but he would not have it. A smirk came over his face after his accomplishment, then suddenly disappeared as a gust of wind almost knocked him over. It wasn’t a real battle; however Kyo was seeing all of this as his first real battle, one against the elements, and one against himself. He was going to relax longer, but he was going to get the technique bby the end of the day.

Considering the state his body was in, one completion of the technique would be as if his body had done the technique twice, one directly after the other. He continued to convince himself just one time and then a long break would be taken. He needed to prove his major skill was in taijutsu. He walked slowly marking out how his legs were traveling and seeing what it was like to move after, what seemed like an eternity of being passed out. He began to pick it up again, until his body was feeling looser. He did some dynamic stretching, where he used his own movements to stretch out his muscles. Hw took a few deep breaths and focused on a tree. Quickly he took two steps and then in like the blink of an eye he was confronted with the tree. He was ready to collapse but used the tree as a crutch. He was happy with himself; he sat down with a smile on his face, and again watched the clouds go by.

The run started off light. His pace was one that made him need to breathe heavily, but it was not one that was pushing his abilities. It was really a post warm-up, warm-up, because his body would not be able to handle going directly into the strain of the technique, possible multiple times if he did not properly prepare.

He started off the run without any real direction. His focus soon changed, and Kyo’s run changed direction to explore the town. He had been in the village for some time now, but did not really know anything about where his new home might end up being. As he got closer to the main part of the village, he noticed mostly residential homes. Many people were outside maintaining the basic needs of a home; like gardening, or repainting simple things around a home. He enjoyed seeing the simple life, and how people in the village were so friendly to say hello to him.

Around the time he reached the major buildings, sweat had consumed his shirt and shorts. He was happy he had left most of his belongings back at his training site. He needed to make good use of his new technique (Hitsugi no Jutsu (Descending Earth Coffin Technique)). He needed something to put in it, so all of the things that were unnecessary for his run were left there; such as his ninja tools, and jacket. This little thought back gave him an extra push to run a little more, but Kyo could feel his legs starting to tighten up and just wanting to quit from moving, He managed to stop in front of the Tsuchikage’s office tower.

The tower stood tall above him and he just wondered what it would be like to be a full stone ninja. He looked around for other major buildings, seeing the hospital, the tsuchikage’s stronghold, and the specialized dispatch post, where missions were assigned. It had been a long time since he had been on a genuine mission, but there was no way an outside would be able to do a village mission. This run was more than just training to Kyo, it was a chance to learn the layout of the town, and a chance to enjoy its beauty. More importantly, a convincing reason to possible head over to the kage and request to join the village. However it would not be until after his training was complete. The image of his blood returned to his eyes, and he set off on his run again. He disregarded the feelings in his legs and picked up his pace to make it back to his training grounds under the bridge.

Kyo had noticed the sun had traveled far across the sky now. His muscles were getting tired now, but he needed to complete this before night fall, it was his most current goal, although never forgetting his long term goals, something he would keep secret to others but work forward to until completion. With these thoughts he got back up to gain more power, and just as he had started that meant practice.

He stepped back to the center of where he had wanted his coffin. Again Kyo imagined the outline of the coffin he had wished to create. He formed the box however this time keeping it fully underground. He had virtually unlimited space under the earth to create whatever it was he wanted. Thus he compressed dirt right under his feet, effectively forming what would become the cover to the coffin. Continuing he made a box, just smaller than the cover of the coffin. Starting right at his feet, he used his chakra to go down a foot, and then force the soil, down and out. The downwards compression formed the floor, and the outwards compression made the walls. All together the coffin was made.

Kyo continued to hold the one handseal he had needed to construct the coffin. After he felt it had been made properly he stepped off of his work zone. Creating like a Knife with his chakra he split the coffin topper and opened it like a set of double doors; each opening up to rest on the banks of the river underneath the bridge. This was his model coffin. He burned the image into his mind, so that in a time of crisis, this is the image he would call upon to construct the technique. Give the dimensions might change; this is what he had wanted. He had nothing to seal in it right now but he closed the coffin to possible come back to at another time.

Kyo had more that he had wished to practice. He wanted to be able to form the coffin from a distance, not necessarily having to stand on the location he had it. In addition he wanted to be able to cut the time spent forming the coffin. He spent the rest of the day, working on these goals. He began by forming the coffin directly at the tip of his toes. Each time the coffin was made he moved the next coffin 2 feet away and repeated the process. He event attempted to create the coffin behind him completely, without looking after he had a considerable control over his movements. Kyo continued to cut the time it took, simply by the amount of times he practiced the technique. He could do it in his sleep being it felt so basic to him now. The image was in his mind, and now even becoming muscle memory.

