Fujiki's eyes grew wide with surprise as Asato retrieved Kusanagi, and from Youka's response to his inquiry. He'd read a lot of information on the weapon (and its wielder), though he'd never seen it in person. It truly was a spectacle, and had the situation been different, he would have thanked Asato far more graciously for giving him that gift.
"Ooooooo," the male whispered softly. "What a pretty sword. I've always wanted to see Kusanagi," he mentioned lightly. "Thank you, Asato-sama, for that present."
Turning his attention back to Youka, admiring her natural beauty. "My mask?" he asked rhetorically while placing a naked, pale index finger upon it where his nose would be. "It was a present~" he giggled. "But, as for the Nibi..." he trailed off, and suddenly his giggling turned into laughter. Uncontrollable laughter, at that.
Fujiki's body trembled violently from the quakes of his light, airy laugh -- it was more of a cackle, really. He arched back so far he should have fallen over, being as how his head was no more than several inches from the sandy dune beneath him. But, he didn't. No matter how much he slung his arms, or twisted and contorted his body with his devious laughter, he retained a balance that was unnatural even to shinobi. Then, suddenly, he lurched up to his full posture.
"Why would I subdue the Nibi?" he asked coolly. "I helped release it, pretty lady." Taking a step forward, slow and steady, he raised a hand in their direction. "Do you want to come play with us, Asato-sama and pretty lady?" Sure, he knew her name - her file was stored side by side with Asato's, in their database. "We like people who enjoy carnage." He continued, his voice bubbling and his eyes wide with several kinds of excitement.
As suspected, the Nibi had struck both of its following targets as intended. The sheer impact was enough to send them skipping off in the distance, and had the beast had the though to finish them, it very much would have. But, chaos was her only goal as of right now. Many had fled the terrifying realization that they lacked the skill and power to contend with the bijuu, but there were those who seemed adamant to remain. They would be her next victims.
Without so much as skipping a beat, the Nibi curved had and cut back across toward the cluster of forces standing as the wall between her and the Hidden Sand. She moved with a reckless abandon, showing no sign of slowing down even in the face of the monstrous wall of sand -- or, at least that is what the creature presumed it to be -- coming toward her. She was fire incarnate, and cared little for things that melted to her touch.
Stabbing into the wave like a dagger, the Nibi managed to eject herself from the other side despite having melted a very large portion of the wave all about her body. The wind, itself, gusting and bustling about her figure from the sheer speeds was enough to accelerate the cooling of the outer layers (as there were many, considering how much there was), leaving dried puddle in her wake and a somewhat harder outer shell.
Even so, with her speed slightly hindered (5th gate speed as of now), she would reach the lot of them in a matter of moments. What would they do?
