While another bounty mission, the task proved much easier than normal. Partly because it wasn't exactly a life-threatening target... and partly because his target was still a functioning member of society... just one that stirred enough trouble that the grumpy neighbors were getting angry.

And so, Koji found himself walking through broad daylight... and even unarmed. Approaching the victim with swords out wasn't going to make things easier, and it wasn't as if he needed them anyways. His task was simple: beat some sense into the young visionary. It was a bit sad to destroy the dreams of an optimist, or even show him the vision of a realist, but when the safety of citizens were involved... intervention was required.

There was no struggle for a trail, all the suna-nin had to do was say the name, and the populace would all look in the same direction. Deeper and deeper he traveled into the heart of the city, and as he did, he grew more anxious. How big was the kid? How much of a problem was he? Hardly did people have kind words to mention. It usually was a complaint about property damage, and so on and so forth.

Eventually the obvious trail would come to an end. Koji faced a giant circle of ruckus, and amidst the people, there was an obnoxious yelling that definitely indicated a disillusioned shinobi. It was time to get to work...

Koji strolled into the familiar room once again, a face eager to get work done. His figures were clasped around a flier much similar to the one he had brought in a week ago. Unlike the previous, this one was much less dire in the situation, and didn't involved tearing the hands from a man's body; just a small beatdown. With a gleeful grin, Koji spoke respectfully towards the assistant, "I would like to be assigned to this, please!"

With a few blood line techniques trained this kid has become rowdy and out of control, comparing himself to Kages. Beat him into submission.
Special Information: Any difficulty setting is allowed, as you will be the one(s) playing out the Genin as well. However, you are expected to make it believable—no one is invincible. There is a chance that you may be injured.

Like usual, Koji found himself lost in the situation. Here he was, following Shiro, and then told to search for Hi no Kuni. But of course, that wasn't working out. It wasn't like trying to find Sunagakure... you couldn't just leave over and open plain, and notice a large construct on the horizon. The place was decorated with thick forests, and the line of sight was near invisible. Motivation was low, and still unsure of his place in the group, he eventually fell on the notion that returning to Suna for now was the best plan of action. He was already lost in a sea of trees, and getting back to his unit's meeting ground wasn't exactly a walk in the park.

With that notion, he set off, following the sky towards his home...

Description: The basis behind the majority of Hyouton techniques lie in the user's ability to control the very molecules of air and water around them, so that ice may be created on a whim from anywhere the user stands. 'Ice Dominion' is just as its name implies, a fundamental supplementary jutsu of Hyouton nature that allows the user to intermingle their chakra with that of nature, harmonizing the two in order to create as much ice as they can afford chakra-wise all around them. Once this link is achieved, the door is opened for greater creations to be made.

Description: One of the most fundamental Hyouton jutsu, the Bringer of Winter allows the shinobi to summon forth a snowstorm that provides them with enough snow and ice for the rest of the battle. After a set of handseals, the user conjures up a raging snow storm, sending their chakra overhead and forcing driving snow to fall within seconds. Ice and snow fly at rapid levels, and visibility is quickly lowered. The snow, though imbued with chakra, is still snow, meaning it is susceptible to the conditions of the temperature zone.

Special: Range and severity of ice tiger attack depends on the user's highest 'Ice Dominion' rank. Tiger may maneuvered and guided anywhere within the user's 'Ice Dominion'. Upon impact, whatever is struck shall be flash-frozen for 1 turn, plus 1 more each time retrained.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, a creature in the form of a tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts. The body of the tiger is made of ice and moves on all fours, but for boosted speed, an ice ‘tail’ leads them back to the source of their icy existence, keeping the connection and allowing the user to spin and maneuver their creation in the air at high speeds.

Battojutsu (Art of the Drawing Sword)

Type: Defensive / Taijutsu / Kenjutsu

Special: Allows the swordsman to deflect basic attacks of equal or lower rank, in conjunction with other, more advanced moves within the style.
Description: An offensive nature of fighting, all Battojutsu practitioners will tend to stand in looser patterns, letting their steel fly and attack at often irregular angles. Unlike its defensive counterpart, this form allows for quicker, more deliberate strikes, making it deadly in the hands of a true master.

Goshokuzame (Five Sharks Eating Skill)

Special: Sharks move at double that of its victims, unless the opponents carry a particular bloodline that favors water/underwater life. Due to the pressure of the attacks, they can only be destroyed by ‘A’ ranked attacks and above. Sharks can travel wherever there is water, and exist until they are defeated or run out of water. The user cannot create more batches of sharks until the original five are defeated. The sharks do not distinguish between friend or foe. Requires a water source.
Description: Goshokuzame is a ninjutsu technique utilizing the power of Suiton, and although slightly unconventional due to its environmental prerequisites, nonetheless powerful and deadly. After the user forms the needed hand seals, they will place their hands on the surface of the water in order to transfer their chakra. From here, a shark of condensed water will emerge from each of the user’s fingertips, ordered only for one thing – to attack, maim and kill all opponents who reside in the water below.

Mizu Kamikiri (Rising Water Cutter)

Special: Pierces through hard surfaces such as wood and stone. Current travels at twice the speed of a kunai. Travels 10 meters in a straight line, plus 10 more each time retrained.
Description: Mizu Kamikiri is a dangerous ninjutsu technique utilizing Suiton. After forming the necessary handseals, the user will then slam their foot hard onto to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet, moving at frightening speeds. This jet cuts through the surface and can pierce through stone, resulting in quick death unless the opponent can predict or foresee the water and move out of the way in time.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Replacement Technique) X4

Type: Supplementary / Ninjutsu
Range: 0 - 5 meters
Special: Switch is near-instantaneous. When first learned, Kawarimi can only be used once per thread, plus one more each time retrained. Can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining.. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.
Domain: Academy Student Ninjutsu.
