For once his allies had done more than give suggestions and taken an initiative in the mission, at least Sarutobi did. Aneun didn't expect much from Akuseru in terms of plans as was his nature. While he worried whether Sarutobi would be able to handle the ports alone as it is a widespread area; making destruction that much more difficult of a task. Nevertheless, taking out a bank alone would not be so easy for a lone individual due to the natural fortification of such places. With no choice but to trust in his ally, Aneun prepared himself for the fighting soon to come.

"Looks like we have no choice but to leave the ports to you monkey. Akuseru and I will enter through separate entrances and meet up at the bank near the center of town. Be wary of the tower by the docks. That looks like a pristine spot for an enemy to hide and gain a vantage. I'll circle around to the northern entrance while Akuseru can take the eastern entrance. You'll use the port-side entrance to the south west. We should meet up..."

His voice trailing off as he took to the binoculars again. Scanning over the area between the bank and ports, he scoured for a secure enough location for them to reconvene once their task was accomplished. It would not be long before Aneun spotted what seemed like a bar near the southern part of town directly between the port and bank.

"We can meet up at the bar near the southern side of the town. Its directly between the bank and docks. We'll think about an escape once we get there depending on the situation. And I guess that's that. I'm off."

Wasting no time, Aneun pocketed his binoculars and then shoved his headband into a concealed pocket in the inner lining of his coat to conceal his identity. With a short sequence of seals, a small puff of smoke consumed his visage and as the smoke cleared, what stood in his place was a woman who looked to be in her mid-twenties with pink streaked black hair. Almost immediately after transforming did his hands raise to his chest and begin prodding at his new "burden" in a curious manner.

"Is this really what its like to be a woman?" he asked; his voice noticeably changed to that of a grown woman. "Whatever." And with that note he was off. Moving with haste and yet not forgetting to make his presence unknown, it'd not be long before Aneun came upon the northern road leading into town. Nonchalantly mixing into the crowd, Aneun nonchalantly waltzed into town without any trouble. Despite there being a war at hand, the security of the town was rather lax around the entrance which was a massive oversight on the enemies part. Without hindrance, he quickly made his way toward the center of town where the bank was located.

After a short trek, Aneun stood within 10 meters of the bank; eying the structure from afar at a nearby cafe. From what he could see, the bank security had indeed been increased but not enough to stop any infiltration. Like any normal customer, Aneun walked into the bank without fear; heading to the side booths to fill out a blank check. A small smirk forming as he wrote something on the blank piece of paper. He would not make a move until Akuseru arrived.

Both Shinobi had brought valid points into the conversation but neither had actually set a clear plan. Just more suggestions which is not what Aneun had wanted from them. The only suggestion he could deny right away was the last made by Sarutobi.

"You expect three people to stop any and all information from leaving the city?" Aneun said looking to his ally with a confused look. "Uh, yeah. That's gonna be impossible." And impossible was right.

There was no way three guys could control the flow of communication from one city even if it had but two main entrances. Too many variables were in play such as the open port or the abundance of merchants moving too and fro as is their daily business. In Aneun's mind, it would not be a possible choice for them on this venture however, there lay other options. While their mission was to raze the city, the important part was cutting off the line of supply to Kirigakure. In a merchant and port town such as this one, the flow of supplies and cash would surely be a strictly controlled system to prevent any mishaps and keep the flow of money and supplies going. And that would be the key to victory.

"Bold choices but too easily fixed or circumvented by others. Lets go with my plan. Take out the bank and ports. We'll stop the flow of cash and supplies at the same time and turn the city upside down. Even if we don't control the city, we've done what was most important which is cut the supply line to Kiri, no?"

While his choice was perhaps the most logical one, there lay the problem of how to go about it. They would need a relatively large amount of explosives to take out both targets which Aneun judged from his allies supplies, and attire that they did not have such on them.

"Hmm. We're lacking in the boom boom department so we'll have to find some method of achieving said goals. I think it better if we make clear what our abilities are. Aside from a few tricks here and there, I set shit on fire. Fun times. You guys?"

War... this had not been the first war Aneun witnessed in his lifetime. The current Hokage's regime had started with a civil war which ultimately led to him being in power. And Aneun had a front row seat to all that transpired due to his relationship with the Hokage's wife. He disliked the both of them and now stood upon the precipice of a cliff scouring an enemy town in their name. To siege and destroy in their name. The very thought made him sick and he couldn't help but laugh at the situation he found himself in.

Standing some 100 meters away from the town of Miyako, he peered over the town; taking in any points of interest he could make out with the naked eye. With the distance between himself and the town far beyond what his eyes could clearly make out, he reached into his pea coat and pulled out a pair of binoculars. Using said object, he took a closer look at the security, layout, and points of access.

Vital pieces of information needed if they were to take the place with a mere three Shinobi. With just three, they would not be able to resort to pure force and would instead have to rely upon subterfuge to win them the day. Sabotage and the like being their weapon of choice. Aneun however, would not make any assumptions of their plan yet as he would leave said plan to either Akuseru or the money.

"Hmmm. Looks like there are two main gates and a third access point by the docks. Infiltration should be easy with it being a port town. Guarding the entire waterway is impossible. So whats our plan?"
