They laughed. Akuseru cried. An unfortunately reoccurring theme for team Akuseru. The Genin rolled onto his back as he began to psyche himself up for another attempt. Before he could even recover physically, he felt the soles of Aneun's shoes against his gut as the Uchiha stepped over him to get to the balcony. Akuseru's eyes popped out of their sockets as he doubled over, cursing his teammate underneath his breathe.

"B-bastard!" He mumbled while pushing himself onto his feet. Akuseru was momentarily distracted by Jack who had appeared to have been mildly successful with the technique. I see—so the secret is to paddle like a dog?!" With this new revelation, the boy had begun to form the same string of handseals. As he approached the balcony, Akuseru would thrust both his arms out at Aneun, who had been preoccupied with targeting Jack, shoving him over the ledge. The unintended side effect of this act of revenge would cause Aneun to float in a way that was similar to Akuseru and Jack. Apparently the technique could effect others as well.

Like a balloon? Maybe if Akuseru was made of rubber he could blow himself up to be like a balloon, but such ridiculous thoughts had been put aside as the boy realized he was getting the hang of this technique. Aneun had better pray he did, for his ability to function in mid-air depended on Akuseru's own success.

As Akuseru floated through the air, his eyes caught a plume of smoke fading away where the scrolls were located. Shit, they disappear?! All those techniques they could have learned had been wasted. A trembling finger pointed towards where the scrolls once were, "Let's not tell the Hokage about the scrolls we found. . ." Imagining the Hokage's reaction if they found out they had gotten rid a scroll filled with Iwagakure's secrets to learn a single technique sent a shiver down the boy's spine.

"Yeah, its time to head back to Konoha." Akuseru slowly floated back to their room, having realized that any more time they spent away was going to increase their chance of screwing this mission up. With a solid understanding of how the technique functioned, Akuseru intended on spending more time mastering Iwa's secret art in the near future.

[Hecatus]

Senbon flying directly past his outstretched arm while gliding through the air, Jack turned with a vehement look of dissatisfaction that was directed at Anuen. ”You bitch!” This single exclamation quickly followed with a thankful wave given to his fellow shinobi that had unwittingly skewed the aimed shot while sentencing the perpetrator to undergo the same effects. Not typically one to hold a grudge, the Chuunin instead continued to float about to get the hang of things while his companions horsed around.

His eyes widened however with alarm at the horror that appeared in Akuseru’s eyes. Following that trembling finger back to their hotel suite, he’d witness the tail end of the scroll dissipating into oblivion. “What fuck? They disappear? Anuen! I thought you said it wasn’t booby trapped! Who even does that?...” It felt strange that the scrolls had been rigged to self-destruct after use rather than prior to use to prevent foreign eyes from obtaining their secrets. That said, this was the only thought process that came to the man’s mind since it was clearly asinine for them dissipate post-use. After all, he had never seen scrolls do so before, granted his access to village secrets was also very limited if not non-existent.

“Uhh… what scrolls? We never had any.” Following suit with his team leader, Jack immediately forgot about the scroll’s existence. Drifting slowly back to the balcony from before, he’d reenter the room with a nod affirming Akuseru’s call to return back to the village. “Let’s shove the body back into the piñata and bring it back for Asato to crack open.” Urging his companions to reconceal the former Tsuchikage’s corpse, he’d do a quick sweep of the premise. Assuming nothing of importance had been left behind, he’d proceed downstairs to check out of their adjoined rooms before heading back to the village.

"WAAAAAAAAAAH!" The sudden force against his back and a newfound resistance to gravity had scared the crap out of Aneun as he began to float about randomly due to Akuseru's initial push. While it was not an entirely unfamiliar feeling, the suddenness of the fact made him react slower than he normally would. Taking a moment to calm his nerves, he noticed he had floated a bit farther than he would have liked from their hotel room. By shifting his weight in one large push, he would luckily alter his course. He soon noticed himself heading back to the room whilst spinning like a pinwheel.

"Oops. Not my fault." He replied to his teammates noting of the scroll vanishing mysteriously. He too, had never heard of a scroll dissipating after being read but he was not the purveyor of all knowledge. Disappearing scrolls were not the strangest thing he'd seen -- the dead body of a six armed Kage in their room being proof of that fact. "I mean, what scrolls? I have no idea what you are talking about." Just as Jack had done, Aneun also forget the existence of any scrolls immediately and mark this strange situation as a phreak phenomenon. How else would he be able to explain three ninja floating about outside a hotel room to any wandering eyes. Crossing his legs and placing both arms into his lap, he'd continue to float toward the room.

"Yes. Let us head back. . . right after I learn how to save myself." Tired of his dizzying return, he began to shift his weight randomly and somehow managed to stabilize himself albeit horizontally. Knowing not what to do, he'd begin to move his arms and legs as if swimming; an action that somehow proved useful as he quickly found himself on the balcony once again. While the effects had not fully dissipated, they had weakened allowing him to essentially space walk into the room and back to his own to collect his belongings.

"Not it." A comment directed at the notion of having to carry the body whilst in a ridiculous container. "Would it have been so strange for three men to be transporting a body in a coffin?" He thought to himself rather perplexed as he left the room and began the trip back to Konoha.

With everyone ready to go, Akuseru made sure to place all of the Tsuchikage's belongings back where they had been found on her person. The Hokage was unlikely to share Team Akuseru's enthusiasm when it came to looting and distributing the corpse's inventory. It would probably be more suspicious if they had returned to corpse with all of its belongings, considering the number of headbands, ryo, and forbidden scrolls she had on her! A simple nod and a smug grin was all that accompanied Akuseru's attempt at rationalizing their mischief.

"ALRIGHT! TO KONOHA!" Akuseru shouted as he lifted the piñata into the air. His excitement got the better of him and he had slammed the piñata into the ceiling, causing the shell carrying the Tsuchikage to get stuck. "Sh-shit. . ." Akuseru quickly pulled the Tsuchikage stuffed bear out and whistled to himself as if nothing had happened.

When they had left the resort and were headed back to Konoha, Akuseru had realized he almost missed out on a daily ritual of his. Throwing his head back and wearing a cocky expression on his face, Akuseru spoke to his Chuunin ranked teammates.

"Daily reminder that your team leader is a Genin."
