Description: Using their umbrella/parasol weapon, the user will have the fabric top opened and facing towards the opponent and the incoming attack. By channeling chakra into the weapon, a hexagonal shield will erupt from the top, aligning with the metal skeleton underneath to block any incoming attacks.

There he was. The ‘kessel’ as her dear Nii-san would call him. The way that he acted, like nothing in the world mattered except for whatever he wanted. Cooking, pots, and whatever else he was going on about didn’t matter to her. All that did matter, however, was the fact that he had stolen her Nii-san’s attention away from her. In fact, he seemed utterly enthralled that they all could be graced by his presence.

It was sickening, absolutely sickening. If she could have it her way, she would have impaled him on the spot. However that most certainly wouldn’t have gone over very well with Nii-san. In fact, she would fall to the ground next to her ‘dear’ black haired brother. Death was not an option for her whatsoever.

Nii-san then came up with the brilliant, yet completely awful idea that he, along with their dear Uncle and Alek would go off to find food while that other boy, her older black haired brother would be in charge of herself and Valentin. Magdalena couldn’t help but shoot the boy a glare before looking back over to her dear Nii-san. However an idea formed and she quickly went to her dear brother’s side after he had retreated with Alek and their Uncle in tow. Cutely, almost childishly, she tugged on his arm. “Nii-san, why don’t we leave our dear brother to get the pot ready while Valentin assists? I would just be of no use here. Let me show you how strong I’ve gotten for you, Nii-san~”

Briefly she smirked passed him towards Alek. She wouldn’t let him take her Nii-san. Let alone would she allow their dear Uncle to have him either if he so chose that he wanted him. Nii-san was just that, her Nii-san. No one could have him. No one at all. Not Alek, not Valentin, not their dear Uncle, and certainly not the black haired kessel whom should fall in his own cooking pot and burn. If she could she would kill them all and feed them to Nii-san without him knowing. That would be most ideal. But for now, she would have to play nice, be the good girl for her dear Nii-san.

Nii-san, Nii-san, Nii-san. That’s all that mattered. That and absolutely dismembering their father. Perhaps he would enjoy devouring him as well? Regardless, she would help him any way she could.

“Yes Nii-San, I’ll behave. I’m…I’m just scared that something will break us up again. I’d rather be cautious than not…”

Of course Magdalena meant Nii-san and herself with the term ‘us’. Valentin always seemed so oblivious and weak while Alek was too lost to reality where his mother was gone. He replaced her with a puppet. Though talented, the puppet wasn’t his mother. For his own sanity it was an unspoken rule to allow him to think that. Her dear Nii-san may have lost some of his mind as well. Being older he had seen more, traveled more, and experienced more. The fact he had to resort to such murderous bloodlust and cannibalism was proof of that. She was the most normal, or so she thought, and for the sake of Nii-san she would bite her tongue and keep this family together for him. Even if it meant trusting Sebastian.

Briefly, she glared at Valentin as he began to sniffle and cry. Her face was blank of any kind of sympathy, after all the sounds he was making had been interfering with Nii-san’s explanation. He introduced them all further and dear Nii-san addressed her as being protective of the family. Did he not understand he was the only man for her? Her one and only Nii-san? The thought hurt her, but she brushed it off as an attempt in making the old man feel welcome. That still didn’t help the stare of distaste that was all too obvious as her eyes danced along her eldest brother’s body, watching everything he did while only glancing over to Sebastian for his reaction.

That was until the old man, her old man’s brother, addressed her. Every droplet of blood within her boiled to the point she wanted to trap him in an illusion, make him see the most painful thing in the world and simply load his body up with needles in the process. However, Nii-san surely wouldn’t like that one bit. Instead, her hands tightly gripped the hilt of her parasol until her knuckles were white and she inhaled sharply to try and calm herself down. Indeed her personality changed like the direction of the wind.

“Dear Uncle,” she started, glancing to Nii-san as a reminder to keep her cool, lest she get scolded again. “If you only knew what our father, your brother, did then you would understand. Being apprehensive to trust you would be nothing but an obvious decision, especially if you, Uncle, were in our shoes.” She sounded as if she were an adult trying to scold a child, even though those rules were the complete opposite. But the point she made was valid.

