Thunder: I'm still not sure about the system with this. I think it's delving too much down the path of masteries with the whole reduction of time to perform the jutsu determined by total experience. Why can't it just be the same across all standards haha? Other than that it seems to be fine.

Sword: Alright well Suiton would not necessarily cancel out the technique. I was just stating that some elements do in fact affect Raiton. Suiton could even be used to boost the damage of the sword. Six daggers still seems to be too much as there are only 4 gaps between fingers in each hand. I suppose if you still wanted to go through with this 4 would have to be the maximum created in your hand at one time. Also I think you might have to bring it back to 1 polearm being created. Standard polearms require two hands to use simply due to their weight and size, however your lightning ones wont have the same weight bearing on the caster. This means that you probably could wield two polearms at the same time, however it makes it rather overpowered in comparison to other weapons. The fact that you're able to jump around with these two long ass weapons with no bearing weight on your body means that you'd have a large advantage over an opponent. I just think it would be better if you could only create one big weapon 8)

Archery: One bolt for every 5 exp devoted to Raiton? No way! Just remove the entire part about being able to produce any number you want. As long as it's stated that each bolt costs 1 low to create it should be fine. Also bring back the range of the arrow. 40 metres is a little too much as this is simply a c-ranked technique. Somewhere around 15-20 metres is more appropriate.

Different stages of archery: I think you'll have to just scrap these all together. We used to work like this on the site where a technique's ability could be increased with retraining and 'mastering' the technique over and over. Unfortunately that system was removed and due to these techniques mimicking that whole sort of thing, I don't think they'll fly here 8(

Fist: I see this mirroring the Raikage's lightning armour technique a lot, just on a weaker scale. We'll just have to see what the other moderators think of it.
