As the girl began to twirl the stick around in her hand like it was type of baton Kaze’s facial expression changed quite a bit, he went from a fairly nonchalant facial expression to one with more concern. As the twirling stopped with the end of the girl holding the stick pointing in his direction, he could almost predict what she was about to do. As she positioned it to thrust it towards him he’d chuckle a bit because she was jabbing at the air in front of her. ‘I guess she really is blind.’ His hands would remain in his pockets while her second swing while well placed hit nothing but the air in front of him. ‘I think I got to her a bit.’ He thought as the girls rebuttal wasn’t what he expected, his concerned look would fade away while it was replaced with a slight smirk. As he always liked to do he had seemed to get into the girls head as he could see it all in her facial expression. Though his eyes would shift towards the dog that had seemed to be getting a bit more animated than before, but unknown to the girl her dog hadn’t struck a bit of fear into his heart. He was quite sure he could combat the pup if he decided to attack him so his eyes would fall back upon the girl as she spoke her name while calling him a jerk.
“Oh so you’re a ninja?”
He’d say just loudly enough for the girl to hear him as she left a little cloud of smoke in front of him, he wasn’t alarmed by this in anyway. He was more so intrigued by the girl’s ability to use Ninjutsu while she was blind; he figured that it’d take a lot to actually learn hand seals without being able to see someone demonstrate them. Sy would turn his body in the direction that the girl had walked off to; he’d look to the dog once again because he was a quite entertaining. As his eyes shifted away from the dog back on to the brunette he would began to follow them at a rather slow pace.
“Come on now Izu, ease up a bit I didn’t mean to offend ya. I was just talking ya know making conversation. Plus it looks like you know some ninjutsu I got a few questions for ya.”
He’d say holding that same friendly tone he had when he had first addressed the girl, his interest in her had continued to increase. Her reaction to his personality was intriguing to say the most; he figured he could find out a bit more about the mysterious blind girl that was wandering around in Kusa no Kuni. ‘Hmmm this might have turned out to be an interesting day anyway.’ He thought to himself as he walked in her footsteps.
