As the man that had been closes to the gates of his village spoke Sy’s eyes beneath his mask would redirect back on to him. ‘Oh word?’ He thought to himself as the man began to speak, the man’s confident tone while he spoke was nothing less than expected. The visitor’s words had effectively rubbed Kaze the wrong way; it was somewhat of an insult to his village in his mind. ‘Freckling in the grass?’ He thought for a mere moment while he listened to the rest of the man’s speech. The way that he spoke was quite irritating to the Jounnin because it he felt as if the dark haired man had been speaking in a condescending tone. Sy’s arms would cross over his chest as he listened to the rest of the visitor’s speech. ‘Concerning the future of Kusagakure?’ he thought for a moment while he stared down upon the man from the top of the gates.

‘Oh boy.’ He thought for a moment while his mind ran through a couple of situations that could take place at this very moment. He couldn’t help but to get a malicious vibe off of his oppositions person, Sy just felt it in his gut that he wasn’t hear for any good reason. As he uncrossed his arms allowing them to fall to his side he’d look to the man’s accomplice once more before looking back to him.

“Well I don’t think the Kusakage is welcome to entertaining your audience at the moment soo I’m gonna say that meeting probably won’t happen. But your information about the future of my village you can leave with me and it will surely get back to the Kusakage before the day is over….. You feel me?”

Sy’s words would come out a bit muffled under his mask as he spoke, though his tone still carried a sense of confidence behind it. His body remained poised ready to react to whatever situation that went down at these gates, but he would only hope that it wouldn’t escalate to anything he couldn’t handle. His fellow ANBU brothers standing just behind him to his left and right stood in the same manner as he did, they remained focused without a sign of fear showing in there person while they kept their eyes on the men that had arrived at their gates.

As the grass shifted a bit after his words his eyes remained positioned on the small section of grass in front of him. ‘I wonder what it is?’ he thought to himself as he waited for whatever it was in the grass to show itself. Sy wasn’t too worried about whatever it was because as usual he always felt as though he was in a good spot because he could protect himself, but at the same time the he was always cautions of unfamiliar situations. ‘Hmm’ he thought while the grass had finally revealed what it was hiding; it was a girl with a stick and a dog. Sy’s eyebrow would rise slightly ‘Now what the fuck?’ he thought while the stick rolled out into the road just in front of him. As she spoke the Jounnin would listen to girl scream out something about someone being a jerk, he figured she couldn’t have been referring to him in such a manor because he hadn’t even done anything yet. ‘Ok dog.’ He thought to himself as the dog had stepped from behind the girl growling at him, his blank facial expression would change to somewhat of a grin.

‘Is she blind?’ he thought to himself while he watched the girl stand to her feet. The way that she moved seemed so awkward that was the only conclusion that he could come to, especially when she admitted to being knocked into the grass by the carriage that had passed by. ‘I guess she might be slightly deaf too.’ His mind couldn’t hope but to come up with a bunch of different assumptions about the girl, though he hadn’t even known of her existence for more than a few moments. As the dog finally ran into the road to grab the stick for her Kaze had finally formulated what he wanted to ask the girl, there had actually been a list of things that he wanted to ask her but he knew he didn’t have the muse to do so.

“Well actually umm, you can call my Kaze. But ya know, I gotta question for ya. Uhhh well never mind it’s kinda obvious. You’ve gotta be blind walking around with that stick, but uhh are ya deaf? You didn’t hear that horse coming?”

Sy’s words came out in a sort of playful and simi-serious tone; he had boasted a slight smirk on his face now while he spoke with the girl. Though he knew she couldn’t seem him he felt as though this situation could get a bit funny, he figured he could turn it into a bright spot during his patrol duty. ‘She’s cute for a blind chick.’ His mind touched on the topic of the girl’s appearance for a second while he awaited her answer. His eyes would then shift to the dog she had with her that seemed to have a slight problem with his presences.

Time had seemed to past by so fast within the village Kusagakure, seven long years had only seemed like a couple of months. Sy had found himself advancing through the ranks faster than just about anyone that has ever been a part of Kusagakures Shinobi forces. He looked as no big deal but others around him especially his own family felt as if he was doing something spectacular, his body of work was starting to look even better than his own father. The Jounnin found himself wandering throughout the village of Kusagakure with his normal jubilant look on his face, he hadn’t really had much to do on this beautiful day so he figured he’d just get out and walk. He was dressed in his casual clothes which consisted of his short sleeve shirt that was all black covered by his custom made jacket, while he also had a pair of all black pants to match with his coat and shoes.

“Gah, I wonder who’s out today?”

Sy said to himself as he continued stroll down a long path that had seemed to lead to nowhere fast, though he didn’t mind because he was enjoying the free time that was bestowed upon him today. But while he strolled he had come across what seemed like a fairly open field, ‘Looks relaxing.’ He said to himself as he found himself straying off the path that he was on. While walking onto the grass he began to look around to see if there had been anyone else around him. ‘Ahh, is that?’ he thought to himself as moved his head around trying to get a better look at the man that was laid out in the grass. ‘It is!’

“Ujiyasu, That’s you right?”

He’d speak in a simi-loud tone trying to catch the man’s attention. He had hoped that he had still remembered him from way back when they were promoted to Jounnin together. With the two going into different professions Sy hadn’t seen much of the boy, but he still remembered just how powerful he was.

Sy would nod his head as the boy spoke before they began to make their way towards the open field that couldn’t be more than 10 meters away from their current position. The jounnin’s hands would slide into the pockets on his pants while they walked, he had thought about what Barry had seemed him about his greeting. He couldn’t hope but to think he was right about that because he could’ve been too serious. ‘ahh I hate those types.’ He thought for moment as they continued to walk, it hadn’t taking them more than a couple of moments before they reached the field. The field had been lined with a plethora of open space while a few trees were scattered throughout the field, it was the perfect place for some training or some simple sparing to happen. It was just what Kaze wanted for his little secession with his new apprentice.

“So about that whole being whipped and tortured thing if you don’t mind me asking, who might be the one who would do this to you?”

Kaze would ask curiously as he thought about the boy’s words, they had still been floating around in his head after they were said to him. He didn’t quite understand it, or appreciate it in any way he actually felt obligated to speak to whoever these people were. His fingers would begin to wind around in his pockets as he waited for Barry’s response if he had one. ‘People these day’s trying to limit people to what they could actually accomplish if they put their minds to it.’ Sy thought while they continued to stroll towards the center of the field.

“Also, if you don’t mind me ask.”

He’d say before he laughed a little.

“What’s up with all those cloths, I understand style but it’s a bit much it isn’t very cold around these parts? They kind of make you look like an old woman hiding from the sun.”

Kaze would say jokingly as they strolled through the grassy field together, he couldn’t hope but to make a joke after his questions because he never really wanted to seem overly concerned about anything. It was only a hope that Barry wouldn’t take the joke as insult, but then again it didn’t really matter because it was something that he would have to get used to if he wanted to hang around him. But as the arrived upon what looked like the center of the field Sy would stop before looking around a little, his gaze would spot a couple trees around them about 10-15 meters away from their position. While everything else seemed like a bunch of open grassy space for them to work with.
