The first thing which he noticed which seemed a bit out of place was a single person. At first, the male who began to stride out of the resedential area looked a bit out-of-place. He was obviously Jounin level or higher, but held a much more intricate design on his clothing. This led Shouta to allow his mind to dwadle for a moment, remembering one of the more recent times he had saw the Hokage..
"Oh!" A single ajar hair flew out of the way as Shouta remembered who the man was, a single hand bobbing into the air, masked by a brown leather glove. "Hokage-sama! Over here!" The words echoed out across the courtyard, causing some distraught looks from some of the staff, a few of the Shinobi bowing low in respect to the Hokage, some even whispering to their dear friends.
I just hope he can see me.. Hm, I must not be all that visible..
Late afternoon, Konohagakure No Sato, Hokage's office.
It was a surprise to most people to be called to the Hokage's office with no notice on what was going to happen. Now, it wasn't unusual to see a Hokage, per-se, but on a eye-to-eye basis, and not a mission standard? You had to be quite high priority to get such treatment, and on that note, it probably wasn't good.
It was what awoke him early this morning. Footsteps had awoken him from sleeping on his couch, and when he was about to expect a knock at the door, he heard a silent 'ssshhh' of paper being jammed under the door. Not thinking much of it, Shouta had gone back to sleep without much of a care, waking up three hours later (approx 15:24) to get the paper, only to see that it was a notice that he had a meeting with the Hokage, and in thirty minutes ontop of that.
For a lack of words, Shouta rushed to get a shower in under ten minutes (a mighty feat for him, mind you) then get dressed, combed and out the door. Albiet surprised, Shouta barely made it in on time, only a half-minute late. Leaving him with one thing on his mind:

Raikyuu (Lightning Ball) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Handseals: Yes Chakra: Mid Special: Travels in a straight line and cannot be altered once shot. Ball's size measure half a meter diameter, and grows by another half each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Speed of ball's delivery, as well as the range it can cover depends on the user's 'Karai Shin'. Being struck by this results in the area in question being paralyzed for half a turn - a hit to the head affects the whole body. Paralysis effects do not stack once victim is struck. Description: A very simple and effective Raiton technique known throughout, the user either takes twin weaponry or their own appendages, focuses their chakra into their center, and forms a ball of pure lightning. This newly formed threat can either be smashed into an opponent’s face, or tossed from a nearby distance. Repetitive exposure to the shocking has been known to leave its victims stunned. Sutangan no Jutsu (Limb Stunning Technique) Rank: C Type: Offensive / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: Touch Handseals: Yes Chakra: Mid Special: If used on a person’s head, they will be knocked out for a single post. Limbs are usually numbed for a whole turn. Stunning effect cannot be stacked. Due to the amount of shock suffered by the user's limb during the transference of energy, this can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Description: The electric influence that exists over the human body and its muscles allows one to control the later through unconventional methods, including through the means of chakra. After charging a small electric shock in the user’s hands, one can approach their victim and place the charged hand onto a limb or muscle on their body, unleashing the pent up shock and rendering the aforementioned target useless for the rest of the turn. Although simple, it’s highly effective when the user is faster than the victim, and can outmaneuver them as they strike. Also highly effective for keeping captives in place! Domain: Raiton. Kairo Rangu (Electric Circuit: Lung) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu / Offensive Range: See special! Handseals: Yes Chakra: High Special: Range of blast is determined by the user's higest 'Karai Shin' range. Requires a full post of gather chakra while the user is motionless, followed by a brief sequence of hand seals in preparation for the technique. The user is shocked enough to cause minor burns along their flesh. Leaves its victims paralyzed for half a post, and blind for a full post. Description: Following a post of gathering chakra and forming the necessary hand seals, the user omits a burst of uncontrolled electric energy in a radius of 'x' meters. This technique can affect either friend or foe, as it cares only for leaving everything in its wake frozen in place and without a notion of sight. Domain: Raiton. Karai Shin 'B'.
Matoudai Zeusu (Strike of Zeus) Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Handseals: Yes. Chakra: Mid Special: Distance bolt can travel and speed at which it is propelled depends on the user's highest 'Karai Shin'. The bolt is about as long as a regular katana, and glows an intense deep blue. Each time retrained, the user can stack extra 'C' ranked shocking damage. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Description: Named after the fabled imaginary leader of the sky and thunder, this technique allows the user to feel like Zeus himself as they summon a tight bolt of electricity in their hand, similar to a javelin, so that they could throw it with appeasing accuracy. The bolt will move through the sky faster than most projectiles, and carries deadly accuracy in the right hands. Upon making contact with the target, it immediately bursts into a vertical cylinder storm that surrounds the victim and delivers a plethora of constant shock damage. Domain: Raiton. Karai Shin 'C'.
