Special: Haisupi-Do is a uncomplicated technique that permits the user to move at shunshin speed in any direction. However the distance of Haisupi-Do is exactly two meters. Haisupi-Do was composed by Taijutsu Masters to allow an unexpected dodge against other various miniature area of effect techniques. Haisupi-Do may be used once when learned with an additional usage gained each time retrained.
Description: Unlike Shunshin no Jutsu which requires chakra, Haisupi-Do does not. The user focuses on numerous sections within’ the leg muscles to provide a compact and flashing burst of speed. By mastering the overall footwork, accelerated push and body movement after the opening push the user advances from one point to another as fast as the Shunshin technique. However the drawback is straightforward, the traveling extent is only two meters. For the distinctive reason that chakra isn’t involved. Taijutsu Masters created this technique for one point. Provide a sudden and crisp dodge while being able to quickly counter attack.

Notice: Contrary to popular belief, this technique is by no means instantaneous. While a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, you're still quite visible and easily defended against. Simply put, it isn't incomprehensibly fast. Beyond normal, most definitely, but not nearly as fast as it's been portrayed thus far. In order to achieve maximum effect, you'll need to combine it with a distraction of some sort.