Again she would glance to Nii-san, her face softening as she smiled softly, as if silently saying don’t worry, she’ll be good because he asked her too. Though it made her absolutely cringe, she smiled at dear Uncle Sebastian, even doing a curtsy before nodding her head to him, Nii-san, smiling at Alek and then moving towards Valentin. “Get up…brother…” She could feel her insides twist as the word was spoken, but she denied herself the pleasure of showing it. “…we mustn’t cry. We must be strong for my, er, our dear Nii-san.”

Nii-san, even if you bring these children and this untrustworthy man, as long as I’m with you, I’ll try my hardest for you.

Description: With this simple Genjutsu, the illusionist creates the sensation of a wound onto anyone that they attack. After forming the needed seals, the user charges and strikes, and the illusion settles in. Although the victim(s) won't feel pain, they will feel the disadvantages of being injured, such as being able to walk less over a perceived broken for, or being unable to form handseals due to an imaginary chopped off hand.

Servants mimic the user in appearance in every way and exists solely to distract the opponent. This is achieved via false attacks which incorporate user's equipment in the hands of the illusionary clone.
Description: Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a universal sight Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw projectiles such as kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Description: With this simple illusion, the target will begin to feel their arms and legs loose and wobbly, almost as if they had become glue or jelly. This forces the victim to not feel pain, but instead lose balance and feel wobbly, as well as feel unable to properly feel their arms.

Description: A useful almost immediate affect that most ninja soon come to love. The user performs the needed seals to activate the technique, and the target chosen by the user is immediately affected. The victim of this technique feels theirs hands twitch straight away, then become sluggish after the initial twitch, leaving the hands to feel slow. Almost as though their hands were losing feeling and becoming numb. This has a very high potential to mess up handseals in progress, and may slow down future seals.

Description: Magen • Jubaku Satsu is a more advanced Genjutsu technique utilized by illusion experts. After forming the needed hand seals, the caster will suddenly disappear and approach their target. Once near, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, the user will appear from within the very tree itself, allowing them an opening to attack their target effectively.

Description: As its name implies, the Mist Waltz is just that – a vicious mist expelled by the user through their mouth at high speeds, which, when in contact with any form of flame, will create a napalm like explosion, enhancing the fire and even creating disastrous fires which quickly spread and burn. The user must be careful however, as any Fuuton jutsu of equal or greater rank could easily blow back the mist and turn the effects on the user.

Special: Shunshin no Jutsu is a high-speed movement in which the user moves in a linear fashion from one point to another. Usually facilitated with some sort of distraction (smoke bomb, explosion, or something of that nature to obscure one's vision), the user of the Shunshin no Jutsu can, in some cases, appear to have simply teleported from one location to another. Shunshin no Jutsu can be used once per thread, plus once more each time it is retrained.
Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu technique used across the shinobi world by all, ranging from the most basic shinobi to the legends of lore. Considered is a high-speed movement technique, it simple combines high mobility with a distraction to give off the appearance of vanishing - to an observer caught in the optical illusion, it appears as if the user has teleported. This allows the user to escape or attack suddenly, should they need to.
Domain: Shunshin - Universal Ninjutsu.

Notice: Contrary to popular belief, this technique is by no means instantaneous. While a high-speed movement, if used in broad daylight, you're still quite visible and easily defended against. Simply put, it isn't incomprehensibly fast. Beyond normal, most definitely, but not nearly as fast as it's been portrayed thus far. In order to achieve maximum effect, you'll need to combine it with a distraction of some sort.

Special: Gives the user the option to side-step, curve, shimmy or even shimmer on a whim during a Shunshin, rather than remaining moving forward. Sidestep distance takes away from the Shunshin's total traveling distance.
Description: Although Shunshin is normally executed in a linear fashion, with enough training, the ninja can learn to limit their forward travel speed in exchange for a near-instantaneous sideways move. Useful when evading tricky attacks, or when wishing to confuse opponents.

However, the technique itself can only be used once per turn, regardless of retraining. Requires the user to switch with objects equal or smaller in size; cannot switch with other living people or animals.
Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack - i.e. exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise.

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance that, although easily seen through by those with doujutsu, can fool the normal eye easily. Why? Simply because although without substance, the copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent, though no real damage can be done by it. Finally, as soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
