OTM's!!! [July]

OTM's stand for 'Of the Month', and is a tradition created to honor select few players across the board which continuously strive hard to not only better themselves, but those of their nakama around them! From busy staffers to members Role-Playing their best non-stop, the idea of holding monthly OTM's is to give Players a sense of pride and important in their story. Remember - it is not just text if someone reads and loves it!

So how do you vote!? Easy! Just POST here with your choice for each OTM and a brief example/explanation as to WHY you chose them! The twist? You must include some form of linked example that exemplifies why the person you voted for deserves to win - the more the merrier! Unlike last time where we had double voting and finalists, now we just choose a winner based on nominations, and have added more categories in order to broaden the contest.

I'll run nominations for a week and choose a winner on the 8th day; from now on, we'll be starting OTM's later in the month since the middle of it seems a bit too early.

Now, for your July's OTM choices!

• Character OTM - Voted by members for members, this is our main OTM contest and one everyone should aspire to obtain! Referring to all IC activities, the Character OTM rewards Players that do a good job of creating unique personalities, creating interesting RP scenarios, avoiding cliches, and doing an overall good job of promoting RP to those around them. While not necessarily the strongest Stat-Wise, COTM's are strong where it matters most - in their hearts!
  
  
  
• Staff OTM - If COTM's honor the hard working members, then SOTM's do the same, but towards our hard working staff. From grading applications before being asked to, checking on customs periodically, answering PM's, and making sure our Players are well informed, SOTM aims to place a bit of playful accountability and incentive to those making sure our site runs better. And who better to judge the governing body than the very people that choose to support them?
  
  
  
• Kage OTM - As its name implies, the KOTM is meant to honor Kages! Only those that constantly create missions, defend their homeland, post on an active level for ther village, RP in their village, and make it an overall fun place to be in should win! There is only one rule - you cannot vote for your own Kage!
  
  
  
• Nuke OTM - Oh gawd! The terrible missing-nin have arrived! A driving force of the Naruto world, Nuke-nin are important to have, and what better way than to give them an NOTM!? Seriously! Vote for your favorite outlaws here! Don't forget to provide examples of their exploits, because this is where it'll count the most!

Staff OTM - I would vote myself because of the countless things I do but this vote is going towards axcel. Though you all think he doesn't do much the guy had our back during the rollback. Lets give him a round of applause for that.

Kage OTM - Velocissimo. He has stayed with his village for the longest and alongside myself was the most active kage i'd ever seen. GJ bro.

Nuke OTM - Spike you are definitely the nuke OTM you really deserve this title because you've done a lot with your plot and have even gained some followers.

It took me thirty minutes to find a guy like him, somebody who spends more time with interactive roleplay, instead of privately doing training and missions by themselves. That's the kind of thing that makes a good site and that shit. Plus his character doesn't sound all to cliche like half the other guys I looked through xD.

COTM: Ayase played by Bex!- She's been working hard herding that exp and actively posting with others, while pursuing her own plots. A lot of her threads are flash backs, which help fleshes out Ayase even more.

SOTM: Axcel, he helped put back up a lot of info after stuff got deleted. He worked his ass off, so we could continue RP'ing as fast as possible, that in itself speaks for itself.

KOTM: The Raikage- Matsuoka Shouta hands down, he's been with Kumo since the very beginning making it ridiculously active.

NOTM:
Broken- Actively threading, kicking ngas asses, massively plotting and also gaining followers. Acting bad ass earns him this title!

COTM: Asato played by Comatose. Acquiring the Kusanagi as well as helping the former Kazekage pull off a Coup d'état on top of his own subplot with Addy while writing interesting and entertaining posts is what made me nominate him.

I can't really separate these three into each explanation because for the bulk, they've all been the same. Swift on requests, active on the boards, and finally really helpful to me. When I had questions, they answered them; when I had stuff to grade (which was a lot) they got to it without question. Good staff, without a doubt.