Kyo had felt an extra boost in his training having begun to actually harness his abilities. He was determined to work up his abilities to as close as he could to his clan techniques. He had focused on His clan techniques for far too long, his ninjutsu had to take over now. Wasting no time he prepared himself for another technique. He thought to himself…

“Ok so I’m able to shake the earth. What other ways can I manipulate the land with my chakra?” He remembered as a child and he would go for a relaxing day on the beach; he would always want to create something beautiful like a sand castle. Of course being a little kid, nothing ever turned out the way he imagined it and his magnificent castle would turn into a depressingly deep hole. Then surprisingly the first thing he decided on was to make a big hole in the ground.

However he knew just an ordinary hole wouldn’t do. There would be no point to it just as there had been no point to him digging a hole on the beach. Kyo contemplated different uses for holes, and he decided on one very logical reasons to make a hole; to burry something. He could hide secrets, or items, and he even began to think of how even in graveyards people are buried. He had a verity of reasons to make this a possible technique. Now all he needed to do was find a way.

He knew most importantly was to gather chakra, in his hands. He performed a several hand seal until he found himself satisfied. He focused his mind to think exactly what he wanted to see happen in the ground. He wanted to use the chakra like a knife, splitting the ground and separating it to for a 3ftx6ft box. This was relating back to the graveyard idea and need to burry people. He figured any secrets he would have to hide would be smaller than a person, so why not start with the largest thing to burry?

As he proceeded to bring his hands to the ground, the earth had already begun to separate. He was shocking himself because that was clearly not what he expected. To open the ground he simply had to think it, and by thinking hard enough, chakra from his feet followed through to complete his intentions. With being able to focus on what he wanted to do opening a ditch in the ground just seemed like nothing. However he realized once he stopped it had caved in on itself. There was going to be more to this than he had thought.

He calmed himself down; feeling anger was not the best way to receive benefits. He took the time to stare at the clouds and absorb the serenity of nature. Once he felt he had found himself again he preformed some handseals; nothing to specific just something to gain some special chakra to coat his hands in. He started off slowly going from one hand to the other. Gradually he began to form a beat. This beat made sure he was constantly hitting the ground at the same rate and making the earthquake to form constant.

Then progressively Kyo began to pick up the pace. In doing so the ground began to shake more violently, but it still wasn’t anything special. In fact a squirrel proceeded to run in front of him without any signs of struggling. He needed a break though from how much chakra he was putting into the training. He had to think of something better to do. The earthquake had to be quick, and effective. He could no longer take his time to build up to a quake that didn’t even affect an opponent. It drained too much time and energy. He then noticed the squirrel again. He say how it used all of its legs to scurry across the ground. Kyo had made a connection; why not use all of his limbs to do what he needed to do?

He rested a little longer before he took another attempt. He also lowered the area that he wanted to effect. This way he wouldn’t waste energy on just a practice move. He figured a 2 meter diameter around him was more then sufficient. He got down on all four limbs and began pounding. At first it was confusing to coordinate all his movements to be in time, and this lead to no movement in the earth. He needed to work this out before he went any further. So without the use of any chakra he tried to perfect his movements.

He got down into a squatting position. He took a deep breath and took a small hop, similar to that of a frog. This first jump would use the all the energy of his body weight into the ground to initiate the earthquake. Upon landing he began to kick his legs up. With this movement he planned to use the more powerful limbs to sustain the first part of the quake, and really get the ground moving. Of course nothing was really happening yet, but this was the thought process flowing through Kyo’s mind. Finally he added in his hands, in a rhythmic pattern. This would give him ultimate control and coordination over the technique. However there was one problem. He couldn’t keep his balance once his hands were added in; something about not having any limbs on the ground threw him off beat.

To fix this he kept one foot planted, while both hands and the other leg pounded away at the ground. This seemed to work for a while, and it made it to a final test run, before he could be truly happy with the technique. So immediately he gathered a great deal of chakra, and coated his entire palm on both hands, and the soles of his right foot; the main points of contact with the earth. He then began his movements, the leap, into stomping into a controlled rhythmic pounding. He watched as the ground around him was shaking and the rocks were tumbling, but it wasn’t good enough. He wanted more power, and more destruction.

uh and i just noticed that i have more money than i had earned? i started with 11000 being a transfer character from refer a friend, and now i have 21000, i'm not complaining but i don't wanna get in trouble for keeping it...