Eikoudan! (Thunder Style – Light Up the Sky!) Rank: C Type: Supplementary / Raiton Ninjutsu Range: See special! Handseals: Yes. Chakra: Mid Special: Distance flash-ball may travel upwards and blind depends on the user's 'Karai Shin' range. Blinding affects anyone whose vision comes in contact within flash (as long as their within range), and lasts up to half a second, plus another half each time retrained. However, after every fourth retraining, the consumption will go up by one. Description: After performing the correct handseals, the user opens their mouth and spits out a small glowing blue ball into the sky. It consists of highly compressed raiton energy, packed tightly during the technique’s preparation. Once it reaches the skies, it goes off in a brilliant blast, blinding all flying within the area blind for a short period. Excellent for when the raiton user is outnumbered or simply surprised by aerial assailants, and has no way to fend them off when escape is necessary. Domain: Raiton. Karai Shin 'C'.

[li]Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) Rank: E Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu Range: 0 - 5 meters Handseals: No Chakra: Very Low Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects that range from equal in size to as small as half their size. Cannot switch with other living people or animals. Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log) the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Domain: Academy Ninjutsu.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? What makes it so versatile and universal is the fact the Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos out of simple, easily accessible items.

[li] Chaotic neutral characters follow their whims. They are individualists first and last. They value their own liberty but do not strive to protect the freedom of others. They avoid authority, resent restrictions, and challenge traditions. Chaotic neutral characters don't intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, they would have to be motivated either by good (a desire to help people) or by evil (a desire to hurt people).
Physical: Shouta's build, along most other things, is an athlete's build. His past life wasn't too nice on him, being that he grew up in the shadow of a father who wasn't home, and a brother who was a jounin, so he grew tireless of being a 'wimp', as one would say. Building his muscle since he was a child, whether it was through running, throwing rocks, or even weight-lifting, Shouta has grown to a good and healthy athlete's build.
Apparel: Albiet disconnected from the idea of 'style'; Shouta wears what he can, or what he finds. Being a bit pessimestic about spending Ryo, his clothing is usually a tanktop, and on special occasions, a black over-shirt. His pants are basic and easy to move in, made from a thick cloth variant, and hold similarities to jogging pants. His footwear is a set of thick-souled leather boots. Among the last part of his set though, he wears Konohagakure well-known Ninja headband on his right arm, just below his shoulder.
I know I know, I said I'd be active and stuff to you guys waaay back in April, but shit got in the way, and I ended up completely forfeiting the computer, and when I came back, I had to roleplay elsewhere (first icon in the Affilates, if you would) and I couldn't hop on. But now that my roleplay train has halted, I came back to see plot has arisen (more so then usual)!
Well, first, this will be an introduction and a apology!
I am Banshi, I am 14 years of age and I am going to major in Graphic Design or Mechanics (hopefully). I've been roleplaying since I was seven, albiet outside with sticks and rocks, but I soon went on to do DnD, then computer stuff. I'm good with literature and I love any fantasy novels that I can come by, manga coming in close second.

The unfamiliar presence of some one else put Shouta on edge; even if it was only a little bit. Continuing his rather lazy walk he forced himself to focus on his stride, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, the almost awkward stillness between the two shinobi was awkward, the streets, which had been filled with many people only a few hours ago where scarse, the only two which walked the path to the ramenshop was Shouta and this unknown male.
Being unanxious wasn't one of Shouta's good points, getting rather annoyed the boy moved a hand forward and unzipped his travel-kit which was placed directly where his pants zipper should be. Now, to the unknown male this should just seem like the grumpy teen was zipping up his pants, or something more delicate which shouldn't be mentioned, but in reality, the male was lifting out his trusty kunai and imbuing it with one of the more basic ninja moves, commonly referred to as; 'Hein', or 'Flying Swallow'. Although, the move was a basic one, made to increase the blade-length, or add one, to any normal weapon, but this had a twist, thanks to his 'raiton' type element, the blade itself started to spark, emanating a low blue glow, also giving off the very slightly chidordi-esque chirping sound. The male wouldn't have time to ponder that though, for Shouta swung around, the dirt grinding underneath his sandal and going up in a large gust of dust, in the same time as the twisting motion, he released the kunai, the electrical current boosting its inital speed, for the throw itself was a weak one, that of a non stretched-out ninja, but still enough. The throw itself was pinpoint and sharp, aiming to slam into his upper shoulder, it could easily be dodged though, for it isn't in the larger part of his vicinity.
