Description: By becoming more snake-like, the user is able to enhance their speed and agility. To do this, the user transforms the bottom half of their body into a snake's tail. As long as this technique is active, the user is able to move as if they were a snake meaning forward, side-to-side, and backward movement is fluent and equal in speed. As a drawback to the user gaining incredible speed and accuracy, they are unable to perform handseals so long as this technique is active.

Description: When a Kage-Hebi's limb has been severed or body sliced in half, this technique allows them to reconnect the severed part and put their body back together. Upon dismemberment, snakes will emerge from the severed areas and move toward each other until they interlock. Then by pulling the two parts together, they are able to reconnect the body parts and retain none of the previous damage.

Special: User is able to block one attack of equal rank to their skill in this technique. Scale armor last one turn plus one more turn for every rank.
Description: By channeling their chakra into their skin, Kage-Hebi users are able to change the properties of their skin to replicate scales like those of a snake. These scales effectively provide the user with armored skin to grant them enhanced durability. This technique is not confined to the Kage-Hebi themselves and can extend to their summoned snakes as well. Color of scales created is up to the users discretion.

Hisan-Hebi (Flying Snake)[/u]

Type: Special Bloodline Supplementary Nintaijutsu
Range: 0 - 100 Meters
Chakra/Stamina: Very Low - Very High
Special: Distance user glides/flies is 20 meters plus another 20 per rank. The higher the initial launch point, the farther the user is able to fly. User is able to turn in the air once per flight plus another turn per rank. Speed at which user flies/glides is equal to half the speed of their skill in Jatai no Daija.
Description: The Chrysopelea, or more commonly known as the flying snake is a unique snake due to its ability to glide long distances; enabling it to cut on travel time and energy. The Flying Snake is able to perform this feat by sucking in their stomachs and flaring out their ribs to create a pseudo-concave wing. Using this, they are able to glide across the air and even possess the ability to maneuver in the air by using lateral undulation. Kage-Hebi users are able to copy this ability by creating a layer of skin between their arm and body to mimic a Flying Snakes pseudo-concave wing. With this, they are able to glide/fly across the air great distances and even turn in air by using their snake-like lower half via Nyoronyoro-Hebi Mo-do (Slithering Snake Mode).

Jintai Dappi (Human Body Shedding)[/u]

Special: In snake form, the user is unable to utilize other jutsu but gains the abilities of a snake(Poison, Heat sensing/seeing, etc) and is under the effects of Nyoronyoro-Hebi Mo-do (Slithering Snake Mode).
Description: This technique is a derivative of Tenshourinne (Rebirth-Replacement Skin Shedding) but its powers are nowhere on the level of the original. Jintai Dappi allows the Kage-Hebi to leave behind their old skin as if "shedding" and taking on a large serpentine form. In this form, the Kage-Hebi is literally a snake and thus possesses the abilities of one. The downside, however, is that the user is unable to utilize other jutsu in this form aside from things such as poison, heat seeing, and such. User is able to return to their normal form by once again "shedding" their faux skin. This technique is best used to escape when the user has been captured.

A c rank giving a ninjutsu primary ability to move at the speed double that of a tai primary seems a little overpowered. The speed of a tai primary seems enough for this technique, not double - and make it B ranked.

Give this a time-prediction. Make it multi-ranked depending on what body-part needs to be reformed - D ranked for fingers and toes, C for hands and feet, B for legs and arms, A for full-body, etc.

This is way too overpowered. It rivals the first gate in terms of speed. Besides that, I don't see how changing the bottom half of their body to appear like a snake's would grant them double the speed of a taijutsu primary.

I'm fine with putting limbs back together, but whatever damage was taken stays. Meaning, if a Kage-Hebi were to have their head cut off, they would die.

Drop the base duration to 1 turn.

- Changed Slithering Snake Mode to that of a Tai Primary so it is not on the level of gates but a significant speed boost. Increased Rank.

- Changed Gathering of the Snakes so that a severed head cannot be reattached. Limbs/body parts that are reconnected are able to function normally after reconnection.

- Reduced base duration of Scalehide by one turn.
