Sayuri, though mentally had the will to fight back, physically she was no good. So many flashes of different outcomes, besides the obvious, flashed through her mind. Maybe the samurai had figured she could handle this and left. Because of that, she was going to get raper, and probably beaten. After that? Most likely taken away by the three of them for their own enjoyment.
She cringed as she weakly tried to fend for herself as he started to descend on her while still fumbling in his pants. His grin was sick and twisted and for once in her life felt scared. Of all outcomes of the mission she had previously thought, this was far from any of them. Thankfully, it seemed fate was on her side, to say the least.
A screech enveloped the air, its sound echoing and resonating between the two walls of the alleyway. It happened all so fast that the thug above her didn't even know what was coming. In moments, some sort of invisible ripple of chakra sliced through his neck and severed his head right from his neck.
Wh-what?! What the hell was...
With eyes wide, Sayuri watched as the head rolled a yard or two away while the body fell limp next to her, his hand still in his pants. Just as she tried to make sense of things, trying to get up on her elbows to look behind her for a better view, she froze at the sound of heavy breathing. It was the samurai.
Whatever he had did seemingly caused to put a lot of strain on him, but she was thankful regardless. As he leaned on his sheathed sword for support, like any gentlemen would, he offered his hand to help her up. The Kurama gladly excepted and struggled to her feet where she immediately moved to grasp at the wall in order to keep herself from falling.
With a smile though, Sayuri held her hand out, offering hers to his so that they could shake. "Thank you so much. I...don't know what would have happened if you hadn't stepped in when you did." The thoughts again flashed through her mind and she had to mentally push them aside for now.
"My name is Sayuri, by the way. I don't believe we ever introduced ourselves." Her smile widened a little. "It looks like the mission in complete as well."