The only still thought which was running through Shouta's head was twisted. Right now, they where in a similar peace-in-time as it was before the third great ninja war, every person who took a step was walking on a very fragile fabric, that of brittle grass over a pit of death, and Shouta, wrongly assuming of course, thought that this shinobi was being a sneaky little man, aiming to poison him.
Okay, he was cranky from waking up to a disturbed house, so fucking what?
Regardless, he reached forward once more to remove his trusty 'hand knife', hooking it into his hand and taking a defencive step backwards, grinding his shoe deeply into the earth below, glaring harshly at the man, "You have my attention." The red-head muttered crossly, twisting his hand into a ball and glaring forward.
.. Raaaameeennn~ the swelling aptitude of his empty stomach hit Shouta like a brick in the face, the subconscious thought of ramen seemed to bombard his thoughts, pushing out any ideas of training, fighting or even shop-lifting. Now this; was not a good thing, for this left him with little-to-no energy to drag himself out of his bed, which right now, was being bombarded by the early morning sun, curling through his unusually thick curtains. Drifting slowly back into a dull sleep, the early morning waded past, slowly encumbering to a brighter part of the day, the very time slowly switching into the better part of '9' am.
Now, Shouta hadn't slept in like this in years, and was unfamiliar by the amount of light which swamped his room like a broken dam, leaving him vulnerable to the harsh sunlight which seemed to eat away at his very strength, leaving him fatigued the moment he peeked out of one eye.
Opening both of his shut eyes completely his mouth twisted into a frown, his curtains, which had been tightly shut, where now open completely, his window also opened a crack to let in some rather soft and mellow air. Letting out a perplexed yawn, the teen stretched out his arms in distaste, both hands curling into balls as he shoved the sheets out from over him with a few kick-like movements.
"No wonder I slept in for so long~, it's so calm around here." The male let out a low snicker, rolling his shoulders and twisting sideways, stretching out his legs to gently place them down atop the hardwood floor, his bare feet wiggling gently as they accustomed to the slightly-dramatic change in temperature.
Stumbling to his bedroom door he grasped ahold of the copper knob, twisting rather harshly and pushing the door free, unaware of the sudden change in weight which would turn out to be his downfall, Shouta fell forward, the door which was now open showed a clear-cut path for the floor, the two steps below him becoming nothing more then a detail on the ground as the fell forward, bare feet slipping on the ground, forcing him to fall forward and downwards, causing him to go into a veered stumble, soon meeting the floor of the hallway face-first, his face slamming harshly against the ground, his own body twisting to meet the pressure of the floor, causing a bit less of damage; but still gaining enough to ruin his morning.
A stiffled groan left his lips as he slowly pressed his palms to the oak floor beneath him, slowly pressing his strength into his shoulders and allowing him to haul himself upwards, gaining a rather unstable laying-position. A few moments passed after he pushed himself up, the stinging on the bridge of his nose was intoxicating, the very pain which he felt was over exaggerated, enough to make some one shit confused on why exactly they felt like this.
Clenching his hands he watched as the pain came to a standstill for a moment, a single drop of crimson slipping from his face and dropping to the floor, leaving a small puddle of pure-red blood. "Perfect." The male remarked sourly, slowly climbing to his feet to watch the shift in weight push out more blood, spilling to the floor and creating a larger puddle, his visage barely visible in the crimson colored puddle.
Drawing out another breath, he pushed himself to his feet, slowly stumbling away from the puddle to inspect the damage which had been done, noting that there wasn't any real damage other then the fact that his nose was bleeding, no bending, no nothing.
Letting out a shuddered breath he slowly placed two fingers to the bridge of his nose, slowly pinching and inflicting minor pain, but he ignored it, the blood stopped soon after, leaving him enough time to wipe away the excess blood and move on with his day, dressing himself in a basic set of shinobi clothing and leaving the house behind, stepping out into the high morning sun and outwards to the nearest shop, Ichiraku Ramen.
